Eradicating malaria disease and not mosquitos is two different things.

Yeah LOVE Reno with passion. Same RENO that called TINUBU a drug dealer ..and other unprintable names. Same RENo that insulted BUHARI..even before PO is your lover..right.

In as much as the op is not serious, you on the other hand is an uninformed drunken sailor like Pa Obasanjo rightly put it. Many many countries in Africa, south America, Asia 🌏 have successfully eradicated malaria.

Note: I only mention third world continents.
Liar.

The last attempt by Brazil in conjunction with Gates foundation and Monsanto to release GMO mosquitoes ended up with a Zika virus pandemic.

You can't eradicate mosquitoes although through rigorous administering of malaria prophylaxis the disease itself can be drastically reduced but saying you want to eradicate mosquitoes is a pipe dream.
BusinessRe: Dangote Refinery Sues Nigeria's AGF Over Issuance Of Fuel Import Licence by FSBoperator: 6:50pm On May 15
SmartPolician:
Every government has the statutory power to decide what should be brought into its domain.

AGF can give them import license, but the customs should impose insane duties on imported refined products that will discourage them from importing more.

Those importers should pool their resources together and build a refinery. Dangote has done it; BUA is doing it. These men don't have two heads. The importers have milked this country dry for so long!

Nigeria shouldn't be using her USD to import something that can be totally refined domestically.
As much as your position aligns with mine, I want you to know things are more complicated than what you see

Since the Abacha era, Nigeria has been swapping crude for refined products owing to the collapse of the refineries.

These deals are iron clad and running for decades into the future.

Some highly placed powerful individuals even own considerable shares and ownership of these foreign refineries and if Nigeria decides to totally ban refined petroleum products, there will be arbitrations in foreign courts that will side with these foreign refineries.

Also note that the time for private refineries has since elapsed since Nigeria's crude production is inadequate and that meant for domestic production (just 400,000 barrels is grossly inadequate.

Also factor in crude swap debt settlement deals enacted by the last administration and you will see we are just drilling to pay off debt.

This is why Dangote with his 605k per day refinery is now applying to the FG to give them exploration and drilling license.

The inevitable death of OPEC will see to Nigeria lifting its output ceiling and with the situation in the ME, Nigeria stands to see investment inflows in exploration and opening up of new oil wells.

So outrightly banning refined crude won't work.

Placing heavy tarrifs will not in anyway help as it will only fastrack Dangote to supreme monopoly.
PoliticsRe: South East LP Chairmen Back Agada For Presidency by FSBoperator: 3:24pm On May 15
So these ones did not defect with Giringori to ADC and later NDC and are now endorsing another candidate.

The way Giringori go lose this next election if he even makes it on the ballot will be epic

Name one instance or country that has eradicated mosquitos.

Also why has none of your governors in your SE shown us the way by eradicating mosquitos in your region.

And for your mind , nah FG go come clear mosquito for Una abi?

Just imagine the extent of hatred and bitterness towards Nigeria just because they don't like the president.

When you surround yourself with too much negativity, just forget about making progress in life
Their hate and bad wish for this country is so ingrained in them that they continue hating and wishing the country bad in their dreams.
PoliticsRe: What I Saw In A Dream About Nigeria by FSBoperator: 2:46pm On May 15
PaNnamdi:
it was like a horror movie!!!

bandits underwent massive reintegration into the nigerian armed forces the army navy airforce and police while so many politicians were clapping.I saw tinubu in this dream and he even said it was a step in the right direction.

Howver things got very bad,the bandits started having access to locally and foriegn imported rockets and much bigger drones, and they assembled a million man soldiers.

Rockets hit abuja, lagos ,and all strategic fedral assets including aso rock, while the sophisticated drones of the bandits bombed nigerian millitary formations and wepons mercilessly.many nigerian soldiers threw their rifles and ran away claiming betrayal.

A bandit reintergrated soldier exploded an IED where the president was attending a meeting including key APC memebers, the bomb destroyed tinunu left arm and akpabio broke right leg so many apc members where critically injured, the Aso rock villa was completely destroyed with rockets, including power plants and communication masts.

The horror was so strong thag even the presidient have to run away and apologised for his failures while blamming GEJ .

i woke up and it was a dream
The fulani boogeyman will not work.

You are warning of fulani taking over Nigeria but you are in alliance with same Fulani that want to get back to power.

Well, all your horror dreams can only happen under a lame duck Obi presidency which will never happen.

This is a big problem with you Nigerians.

So, if a man has great ideas for the country, he has no business contesting if he can't afford the form fee?

Someone will go and take a loan and win the election and you expect him not to loot.
How can you have great ideas in solving Nigeria's myriad of problems but you can not elevate yourself to the point of affording nomination form to contest a party primary ?

LagosOrigin:
Peter Obi should create a GoFundMe account or open a special account and I will support him with N500k

Nigeria must be great again in this lifetime
Giringori's ambition dies with this primary.

In short , I don't even see him buying the form because we know he has a phobia in contesting primaries

What I can predict is that Giringori will sue NDC and whoever emerges as their Presidential candidate to court for breach of contract in not giving him their ticket free of charge
PoliticsRe: NDC Unveils Timetable, Fees For 2027 Primary Elections by FSBoperator: 12:47pm On May 15
So no free ticket in the guise of consensus candidate.

Giringori will be taking NDC and whoever emerges winner of their Presidential primaries to court.
PoliticsRe: Deepening Nigeria–us Security Cooperation by FSBoperator: 11:05am On May 15
You have to give it to this administration for taming the madness dog that is Trump.

From threatening to invade and balkanize Nigeria to now being a security partner to Nigeria.

Well US security doesn't count to shit but it's better than having CIA instigate another bloody civil war or promote BH activities

In summary instead of shouting by ticket and compete with them. That is who we igbos are we love competition and we embrace it without bitterness if u don't like it pls join mazi Nnamdi Kanu and seek for succession damn
Why are you guys like this? If you are not dragging political posts with your host you will be declaring yourselves kings in their midst.

The only reason these ones are contesting seat with yorubas in Lagos is because Lagos has money .

I am sure every single one of them can not even win ward councillor in their respective states.

Those people are opportunists who want to take advantage of the OK popularity to win elections.

Why aren't you seeing it in the North and South South? That's because those places weren't a one-time Nigerian capital, but Lagos was Nigeria's capital for 77 years.

This happens in the FCT today. Senator Ireti isn't an FCT native. If those guys win the election, they'll be sworn in; that's what your constitution says.

You should go and pick up your own form now and quit complaining. You can trust your tribalist APC not to give other tribes its tickets but cannot tell other parties what to do because those are the candidates who bought their forms.
That thing Una dey find for Lagos wey your Zik no see , Una go find tire

WizardOfNG:
What is wrong with you. Did NDC officially zone her Presidential ticket to the South? Can you provide a definitive answer to his question rather then launching a senseless tirade against the OP?

Nigeria is failing because most of you prefer wahala and noise than having the calmness to brainstorm for answers and solutions.
The authentic deputy National Spokesperson of the NDC has since denied any zoning arrangement and has said the party is yet to reach an agreement on zoning and if so, which zone it will go to.

This statement was made on the 8th of May in response to the false narrative being peddled online that the NDC had zoned their ticket .

Thanks for the explanation, I never really thought of it that way sha.

I can fully understand why "they don't want dere pipo wàhálà" when they take a step back from participating fully.

Thanks to Obidients, this never used to happen. During the times of Owelle's NPP, Adeniran Ogunsayan and other Yoruba people especially from Ikorodu played a prominent part in the party at all levels.
Who were the most vocal champions of Giringori if not the Yoruba-Buts who gave LP a false National appeal even though it had at its core an Ibo agenda?

Some one is even justifying that the area is home to 90% Ibos so thats why Ibos are rushing to fill the excos which translates that Ibos see NDC as an Ibo party.

Also we saw how LP in the last election was giving their slots in Lagos to mostly Ibos.

Every House of Rep, state rep and senatorial position went to Ibos.

Are Ibos also dominating every local govt and subhurb in Lagos stae?
