My dad is very fat with a pot belly,all my uncles(his brothers)are also fat, my father was slim when he was my age, same goes to his brothers

It happens that if they hit 30 years of age, they start adding weight, right now am kinda slim, I work out with some nice 6 packs but my dad keep reminding me that its in my gene to get fat later

Recently I have start seeing some sign of over weight in me, am 27, 3years away from 30
