I you have been following my story.
I contacted them and they said I operate multiple accounts.
I refuted and told them that that book was my first and only book on KDP.
And that is the truth.
They insisted in their reply and said they will not lift the termination.
I swear I don't even have a second account with them.
What could have happened?
What do I do?

I really don't know if they would reinstate the account. But you can message them again.

I just mailed them again.
if they do not reinstate the account, what is the fate of my book?

Are you part of launch teams springing up here and there.
Avoid short cuts. Avoid people who put you under pressure with talks like am just 2weeks in KDP and my book is making $2,000 monthly. KDP is a long term investment business.

i did not try to game the system.
But i promoted it heavily including adverts.
I was everywhere, Quora, yahoo answers, facebook, twitter, forums.
Maybe the heavy promotion was my undoing.
What is my hope now?
they did not reply to my email and their lines i called did not go through.

I just have one book on Amazon and promoted it during the 5day free download.
I promoted the book heavily including putting it on nairaland for free download.

The book by Tuesday was 1 in two categories and ABRS 1407. This morning I couldn’t
access the account again. All efforts to contact Amazon failed. What do I do pls.
I couldnt get to them since morning.

I did what the op did by dropping the link to my book here for free download.
The book was on ABRS 1407 and no 1 in 2 categories by Tuesday.
When I woke up today, the link was blocked and could not access my kindle account again.
They did not accuse me of anything. Just like that.
Please how do I get to them?

Can KDP support help me reinstate my account that was terminated yesterday? I bought covers from a freelance designer for my NCB notebooks.


Seems one of them had bad metadata​ issue. I got a mail from KDP that one of the covers has copywright issues and I should publish it as public domain a book. I went ahead to publish it as a public domain.


Few hours later I got a mail that my account has been terminated. This is totally devastating for me​.

I have mailed them to explain but a bit replied me that I would be gotten to later. 

Please this is so much of a bad news to me

I am new to KDP, just got my first book live yesterday.
They approved it within 6 hours.
I checked your books.
These are what might make you not to sell.
.1. Your covers are not great.
2. Your description too small, barely 4 or 5 lines and remember you have 4000 words to play with.
3. Your book pages are too small, 25, 35 etc. Nobody will risk $10 for a 25 page book of a non-established author.
4.Your price $9.99, too high, In one instance, the best seller in your category sells fo$2.5.
5. You probably didn't launch properly. Did you take advantage of the 5 days free download period in Kindle select?
6. No reviews.
7. And you are probably in a dry market.
