Your screenshot shows that the investment firm owns acquired a majority in Gatwick Airport. It is not his personal asset. As for is net worth it is estimated to be around 13 million dollars, far cry from 10billion dollars and certainly not enough to own a private luxury jet not to talk of an airport.
