psalmsmiles:
as i dey follow u talk, e no get the kain beating i never recieve from house, church, elders, school and bullies. those things only made my mind stronger and a reason to do worse next time

When u make beatings the punishment for children, they adapt to the pain, get used to it and do worst.. I think they're modern and civilized ways of punishing kids that are effective apart from physical pain...

when are we africans going to develop with the rest of the world. Must we be backward in everyway?

I jus tire walahi
Please stop that insult pls, African is not backward. Everybody have their culture of training their kids which African have their own even bible support the beating I have never seen any child or let me say unless he/she have been possed that they will give him/her a torror beating which he will not even yield before he do that next time.. It's like a kid that touch the fire next time je/she will think for a second before peoceeding at it again.

And mind you beating works when they are still little kids, it correct them in alot of ways..

So next time don't call my continent a backward area because of my culture even you go and see the life of their kids compare to Africa they are even jealous of that with us..

your last statement cant be more truer..
Sometimes,i wonder if our parents ever passd thru childhood. Truth is, the more u beat a child 4 comittin an offence, the more hardend their hearts gets.
I wonder who told africans that beating "cures" stubborness from a child. little wonder we have such excess hardened criminals over here...
Haaaa u never see factory reset beating eh...never in ur life do it again

Who sent the dragon here?
Who curse the world?
Who curse humanity?

Sista, I understand ur point oo, but if we are to be truthful about the truth then we will know that human beings didn't fall far from the tree. We are much more like our maker in our own small way. We often mess things up and then try to fix them
God sent him here because of his disobedience
God cursed him for the same reason especially luring people to know good and bad
Human was caused because of disobedience so what are u trying to say

It's quite funny. The way u people say it as if no be Jesus and God himself put us for this world.

Who created the world?
Who created us?
Why should we be saved from this world?

Abeg make we dey talk small small, nobody holly pass
We need to be saved because dragon have been sent here for her short time period and he will do any possible means to drag any sinners to her mud.. Go and read revelation and see the day the earth was cursed

Delta state is a pidgin English colony.

It is in their blood.

No matter the number of times you bath a pig the pig will always soiled itself.

The same thing with the south west Yoruba state where Yoruba is spoken in all the neighborhood.

Go to Nysc orientation camp and see Yoruba corper speaking Yoruba language before non Yoruba corp members.

These are people who claim to be university graduate who are supposed to be speaking standard English language.
wink

Lols what do u mean! do u mean those Yorubas corpers don't know How to speak english which is the reason why they speaks Yoruba language always because I wonder why u want to drag us to her level

Some unfortunate people full here oo. So so bitter people, just because they end up with 3rd or lower makes them to feel jealous of this great child...

@op biko don't mind them oooo, though competition is good but I guess ur aim now should be coming out with best result not best student, let me tell u, they said first class dey roam in street,no job for them. pls help me asked them if those first class can defend their result..

There are some people who are doing alot of differents form in school to get a good result at the end they won't be able to prove themselve during the interview or defend their certificate which is the most reason why graduates nowadays are roaming the street around wirh no job while some found favour which end them to a great job they might be doing now..

So apart from coming out with best result, make sure u know the practical aspect of ur job maybe during the holiday or Industrial training period so that it will be added to ur knowledge acquired before graduations that even if it's the government official interview, u will be able to scale through it with ur ground that even if they wanted to discard u. It won't be an easily task for them.

And the most part of it is prayer.. Be praying and be requesting from God ur kind of Job u will like to have before ur graduation, alots are getting a great job even when we are saying there is no job and I hope ur future is brighter..

May God scale us through me too am a 300lv going to 4 by june by God grace...

May God enforce his success on us.

It is not likely that students will collect their certificates on the convocation day, but you have to go to Abuja anytime to collect your certificate. I received information from Abuja that the certificates are ready. By the way, you will have to pay for graduation gown(15k) compulsorily whether you want to attend convocation or not.

[quote author=SouthEastFacts post=76465034]Two different Awori Princes, from different nobel houses and in different places and time claimed that Awori is not Yoruba.

Do you know more than them?

It is just like claiming that Opobo is Igbo because the speak basically nothing than Igbo or claim that Borno is Hausa because they speak Hausa more than Kanuri.

Aworis are not Yorubas, na their princes talk am.[/quote
