Please my passport was supposed to come out in November and all of a sudden the immigration officer we paid for fast track said it was having printing error and it can only be corrected in Abuja up till now we haven't heard anything about it..And this is what is holding every other process I need to do..

Good day sabi mamas. Please is loss of appetite part of teething. DD is 6months and anytime she sees her bowl, she cries. She started pap at four months, cereals at five months plus. Yes I think so... Because I noticed it on my baby..he must not see u holding plate or spoon he will want to eat....but now he rejects them

Frequent watery stool... Zinc and ors is among d medication given....he is not weak

It's nothing to worry about my dear, my ds started responding to his name from 1yr that's bcus I shout it when he is trying to disorganize something, I shout it to get his attention away from there that's how he started understanding and responding to his name. Also you can start by helping him know his name in a question and answer moment session with him... Eg "What is your name?... My name is......" like that, so with other parts of his body.

I think 6 months is too early to be worried. If he was 9-12 months I'll say you should worry a bit. Does he laugh and giggle? But to allay your fears,you can go see his doctor.

Is your baby EBF?
If yes, you as the mum should take more fruits and vegetables.

If no, water is still your best option preferably lukewarm water first thing in the morning.

You said he didn't finish it, so it couldn't have been too small. Maybe he just prefers the breastmilk. Many babies woulld totally reject formula at this age especially from mum, but he would most likely take it from the creche nannies and finish it cuz he would be hungry then and you won't be there all the time to provide plan B. keep trying with the formula for now to be sure exactly what quantity he can finish but if you still ain't sure then tell the creche people to make the 180ml for him, you can always increase or reduce it depending on the reports from the nanny.

Two or three times depending on how long he's staying and how busy your day is. You can go as many times as you want to though, atleast at first, until you guys establish a routine that works. With my baby I was going once, rarely twice cuz she was a bit older and would cry when I try to leave.

I prepared 125ml of formula for him didn't finish it and was crying .. Immediately I breast fed him again he was just sucking d breast as if he hasn't taken anything before... Is it that what I prepared is too small or what....

No need to tell them about the handsucking.
First you have to find out how soon he gets hungry after a feed. You can time it now to be sure before he resumes. For my baby at 5 months, it was 3 hours.

Give them specific times when you want him to be fed. When my baby started at her first crechè, I'd tell them 'First feed at 9am and at every 3 hours after that. If they have those daily report booklets, you can check to confirm feeding times and leave comments if they are not feeding him enough. Also let them know they can feed baby earlier if he gets hungry b4 3 hours but never later. They are not supposed to have any standard feeding times for the younger babies, just however the parents want it. So don't worry, they won't starve him.

For home remedy, try steam inhalation (put hot water in a bowl, sit down with his face above the steam, use a towel to cover both your heads.) You can do this twice a day for 10 minutes each time.

Also use Ori (shea butter on his nose and chest).

But please, mama, take him to a doctor. Let them check that he has enough oxygen. He's still small.

Is not that d cattarrh is coming out from his nose... Is as if his lungs and chest are congested and when he breaths he normally make one kind sound....

It normally get worst in d night.. I having been giving him vit c and I use Mentholatum to rob his chest and I didn't see any changes

Pls what else can I do
