Adekunle is celebrating his 35th birthday today and his wife could not ignore him as she took to social media to celebrate him.

Actress Funke Akindele on Wednesday shared a cryptic message hours after former Jenifa’s Diary star Juliana Olayode made claims that her former manager Pastor Timi Adigun was responsible for her exit from the hit series, Igbere TV reports.
Juliana and her ex-manager had been trading words on Instagram over social media passwords and sexual abuse allegations. While accusing the pastor of sexually abusing her sister, the actress added that he got her fired from Jenifa’s Diary.
Juliana made the accusation in an Instagram post. According to her, Mr. Adigun sent an email to Funke which led to her exit. She, however, did not reveal the content of the mail.
She said: “Talk about Jenifa’s Dairy because to just came and said what you said. Who sent the email? You sent the email. Because I was begging you that day and I said ‘Please don’t send this email’. You were saying that you wanted to send the email, you wanted to stand up for me as a father.
“And I begged you and I said ‘don’t send this email’. Okay, edit the email. What did you say? ‘You don’t trust my decision that is the only problem I have against you. I am trying to stand up for you. All the things you said. I was there crying that day. Your wife Titilope was there. I never said anything because I trusted you.”
In a cryptic message shared in an Instagram story, Funke pointed out that Juliana’s revelation has vindicated her as she was blamed and called ‘wicked’ after Juliana left the show.
“I thought I was the wicked one. I laugh in Ijebu.” she wrote.
Juliana gained popularity after featuring as Toyosi aka Toyo Baby in Funke Akindele’s comedy series.
The actress fell out with Funke in 2017 which caused a strain in their relationship.

The Lagos State Government has handed the management of the Glover Memorial Hall to Lufodo, a theatre and film production company founded by veteran actor Olu Jacobs and his wife Joke Silva, Igbere TV reports.
A statement shared by the actress on in an Instagram post on Friday, said that the decision was made after a rigorious bidding process.
After reaching a concession, the commissioner of tourism, arts & culture, Mrs Uzamat Akinbile-Yusuf, along with the permanent secretary Princess Adenike Adedoyin-Ajayi and director of theatre Mr Ogunsote handed over the management of the hall to them.
Speaking at the event, Joke thanked the Lagos State government for their trust in Lufodo and assured them that their trust has not and will not be misplaced.
Part of the statement read: “The Lagos State Government handed over the management of the iconic @gloverhall to @lufodo , a theatre and film producing company founded by @_olujacobs and @ajokesilva on Thursday 6th January 2022. Built in 1887, the Glover Memorial Hall (GMH) is a heritage building for theatre and performing arts in Lagos.
“After a rigorous bidding process for the concession to manage GMH, Lufodo won and on Thursday, the Commissioner of Tourism, Arts & Culture Mrs Uzamat Akinbile-Yusuf along with the Permanent Secretary Princess Adenike Adedoyin-Ajayi and Director of Theatre MrOgunsote handed over the management of the Hall to @lufodo.
“Lufodo in partnership with @ciuciconsulting -a leading consulting and operations management firm will be managing GMH for the next 5 years. This partnership will have both Ms. Joke Silva and @ifeomamonye as co-CEOs.
“Joke Silva is in charge of artistic direction and @ifeomamonye operations. Also, a new board has been established with Mr. Gbenga Oyebode as the Chairman. As Nollywood star Yul Edochie turns 40 on Friday, January 7, the actor made a personal request that will benefit Nigeria to God.
Yul prayed that God would make him the president of Nigeria in 2023 so that he can wipe away the tears of Nigerians, Igbere TV reports.

A video of one Ms Nana-Adwoa battling for dear life after being poisoned by some of her friends over her travelling plans to the UK is presently making rounds on social media.

Actress Mo Bimpe has narrated how her friendship with her colleague Lateef Adedimeji blossomed into a relationship that led to marriage, Igbere TV reports.
In a lengthy Instagram post on Friday night, the newly wed said that she did not know she would end up being Lateef’s wife.

American filmmaker Lloyd Weaver and director of the popular Nigerian TV series I Need to Know is dead, Igbere TV reports.
His death was announced by Aderemi Ogunpitan in a Facebook post on Monday.
“Olalekan Babalola just sent the information that Baba Lloyd Weaver has passed on to return his ancestors. The news was a sad one. I learnt so much from this creative loving and gentle soul who gave so much to the Nigerian creative Industry. He arrived in Nigeria as part of the Jakaranda American team to train producers at NTA.
“Thereafter, himself, Tony Cunningham and Earnest Dunkley formed an independent TV and Film production company CDW who went on to produce some of the most iconic Nigerian TV commercials for some of Nigerias top advertising agencies in the 80′ and 90’s. They later formed Swift Studios, where I was the Executive Producer, working with other Nigerians such as Patrick Afun, Pat Nebo, Olumide Ofere and many others. I learnt so much from him and he remained a mentor until his death.”
Award-winning Nigerian Afrobeat superstar, David Adeleke, popularly known in showbiz scenes as Davido, has described 2021 as one of the craziest years of his lifetime, Igbere TV reports.

Davido’s personal bodyguard, Ogbeide Tijani Olamilekan, better known as TeejayDMW, reportedly died on Tuesday, December 8, 2020, and the OBO expressed his feelings of devastation about his death on social media.
It was reported that Davido’s bodyguard died as a result of complications from a long-standing diabetes struggle.

Obama DMW, an associate of popular Nigerian entertainer and DMW boss, Davido passed away on June 29, in a hospital in Lekki, Lagos. He reportedly died of suspected respiratory failure.
He founded his own record label, Obama Music Worldwide, an affiliate brand to Davido Music Worldwide.

Nigerian singer Temilade Openiyi, better known by her stage name Tems has reflected on her success journey since her release from prison in Uganda last year, Igbere TV reports.
The singer took to Twitter on Monday, December 13 to show her appreciation to God for making her have the "last and final laugh."
“This very day Last Year, I was sitting in prison in Uganda bonding with women and kids.
“I almost can’t believe the things I’ve seen so far. All I can say is God is too awesome and He will always have the last and final laugh✨���” she tweeted.

Actress Chioma Ifemeludike has called out Esosa Ighodaro a Nigerian-US-based preacher whom she accused of threatening her life.
The actress shared Facebook conversations on Instagram on Tuesday, claiming that the preacher asked her to apologised for posting a video calling out Founder of Omega Fire Ministry Apostle Johnson Suleman, Igbere TV reports.
In a lengthy post, Chioma said she received a message from the preacher who she claimed attacked her with threatening and manipulative messages.
“Mr Esosa Ighodaro (on Facebook), you came in my dm on the 21st September 2021 and attacked me with these manipulative and threatening messages, you said I will die after 3days if I don’t publicly apologise to your “god of man” I’m making this post public to remind you that you’re not God, from the day you sent this threat I have traveled from Lagos(2weeks)-London(5weeks)-Abj (1week)-Asaba-(2days)-Lagos(2week) through Air and on the land and no harm has touched me.
“Ps. If anything happens to me then you Mr Esosa Ighodaro will be held responsible because you mammon worshipers desperately want cover your evil acts but you’re playing with fire,” she wrote.

Actress Patience Ozokwo on Monday December 6 apologised to those who have been defrauded by scammers using a product she had advertised, Igbere TV reports.
The 63-year-old in an Instagram post stated that scammers have been using the promotional videos she made to scam members of the public.
“Please note that I followed due diligence and researched Boldgains before agreeing to be their ambassador. I travelled to Dubai to meet the founders and I checked their products.
“That being said, be aware that scammers and fraudsters are using my Boldgains promotional videos to scam people. My sincere apologies to all who have been scammed already,” she wrote in parts.
On October 29, the veteran actress lamented the rate at which scammers use her name to defraud members of the public.
The veteran actress apologised to all who have been defrauded in her name, adding that she is doing all she can to close fraudulent social media accounts created in her name.
“My apologies to all those who have been duped in my name. I have tried to close so many fake accounts – still trying. Please note that anything that sounds too good to be true is probably not true. Investigate before you invest. Check for real accounts and contacts,” she wrote on Instagram.
