The embassy in lagos have sent the form to them on wednesday.thats the mail they sent me oh.

Since then no news from the embassy.i plan sending another e-mail to my school tomorow if i didnt hear from them today.

Do you have any other ideal on what to do?my school has already resume and i hope this will not be a red flag.

My people,i ask my school to intervene and this is there reply,
Dear l,
I have just called the Foreigners Authority in **** about your visa
application and the responsible person there said that the necessary visa
application form has not yet been sent to them. Maybe it got somehow lost.
But don't worry, the gentleman there will correspond with the embassy in
Lagos immediately to get that form sent. They will sort everything out and
will let us know about the progress. I'm sure it won't take long.

Pls what should i do?it seems they return the it to me in error,should i just sent it to my school to forward it to the authority in germany or i should wait for lagos embassy to send it?

I dont think so.why did it take them 7weeks to reply him?did they set exam for him during the interview?

The lady was going for a year langauge course so i guess thats why she was denied.your friend defer his admission from summer to this winter admission and it seems he doesnt no much about his school.that what a freind that was with them at the embassy yesterday told me.i hope he can reapply.

suckermaterial: am very happy, I did my interview yesterday, the young lady that interviewed me said that I talk too much. Thanks for narialanders. I also met one narialand member that put me through at the reception room before the lady called me.
But the embassy gave one of my friend a rejection letter yesterday and one other girl. The crowd at the German embassy is too much.
Can embassy give me visa before 1st of October because my course is starting on 1st October.

Having worked in gtb forign transfer for some period i know is not possible.but some people will try and proove smartness.

Angel Diamond: I have paid tuition using form A from Nigeria from GTBank...........i thought i could do it for blocked account too but i was told i need to send from a Euro account...........coz it is a personal money..........using form A makes it cheaper but sending to a personal account is a NO NO.........meaning anyone with a German account could be able to send money using form A and making it a form of money exchange business...
In a nut shell, i was told i CANNOT use form A for a personal account...............

All nigeria bank use form A.its not only firstbank.you can only use it for paying school fees not block account.i have current account in FB and i was told its impossible to use.someone has already try it onthis thread,he was called back from FB head office that the transaction cant go through. ..

suckermaterial: if u doubt it, go to any first bank tell them that u want to transfer money from ur naria savings account to ur German block account for study purpose. they will give u a form called form A. I tried it.

You cant use naira account to transfer money into a block account.it must be a domicilliary account.

suckermaterial: u can use Gtbank or first bank. even if u have naria account without a dom.account, u can still transfer money to ur block account. u have to be fast,no time. just go to ur bank and make enquiries.

Firstbank is ok.you will be charge 80 euro.they are also reliable and the charges are ok.

Exactly.you need to see how my coursing was happy when i told her about finland.she was about paying 2million to a school in uk.this is a lady that has first class in a good school,yet no job after one year she decided to do her master .when i told her about finland and germany she was very happy.

Its definately becuase of language barrier.but my question is why will an average nigerian spend 6,000,000 in uk and after his program he has to back?i think people like angel diamond will shed more light on this issue having studied in the uk before.

Tope coursemate in nigeria,his father based in uk and was strongly against us coming there to study siting high tuition fee to no student job and harsh immigration policy of the british govt.

The reason why they go to uk is because u can easily feel at home in some area of uk,like london,peckam etc and similar language.

That why information is powerfull.alot of people are not aware of all this free education country.
The economic situation in the uk then is much more ok,as in post study visa,student jobs etc.unlike now where post study visa has being cancel,college student cant work etc..

My point is why should someone pay approximate 6m in a uk for bsc and ignore a germany which offer the same course free of charge.

Personally i felt germany has alot to offer than uk.apart from the money aspect,can a student get his stay in uk after 5years?i doubt it.

I stand to be corrected,but i think that move is not JUST WISE at all.

justwise: Germany education has been free for yrs but at the same time people preferred the UK, US and Canada to German education even as it cost a lot more to study in the above mentioned countries

I think hes talking about the financial aspect of studying in both countries.since studying in germany is free and is expensive in uk to an average nigerian,so the tendecy that people will be giving preference to germany over uk is high.

Morever,nigerians are cost conscios people.

Angel Diamond: If they will not issue y0u the visa, you would have gotten an email to come to the Embassy after about 5days or less..........when i was waiting for my visa i was praying not to hear from the embassy atall until after 3weeks because the guy that was interviewed same day as me got a mail after 4days and he was denied visa.........but fortunately for me i got a mail after 16 working days.........so u can chill ....and thank your stars you didn`t get a mail after 5days.........lol...........meanwhile i wanna say congrats in advance.

Go to local govt and get the half A4 type birth certificate.since you were born in 1988.
