The only route I think is for student.
For holland,if you have enough cash with your o level,university in holland can even get u ur visa.just apply and transfer there fee to them they will do all the visa processing for u.
For germany,if u can afford 1.6m,with ur o level.u can apply for admission and use d 1.6m for the block account,with that ur visa is 75 percent sure

collinsfbi: There are more to that gtb dollar master card, I hv a domi with GTb but I never apply for the dollar master card because of charges and I realise that what I can do with the naira master card, I can also do such with the dollar master card. Issuance is $50 and you have to load money on the card which attract charges. Anyway, the choice is left for the op to decide.

U don't have to load anymoney,if u have like 50 dollars in ur dom acct,and that's the amount you want to payonline.just pick a transfer form and transfer the money from ur dom account to the card and use it to make online payment.please and please there is no charges on anytransaction you make on that account.

You can get admission without into there university without proficiency in german,moreover many university gives lecture in english languagegerman language is not a must for admission or visa.so when you get there
You can learn the language.but I will advice you to learn it some tit bit of the language in nigeria to ease communication.

Have it in mind that without 8000 euro in a german blocked account or letter from some one in germany to provide document of sponsoring you your student visa is not possible.the most important thing is the cash,once you have that one,get admission from there university and contact the embassy directly or you can check there website for more info.also you can try daad.de they offer scholarship for prospective student in germany as well

2good: Dont come to the Netherlands to school if you dont have a source of paying atleast your first year tuition and cost of living. You wont even get the visa except you prove you have enough money to finance your education for the first year, which you must transfer to a dutch bank. Tuition in Delft University of Technology is 12,500 euros per year which is 25000 euros for the 2years or 5,250,000 naira for tuition alone without living expenses which is also as expensive as the yearly tuition.
Forget about hustling as a student because your work permit states you are not allowed to work more than I think 10hrs per week which  requires your ability to speak dutch, except during the summer when you can work full time. In summary you will suffer if you are planning to come here to study and pay your fees and bills through hustling. Just an advice.

I think u are wrong.I got this info from someone in holland.you can work but the timee is restricted to 10hrs per week and u cant work and its not a must that u speak dutch before u get work.but its good you understand the native language.mind you its either you work full time in the summer or part time for 10hrs per week you can't do the same together.its ur employer that will apply for work permit not your school or yourself,which takes 3-4 weeks to come out.there's also black market and there salary is usually high but if your company is caught they will be fine heavily and you may
Loose your residence permit.
