oluwadamelola:I posted the info you're requesting for a few posts up your own. I also posted earlier today in the previous page before this one but nevertheless, here you go. Guaifebao Contact gotten from another thread: --->Enugu City :0803472 9247, 08036712761 --->Lagos: 07084430249, 08068045223 --> Delta State (Kwale/Asaba/Warri): 0803 345 2847 (Dr Joe) --> Port Harcourt: 08056741498, 08033288939 -->Benue State: 07069764239 -->Abakiliki/Ebonyi: 07014761176, 07069585502 There's a Lagos contact but am sure any of them can deliver to any location in Nigeria |
Janix2:Dr Okeke Cosmas Emeka 08033018346 - Sonex Hospital and Fertility Centre at No 3 Emordi Street, Olodi-Apapa, off Idowu Street. Hospital Website is http://www.sonexclinicsltd.com . Haven't used it myself but heard good things, It was mentioned to me by my Dr who happens to be in Anambra State. The lack of personal experience is why I kept mute. I have given out the contact to 2 people on this thread but unfortunately none of them has given me any feedback on him. In case you check it out, do let me know. |
Hismercy3:Alright. Has your use of serrapeptease helped with the Adhesion? Just wondering. Just use Guaifebao or Clean Point for the blocked tubes. God will make all things beautiful for you, Amen. |
henmaris:Am not trying to force it on you. I understand and accept your choices. I only asked for details to see if I can find anything that could've caused it. The meals you posted are not detailed enough. It doesn't state the quantity of the Mayo and Coconut Oil used for the eggs. Another thing is the Egg Fast is best done for 5days though it works for some people on a daily basis. Refer to my post on the whoosh. As for BM, some people experience no BM for days while some get the runs. If you experience no BM, then it's suggested that you take a Magnesium Supplement or Ducolax, or Liquid Paraffin, Herb Tea etc. Just something to get you going that's if you feel uncomfortable and see the need. I experience no BM for a few days like 3days but would usually have a BM after 4days so I don't bother with supplements anymore on the Egg Fast,I just drink plenty water and wait it out. Go Low Carb with portion control. You can look at the sample Menus posted on page 66 if you feel the need. Good luck on your weight loss and health journey. |
aghaibiam:Clean point and Guaifebao do the same work. Guaifebao Contact gotten from another thread: --->Enugu City :0803472 9247, 08036712761 --->Lagos: 07084430249, 08068045223 --> Delta State (Kwale/Asaba/Warri): 0803 345 2847 (Dr Joe) --> Port Harcourt: 08056741498, 08033288939 -->Benue State: 07069764239 -->Abakiliki/Ebonyi: 07014761176, 07069585502 Clean Point Contacts from this thread: Roseey0 : 08063861919 Mumihaja : mumihaja@gmail.com, 08094434639 A seller in Abuja : 09098168004. Am sure any of them can deliver to Abuja via courier or bus transport. You can call them up to discuss. |
giftedbabies:You're welcome. Amen. God bless you too. |
Vanny2:My guess would be that the Guaifebao burst the cyst. Cysts are fluid filled sacs you know. Congrats on your soon to be bfp. |
enatasha: omotolani22:See the Matrons number in the quoted post above. Welcome to the thread, may your stay be fruitful and short. Take Care. |
Happy Birthday 4realwoman, wishing you all of God's blessings especially your Bfp desire and fruitfulness in all areas of your life and marriage, Amen. Welcome back ! We miss you die! No prayer Schedule Post since. Abeg help us out as usual. We have a handful of newbies too since the last one. TIA and God Bless. |
Hismercy3: Fvine:Here you go, see the contacts in the quoted post. You can also maybe do the Castor Oil therapy while using Guaifebao or Clean point. @ Venizia unblocked her tubes and cleared the hydrosalphinx using Gynapharm by Kedi and Guaifebao. Serrapeptease takes care of mostly adhesions and not unblocking tubes. |
henmaris:Sorry about this but I doubt it's an Egg Fast Error. There's something called the whoosh in Egg Fast which happens to some people. What happens is that during the Egg Fast, it seems like they're not losing or even gaining and then the whoosh happens after the 5th day on the Egg Fast and they drop off all the fat and more. Another question I'll ask is were you having a regular bowel movement? And please share your typical Egg Fast day meals let me see what you ate. Note that am not doubting you, it could still be that like you said it's not for you but I just want to analyse what happened to see if I can help you and others who might experience this.

omotolani22:You're welcome. Details of the Egg Fast is on Page 64. You can also read up from Page 64 to date for other methods of weight loss like sample 9ja weight loss menus, tips etc. |
Amarapearl:A substitute to Parlodel is Dostinex. You can talk to your Dr and get him to switch you to Dostinex which seems to be more tolerable. Natural way to reduce Prolactin is by Taking Steamed Ewedu without Potash or anything added + taking Vit B6 + Eating Lots of Cabbage. Your Prolactin is very high, so I'll suggest you try adding this Alternative method to the Parlodel or Dostinex you're taking to help normalize your levels faster. You can maybe do the combo for just one to 2 months only and see how far. Why do u say that Clomid didn't work? Does it mean you didn't ovulate? Clomid is for Ovulation and not a bfp guarantee. so if you ovulated, then it worked. Not getting a bfp on a clomid cycle is another matter which could have been caused by several other factors. |
beegurl:Well you already know you have PCOS which shows in your test. You also didn't ovulate as per the Day 21 test. You're already on the right track losing weight and taking Vitex. Honestly those are the things you can do/ take to regulate yourself and get your periods regularly without inducing it with drugs or home remedies. You can also discuss Metformin with your Dr. It helps lots of PCOS women with weight loss (overweight Cysters), Ovulation, getting regular period and conception. Take care. |
Dazzle86:10ks |
Dazzle86:Ok am curious as hell that's why I posted. I'll share my experience after. I believe it's part of the Myomectomy deal and that's why I'll only pay for just the materials. He says the normal cost (I guess for people who did t do Myomectomy with him but needing to do the procedure) is N50,000 but that I'll be paying N25,000. How much did you pay for your Myomectomy? |
* Cross Posting* Umunne m na Umunna m oh! which means My Brothers & Sisters oh! Biko who has done Chromoperturbation before? It's part of my Dr's protocols after an open Myomectomy. He usually does it once the 3rd period arrives and packs up. My 3rd AF post Op came yesterday, therefore yours truly will be going in soon for this procedure. I've asked him plenty questions yesterday on the procedure and all he gave me is that recovery time is 45mins and mild anaesthesia will be given. He has stylishly declined answering further questions until I come for the procedure. He gets the vibes from my questions that am scared and might actually change my mind and not come in for it. Well he's somewhat right, so I don't blame him. I just want to learn what I can to prepare my psyche before the D day. I've googled for information but not really getting all the info I want. I do know that he'll as usual answer all my questions and clear my fears before we go into the Theatre. As per cost, am only going to pay for the cost of materials to be used and not for the procedure. TIA. |

Chyvia:Good. You're not sticking fast to the Egg Fast rules but you're doing very good for tweaking with Meat which is low carb. Hope you had a safe trip. Welcome back to Lasgidi! |
uche13:Wow. You have tried. Share with us how you achieved this please. The Egg Fast is actually a weight loss stall/plateau breaker although these days people just use it for general weight loss so feel free to employ it to break your stall. As per the Egg Fast rules, you're to consume a tablespoon of Fat for each Egg. Although some people actually tweak the diet and still get results. Since you don't like Butter and Mayonnaise, you can use Olive Oil and/or Coconut Oil. Right now I can't stand Mayonnaise so am just drinking my Eggs in my Lipton Tea and frying the rest with Butter. That's the only recipe I can stomach now. |
99billiondollar:Relax and stop worrying is easier said than done but very doable. I was once like that but you know what, I convinced myself that in as much as I want to conceive, I want to be healthy, happy and live my life. I don't want to die ttc or give myself other ailments like high BP all in the name of wanting to conceive. I also reasoned that am doing what I can to TTC so why worry, worry and being depressed will actually not help me with the process instead it will derail my progress. Something else I also did was to get busy and engage in an activity that will take my mind off ttc. When I was less busy (underemployed) which added to my ttc sorrows, I taught myself how to crotchet through online articles & you tube videos and started making stuff like Skirts, handbags, Jewelry, etc. Then when I got this my current job (mostly always busy), I stopped crotchet and when ttc depression came knocking, I took up weight loss as a project. Weight loss as a project because, I found out that being overweight was adding to my ttc issues & depression. I would look in the mirror and see a fat, ugly, underemployed, infertile woman. And no matter how much compliments I get on my looks from people, I just couldn't believe it because I wasn't seeing it in the mirror for myself. In fact if my DH made the mistake of complimenting me ESP when am not feeling it, I'll just snap & quarrel with him for mocking me for being fat. I made my dh change from saying "you look good to I like your looks today". Immediately I started losing weight, my moods changed, I started being very happy all the time, got my groove back, even started putting on small makeup like Eye pencil and lipstick. Right now my major TTC plan once I get the go ahead to ttc is to have "mad fun" with my DH while praying fervently & trusting God. I do have PCOS which am treating & might even go for ovulation induction but am not going to let that bother me cos am treating it & worry is actually not a form of treatment. Sorry for the long post, but I just want to share my experience with you in the hope that it can help you figure out something to keep you away from being depressed. Take Care and God bless. |
Fvine:@ sixx, see the above post. It's for increasing Cervical Mucus & taking care of dry Veejay. I beg you to please try & stop crying. Make yourself happy, pray and BD like a 19 year old college girl and you never know, it just might happen. It's even great that your hubby is very supportive. Because of the financial issue, you can go for the Alternative methods, they work great just like the supplements. If you're Overweight, eliminate sugar and Refined Carbohydrates from your diet, eat healthy, watch your food portions & exercise. A little weight loss goes a long way in helping overweight women in their fertility. You can also make Tiger nut Milk (Tiger nut = Aya, Ofio, Aki Awusa) for your DH to drink regularly. It will nourish his Sperm whether he has any issues or not. Onion Juice sweetened with honey is also another good one for men. Also encourage him to drink Milk regularly. These are inexpensive things you can do that could help give you peace of mind and boost your morale knowing that you're not just folding your arms on ttc because of finances. Take Care. |
triangullar:She has given out the Guaifebao. But please contact @ Suremum as she has Clean Point she wants to give out. |
nwarosa:You'll get Licorice Supplement at GNC shop by Opebi Roundabout, Ikeja. Saw it there the last time I was there. |
rgee:GNC at Opebi Roundabout Ikeja should have, dem sabi get all those kind of supplements that seems to be only available online at Amazon and Ebay. Also call Alpha Pharmacy at Opebi to see if they have. I just posted Alpha Pharmacy contact in my last post above |
giftedbabies:I think all labs that do normal scan also do TVS. But I prefer labs that do automatic picture and pic result printing of TVS and scan from the machine instead of just only typing out the result or writing it by hand. @ Sugah uses Echo Scan at Opebi for her Labs & they sound affordable, I believe they'll be good. I also think that you can get HCG Trigger Shot at Alpha Pharmacy Opebi off Toyin Street. Those guys sell almost all pharmaceuticals ( drugs& injections) and also supply to hospitals. They're also sole distributor for some companies. Alpha Pharmacy: 2b Alabi Street, off Toyin Street, Opebi, Ikeja. 012951801, 012951804, 08134041020. You can call them for availability & price before going. |
oluwadamelola:Pele. Just take it as another opportunity as difficult as it may be doing so. I also am in your shoes, although I was expecting mine cos am temporary off TTC. Take Care. |
happymummy:Happy Birthday Sis. I bless God for keeping you alive Hale and hearty to witness this day, You'll celebrate many many many more in good health and happiness. Amen. From your lips to God's ears, and may he bless you with your heart desires of child/children before your next birthday, Amen. Enjoy the rest of your day. |
Khloepatra: Khloepatra:Sis I actually read your post well before commenting. You are the one who needs to read well before commenting. Kindly refer to your 1st post which I've quoted for ease of reference. You said that your advise TO ALL & I quote " My My advise to all those seeking for the fruit of the womb is that they shouldn't wait for too long when result is not forth coming. IVF is also a way out of infertility." Though you mentioned it as a way, but your 1st line advising all not to wait for too long is invariably saying that they should go for IVF which is a joinder to the 1st sentence. I'll suggest you try to be civil and try to present your thoughts straight in a way that will not be misconstrued. You should do this bearing in mind that the communication mode here is written which is more easily misconstrued than oral communication. And hey, am one very happy lady, the ladies here who have interacted offline with me can attest to that. And of course my happiness is what has led me to be very active on this thread, supporting my e-sisters when & in ways I can. I wouldn't do this if I were unhappy like you said. I'd actually say that you're the unhappy one, cos if you actually are a happy person, then you'll know that constructive criticism is a good growth factor in life. I myself welcome constructive criticism because it helps me learn, grow and move forward. And I'll repeat it again, congrats to you and your family on your Sisters blessing, but please note that your message on Trucare Fertility Centre for couples who want to go for IVF is best suited for the IVF/IUI/ICSI thread for obvious reasons. Of course its great that you let us know her WIDD and also you can suggest IVF/her WIDD to Ladies here in a good way but not advising ALL that IVF/WIDD and the hospital she used is a way out, like they don't already they don't already know about IVF. I'll suggest you read your statements thoroughly before & after you post. |
finecheek12:ACV is safe throughout the cycle, am not sure about BSM. Lemon is also safe throughout the cycle. Please ditch the garlic, it's a blood thinner and has its negatives especially in high does. Although Garlic is used in curing/managing many ailments so it's not bad in itself. ACV + BSM for ttc is used for Fibroids. ACV taken alone on an empty stomach lowers blood sugar. It also makes the body alkaline which is optimal for health and is very helpful for weight loss. Lemon also works same way as ACV so it's actually an overkill if you're taking both ACV and Lemon at the same time. |
