Chinwendym:On my last Egg Fast and one that I had last year, I found it very difficult to eat Boiled Eggs and was very nauseated after eating. I found that I have No such issues with scrambled eggs and BPT or BPC so that's what I go with these days. What's the total number of eggs you plan to eat for the whole day? |

ozycy:Don't be soo hard on yourself, you're nursing nah and I imagine that can't be easy. Look on the bright side at least you're taking walks. And yes tummy fat sucks. That's where I also have most of my weight. Try reducing your Carbohydrates intake and eating more veggies and protein to fill up. It is well. Perhaps you'll get back down once you stop nursing. You and We all don't need to be on a diet to lose weight or get healthy, watching what we eat and walking/exercise can ultimately do the trick at the long run. All this one is just that sometimes we want to do stuff more coordinated and get the weight loss at a faster rate to achieve our health and/or Fertility goal. Orente21:It could be Ovulation pain since its CD 14. Any other signs like feeling extra warm?. Abeg BD just in case. You can try aerobic dancing at home and taking evening walks too. Meanwhile don't fall into temptation of munching things out of boredom, try to eat healthy and in good portions. If you must munch/snack, make it a healthy low carb one. What's your height and what dress size do you wear? just wondering because of your weight. |

Chinwendym:Hi since you can't drink the oil straight and you're eating boiled eggs my suggestion will be: 1. Add Oil to Coffee and use blender to blend or use Fork to turn vigorously. Me I no longer blend my BPT. I just use fork to blend Raw Egg and Butter in a cup, make Lipton in a separate cup then pour into the Egg mixture while turning vigorously with fork. I was using blender when I started out until I tried fork and it worked out. 2. You can cut up the eggs in pieces and sprinkle the oil or butter on top and mix well before eating. As for Butter, you have to melt to get the correct measure. And please remember it's real Butter squares like President, Oldenburger, El Vide (sp?), etc found in fridges at the supermarket and not them confectionery sachet Butter or margarine like blue band and the rest. I wish you success and may you lose eggcellently. Don't forget to post on anything you may experience during the day and need help with. Chyvia:Well done Sis on your successful Egg Fast. Keep up with your plan on your healthy journey. Very soon you'll achieve your goal. Please let's know your total weight loss for the 5 days Egg Fast. Am currently not doing much because am away from home and having a Drs visit for a procedure so I just thought I should respect myself and eat normal but with portion control till after. So latest by Monday, I'll either go on the Egg Fast or go back to my Zero Carb Carnivore Way of Eating. I might also throw in 30mins aerobic exercise/dancing in the morning before leaving for work. But that will be on days I wake up very early and strong for it. Will keep all posted. |

Abeg who don use the RCCG Midwife for Fibroid cure recently should give us feedback nah. You can see that lots of Mamas here are having small small Fibroids dem showing themselves in different ways. I know a lot of Mamas said they'll check her out and that's why am making this post. Una doh ! |

Rukkington:Usually Folic Acid in Prenatal and supplements like Ovacare will be around 400-800mg which I believe is not that much. The problem I believe will be increased dosage from taking supplemental Folic Acid tablets. That's just my thought. @ Sugah will know better because her Dr stopped her from taking Folic Acid before she eventually had a Myomectomy to remove the Fibroids. |

Babyadorable:Am not sure about Letrozole and Fibroids but what I do know for sure is that Letrozole is better than clomid anytime any day just that it's costlier. |

CravingChic:I believe you can take them together. The bromegon will take care of the high Prolactin while the letrozole will take care of Ovulation and the Omega Hormonal Imbalance. Take care. |

CravingChic:Just continue working on it. My Dr said I'll continue to be on Dostinex until I get a bfp. A Mama here who also got her bfp recently had her Dr do the same thing for her, I can't remember who exactly now. I think people who are prone to high Prolactin need to continue suppressing it till a bfp is achieved as it goes up very easily once medication/treatment is stopped. I don't know this for a fact though, just my thoughts based on my Dr's prescription and that of the other Mama. |

oomiyale:Ok. Any regular Prenatal or M2tone will do if you want to take a Prenatal. If the drug he gives you is Clomid, please express your concern for thinning of your uterine lining and Monitoring you while on clomid to see what he'll say. Also discuss taking Vit C together with the clomid, clomid works better when combined with Vit C. And again you may need to get and use Preseed for drying of the veejay caused by clomid. Most Drs will also do Clomid together with Metformin for PCOS patients. We can't really conclude now since we don't know the drug he wants to use. There are several drugs for Ovulation induction. |

CravingChic:Nwanne m, biko ikeagwula gi, oh. Jisie Ike (My Sis pls dont be tired, be strong). Your Sis is currently on her way from Lagos to Anambra state to get Chromopertubation of the tubes done. My prayer is that God blesses us with the best of kids in health and happiness after all of these, angelic kids that will make us proud and take care of us in our old ageAmen. I know it will all be worth it at the end. Just like Mamakendra said, you have high Prolactin which you need to treat using drugs either Parlodel or Dostinex or Natural Method (Ewedu, Cabbage and Vit B6 or Vit B Complex). The high Prolactin could be whats stopping you from Ovulating. High Prolactin can interfere with ovulation and your Progesterone number shows that you didn't ovulate. Your testosterone is high which is indicative of imbalances. I'll advise you start taking Omega 3,6 as it helps with hormonal imbalance, that's what my Dr prescribed for me sha. Your Dr can do Ovulation induction too with drugs to ensure you ovulate if need be. I don't know for sure like @ Mamakendra if the Omega's have affected my eggs but I know for sure that they have affected my hormones positively. I had one of the best AF ever, very low PMS ( only felt like shouting at DH once instead of wanting to dash him slap severally : ). Also no pimples, in fact the spot from my AF pimple is almost faded now. Increased CM too although it can be better. Your FSH levels shows you have excellent Ovarian reserve. Your LH is lower than your FSH and is close to a ratio of 1:1 so you're likely clear of PCOS. I believe your anovulation is from the high Prolactin. Just treat the high Prolactin and take the Omega's and I believe you'll be fine. Don't worry yourself about having one tube. You can conceive with one tube. God and your body knows the one tube that is working and you'll most likely ovulate from that side each month. Chukwu agozi go gi, o fodu nwa mgbe nta ( God has blessed U, its remains small) and it'll manifest to his glory, Amen. Which drugs are you currently taking? napa:You wanted hospitals in Ikeja so am sorry I can't help as mine was done in Anambra State. But should you wish to consider anywhere in Lagos generally, then you can go to Sonex Hospital and Fertility Centre, Olodi - Apapa. @ Sugah had her Myomectomy in a hospital at Ajao Estate, @ Redeemed had hers in Gbagada. They can provide further details when they come online. Maybe other Mummies can chip in hospitals in Lagos generally just in case no one knows any in Ikeja. You can then check out and maybe choose one that's closer to Ikeja. My humble opinion. 1 Like |

Vanny2:Oh yes. Their Guaifebao has recorded lots of successes here but unfortunately Mamas here who have used their Fibroids package is saying bad of it. So here you'll find that their Guaifebao = YES while their Fibroids Package = NO. |

I can't believe this lol.
asides using the fats to fry the eggs how else can I use them? Cos the thought of putting any amount of oil or butter straight into my mouth is making me squirmish
