It's sleep paralysis like so many people have told you. Your mind suddenly awakes from dreaming/ sleep while your body is still asleep. This happens because your body is naturally paralysed when you sleep and dream so you don't hurt yourself acting out your dreams. When you wake up, your mind moves slowly from the dream state to the awareness stage, sending signals to your body to wake up. Sleep paralysis happens when ur mind wakes up suddenly from dreaming without properly instructing your body to wake up.
