The way you guys talk at times is so unreasonable. Where is your evidence that Arthur Eze sponsored Emeka Ihedioha's election?? Where you there when he gave him a cheque? Make una continue with una Anambra superiority nonsense if that will make you happy but be rest assured that such fantasy remains a figment of your imagination.

It has always been that way. All SE states pay homage to Anambra even the ousted roaches.

It’s funny that Arthur has influence in all SE states except his own Anambra. Anambra esika!
Trash!!!
So if a friend visits another it now means he is paying homage?? If Arthur visits Ihedioha in Imo state, will you say the same thing??
All these talks about Anambra is nothing but infantile statements that make no sense.

people like tinubu 're the problem we have in southern nigeria.

PDP Apc is just a tool for deciet.
we have real problems. "useful idiots"

as long as we have tinubu kalu ekweremadu amosun and all the southern sell outs keep breathing there is no hope for southern unity.

we need men like

abaribe. senator adeyemi smart, fani kayode, for southern unity to. We shouldn't fight amongst ourselves
even in lagos yourbas cannot kill of igbos, neither can igbos do likewise, they will just finish and wear themselves down and to whose advantage ?

the problem of southerners lies in the north because states like yobe katsina borno kebbi jingawa bring absolutely nothing to the table. except for thier big penïse to populate everywhere so they will have the numbers to call shots, while they tax southerners.

people like tinubu should be pushed out. and replaced with people that will embrace fellow southern brothers and push for restructuring. If not nigeria will collapse in less than 20 yrs
You're right!

Travel / Re: 5 Places In Nigeria You Should Visit In 2019 by Galaxyowerri(m): 7:19pm On Mar 02, 2019
magazineguy:
Happy new guys! It’s 2019 and it’s not too early to start making travel plans for the year. We know everyone has lofty dreams of visiting the Maldives, Seychelles or even Jordan. However, while making these plans and budgeting, why not add a Nigerian destination or two to your list?

Wondering where in Nigeria would make the hassle worth it? Well I have come with a list that you can choose from.

Abraka Turf – Located in Abraka, Delta state – this country club is a divine oasis. It is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday Nigerian life. While their accommodation is definitely a highlight due to the variety, there are also things that you can do while there.
Ever heard of River Ethiope? This blue green goodness is believed to be Africa’s deepest inland waterway. The clarity of this river is incredible and the source is said to be a cotton tree. Even if you do not do anything when you go there, this River is a must visit and there is a trail at the turf that leads to it so you can jump in for a swim or have a boat ride. The turf also offers quad biking, horse riding etc.

Other things you can do while in Delta state is a visit McCarthy beach, Chief Nana’s palace (the only living historical museum in Nigeria), eat Starch and Banga soup and just enjoy the vibe. This way, your trip is a mixture of relaxation, history and local cuisine.

To get to Abraka, the quickest route would be to fly to Warri and make the 1 hour drive down there.

Kano State – This is the 2nd largest City in Nigeria and the commercial nerve center of the North. Best part is, it is steeped in a lot of history. Visit this ancient City with us and find out what makes it such an amazing place. From the Kano wall ruins to the tie and dye pits, the museum to the Emir’s Palace, you are sure to love it.
The Kofar Mata dye pits were created over 500 years ago and can be found in the City center. It is still in use today with the same techniques being passed down. Upon visitation, if you are lucky you could get a live demonstration.

Although the walls lay in ruins, the Kano walls when first created were built to protect the inhabitants of the ancient city. Other places to visit include Giddam Makama Museum, the Emir’s Palace, Kano Zoo, Kurmi Market and Goron Dutse Hills.

So visit, soak in some history, culture and the sights and sounds of Kano.

Kwara State – They don’t call this place the State of Harmony for no reason. Everyone is super friendly and helpful; there is literally always a smile on the face of anyone you speak to. What is there to see in Kwara you might ask? Well let’s help you out with that!

Owu falls: This is one of the highest and most spectacular waterfalls in Nigeria. It is often described as the ‘Wonder in the wilderness’ as there is a hike to get to the falls. With a fall of 330m the hike is well worth it.

Esie Museum: This was the first museum to be established in Nigeria. It is said to have the largest soapstone images in the world. Visiting is definitely creepy and hearing the stories is even worse but you cannot go to Kwara without heading there.

Dada Pottery: This is the largest traditional pottery workshop in Nigeria. There is an assortment of pottery products that range from water storage vessels to cooking utensils as well as decorative pottery items are produced. It is said to be as old as Ilorin itself and if you get there on time and you aren’t in a hurry, you can watch the women at work.

You can also throw in the University of Ilorin zoo and get on the canopy walk.

One thing is clear, Kwara might not be one of the famous tourist destinations in Nigeria, but don’t sleep on it either.

Kogi State – Lokoja (the capital) is a haven of history; from Mount Patti (which is the location where Flora Shaw got the name Nigeria) to the first Anglican Church in Northern Nigeria, it is a state you absolutely must visit.
Hike up Mount Patti (or drive if you’re feeling lazy) and enjoy the views. You will also see Lord Luggard’s first office and have a little peak into it. Something not everyone is aware of is that you can take a boat ride on the famous River Niger and Benue. I suggest you book this ride through the navy, that way your safety is ensured.

If you are not too creeped out, you should head to the cemetery which is the largest cemetery in Nigeria in terms of being the resting place for missionaries and soldiers.

To be honest there is definitely a lot to do in Kogi State but you can start with these.

Cross River State – It shouldn’t surprise anyone that this is on the list. From Obudu to Afi Mountain Wildlife Sanctuary, the Slave Trade Museum to the Calabar Festival in December, there is a plethora of reasons to visit this State.
We are very sure Cross River is on everyone’s list even if it is only because of Obudu or Agbokim Falls, visiting isn’t a very hard sell.

Obudu has the beautiful mountain ranges and various waterfalls, the Calabar festival brings people from ALL over the world and Agbokim falls is such a hidden gem. Afi Mountain allows you roam freely amongst Drill monkeys and the Slave Trade Museum doesn’t need any introduction.

The only question left would be when you are heading there?

So now that we have given you a few suggestions, which will you be picking? In my opinion, choose all and make it a fun filled 2019!

source: http://tushmagazine.com.ng/5-places-in-nigeria-you-should-visit-in-2019/

Trash list!
There is nothing inspiring in the list, I will rather watch television at home than risk my life on bad roads and waste my hard earned money just to visit those dirty places you listed there. Go to Kenya, Egypt, South Africa, Morocco, Mauritius, Rwanda etc and see how tourism sites look like.
Anybody that takes your advice to visit these places is likely to regret it. Only Obudu on your list is credible the rest are just nonsense and ingredients grin grin
Politics / Re: How Do We Deal With A ‘problem’ Like The Igbos?, By Chido Onumah. PT by Galaxyowerri(m): 3:29pm On Mar 02, 2019
This writer may be educated but still very primitive in reasoning. Every civilized society has laws governing it so as to maintain civility, order and progress. Now, the question every logical and reasonable human being should ask is "has the Igbos broken any law in Lagos"? It is disgusting when people that ought to be informed keep regurgitating nonsense while hoping it will make sense! Igbos have every right to vote whoever they want to vote for, or are we not practicing democracy again?? When did it become a crime for one to travel and stay in another part of his country, even when such place used to be a federal capital?? It is even ironical that same Igbos these fools are hating on are demanding to have their own country yet they refuse and still continue to whine and cry like re.tards on how Igbos are dominating them!! Every discerning person can see clearly that Afonjas are envious and jealous of Igbo success in Lagos. Each time there is election they start dishing out threats on Igbos in Lagos. But this nonsense will soon stop, this road to perdition they are taking will consume them all.

Lol, you're really bouncing these guys badly. For better illustration, please search for the pictures where a supposed army general and vice to Abacha, Oladipo Diya, was on his knees begging and groveling before a junior abo.ki officer to save him from his masters shocked shocked
It's an open secret that Afonjas have since accepted their place as slaves to abo.kis since the forceful annexation of Ilorin from afonjas. However, what still baffles me is why these afonjas equally want Igbos to be slaves like them. They use every slight opportunity to curry favour with the abo.kis at our expense and always take sides with them. The truth is that if not for Igbo and Niger Delta resistance and counter moves, the whole country would have been overran by these abo.kis but I don't know how long we will keep resisting with these treacherous people who are supposed to be our neighbors always sabotaging and blackmailing us. Abo.kis have dehumanized these guys in all manner of ways yet on each occasion, they will make excuses for their masters and ironically attack those that are trying to challenge those oppressing them. I don't know if it's due to their Muslim population or years of perennial subjugation under the caliphate but it's quite pathetic. Stockholm syndrome is ravaging them badly so hapu ndi eriri na erigo ha for life grin grin

Remember what happened in 2015 after the illiterate old man won? Let me remind you, the re.tard wasted a mind boggling 6 months waiting to form his cabinet and during the same period, Nigerian economy was badly hit and was going under yet the same ignorant zombies coined a ridiculous term "a new sheriff is in town" and he was being tactical. Any expert or informed observer that tried to warn Buhari about the damage he was causing the economy was labeled corrupt and PDP beneficiary. Yet, by the time the dullard finally assembled his so called saints, personalities that at best would be termed mediocre journey men and women, it was too late and we were hit by one of the worst recession in history. I thank God I earn in dollar, so by God's grace won't suffer this calamity.
If only these guys can take this illiterate old man to the north and let him rule over Arewa, I wouldn't even mind but forcing this man on us in the South when we clearly know he is nothing but anathema is indeed very unfair!

I was on official assignment for PDP in Lagos I knew what I saw.

We are also aware of what they did during the election, we are also aware of what they did when the results started trickling in.

Take it or leave it, SW 2023 will NEVER happen as long as thief Tinubu is on the ballot.
You are now getting it twisted. Whether Tinubu or even the Pope of afonja decent, they will never win and SE/SS won't support such after their serial betrayal and mounting of shameful propaganda and lies that painted GEJ in bad light. Two can play the game, and for all we care, the North can rule forever! The funny thing is that North is very selfish when it comes to politics, thus with the massive rigging that ensured Northern votes alone was enough to win Buhari the presidency, they will soon put the SW where they belong. The first casualty is going to be Tinubu who they will undermine after Buhari's swearing in. Then a cabinet that will be 70% northern Muslims will be formed and after that, most projects will equally go north. The South has been rendered useless politically and each time any of the two major parties fields a Southerner, the other will field a northerner and boom, power remains in the North forever. The only thing they will be changing will be to rotate the toothless vice presidency post among the three Southerner regions grin grin
Tinubu is the most fuulish and gullible politician I have seen, and the fact he thinks himself to be smart makes is so funny.

I think it’s time to resurrect this thread. I predicted this election and it turns out that I was right.
Yea, you were right all along. Nigeria is a scam but the north followed by the west will certainly have it worse. This is because, unemployment rate is lowest among Igbos based on the fact that they always have a fall-back option in trade and commerce. Already, Igbos have built and continues to build a global network in trade and commerce, at the moment, the whole of West Africa is gradually being controlled by Igbos through a very effective and efficient supply chain with hubs in Onitsha, Aba, Lagos and Nnewi. In recent times, Igbos began to push towards the rest of subsaharan Africa to as far as Congo, Gabon, Mozambique etc and it will continue in the foreseeable future. Such vast network is what is helping Igbos greatly and graduates are easily absorbed unlike Yorubas or Hausas that has nothing to fall back on thus waiting on government forever. However, the Hausas are cunningly empowering Dangote to amass enormous resources throu scotch earth policies to muzzle out other competitors. Although, it may appear like Igbos are still investing in many areas of Nigeria, that notwithstanding, the rate of property development in Owerri where I am is mind boggling. The whole of New Owerri, Amakohia and indeed all over the city are witnessing a high rate of property development, and I'm talking about gigantic edifices that will cost from tens to hundreds of millions!! Economic downturn will affect the Igbos least. How many Igbos belong to the absolute poor? It can't be more than 10% but same can't be said of the north or west. Even if the Nigerian economy is wiped out today, the Igbos will be the first to bounce back within a year.

Maybe when they start wearing tags with work permits in Yorubaland, they will know their place.

Such nonsense!
Any discerning Nigerian could smell the envy and jealousy of afonjas on Igbos from miles away!! You guys are truly shameless, and for your information, Igbos will continue to live and prosper in Lagos while you envious lots will continue to be pushed into Ogun state and there is nothing you can do about it!! The evil you all are wishing on Igbos will boomerang against you all in due time. So far Nigeria remains one country, you can't do sh!t in Lagos because we have the numbers there to retaliate in equal measure.
Imagine how these ungrateful lots are now claiming Lagos and comparing it with Kano, but they forgot that while the Hausas can lay claim to Kano same can't be said of Lagos that was a capital for donkey years and during which time all Nigerians contributed in its development. Go and make noise with ibadam and no one will argue with you but as for Lagos, all Nigerians have equal right there and that is why Hausas can afford to chase you guys away from mile 12 and your people will even have to speak Hausa language to escape being lynched shocked shocked

The same government was borrowing yet this government is evil and the previous government is a saint. You truly deserve to be suffering.

Obiano who is in APGA confirmed Buhari is trying for the Igbos despite not supporting him in 2015. Buhari's government even supplied constant power supply to Ariaria market yet he is hated but they love who ignores them.
