Did you even mention it once then?

Why is it that when you want something from the people and want to win an election is when you decided to mention it?

A Nigeria man is currently running a very clean, modern and popular 'mama put' resturant in a london street called SPITAL FIELDS.

-THE man identified as Azeez said he started the resturant called 2 Nig boys with the other friend but that he nows does it alone.

-In a photo shared on Twitter by @IamOlajideAwe, some oyinbo people were seen queueing up to buy sumptuous Nigerian jollof rice in the streets of London, putting the rare taste on the lips of many oyinbo people.

The 69 IQ is real. Most Nigerians are idiots.
You are both speaking the truth!!!

There are so many dumb ones on NL and the problem is that they are boisterous and don't have a clue how low their IQ is. They actual pride themselves on being smart and would argue their unresearched & unreasoned nonsense with you with pure confidence. Not realising that the education they get in Nigeria has really destroyed them, has not developed their brains and they are really unemployable.

Many would PROUDLY demonstrate that they take their religious education indoctrination as superior to their formal education. Yes, the Christians too; not just Muslims. That speaks volumes about how poor their education is.

There are very few that go through Nigeria's education system and still come out with good mental reasoning abilities nowadays.

You see why you are treated like a slave?

Because you are a mooooooron!

How does this link prove Nigeria owes so much to China?

Go and learn about debt and what level a country owes too much to another.

Nigeria's debt to China is less than 5% of Nigeria's total debt. So how can Nigeria owe China too much and how can China control Nigeria based on that low proportion?

Dumb monkey sees the typical "Panic them" writing of a Nigerian journalist and he thinks he has been well-informed.

A ffffoool sees an article that is far-fetched warning on "what could happen" and then in his dumb monkey heard turns it into "what is happening". This is what happens to a brain that has not been rigorously tested during education.

Low IQ monkeys that don't know they can't compete in the modern world.

You have poor education, poor behaviours and low IQ. You are not far from being a monkey. You are slave material!

I can’t stop laughing, all these you mentioned are known to anyone who understands governance and policies

You raised some points, which are obvious

But you know what, earlier in the day I saw the video that made you make such nonsense comment

Peter Obi talking HCD, Education and 30,000 computers blah blah, I immediately remembered someone talked about this, but he was giving such instances based on the question thrown at him not generality of what should be expected of a President

Now to what you wrote up there, Nigeria’s economy has been largely dependent on oil, it’s on paper a mixed economy infact some say a free economy but in reality it is still capitalist….. only a hard thinking few are reaping the dividends and that’s where education of majority of the populace comes in, to diversify production and also open up economy to SMEs and also create enabling environment for them to thrive like reduction of taxes, supplying power and also giving low interest loans to these businesses.

Same thing that happened with tech which has little to do with government policy but it thrived due to a global drive in the technology sector, I said same about Lagos state, it already has a trajectory since pre-independence…… that Lagos is what it is today, it is still on a snail pace, it should have thrived more than this if the original layout had been followed from time, there has been great structures in Lagos for decades, the tech industry can’t also be stopped because the blueprint supersedes govt policy and programmes.
You must be smoking mpurumiri!

Me? Listening to a reeetard like Peter Obi?

Why are you people so senseless for God sake?

A quick synopsis

The thread talked about Yar’Adua’s govt recording the highest GDP

You objected by saying GDP isn’t a yardstick for measuring a President’s performance

I asked you what, you’re talking about Education and HCD, and I said can a nation thrive on Education and human dev’t without Security and a viable economy

Then you brought Yar’Adua in and said someone like me will say he performed, and I felt let me even follow your warped sentiment that GDP doesn’t determine a President’s performance (as the thread already showed he’s above them all GDP wise)

I gave you other aspects of his governance and you still went back to GDP….. da heck?

And yes, if there’s no security and a good economy even schools will be shut, and some will run out of business, you can have millions of ideas through education if there’s no avenue to deploy the potential, it remains a waste.

Education is the bedrock of civilization.

But for a country, Security of lives and property comes first.

Unfortunately, Buhari has failed in both.
Now, let me just be nice and help you and other "yoots" who have not been equipped educationally in understanding how to assess Nigerian Presidents on their economic performance.

Firstly, you need to look at the structure and core issues affecting Nigeria and holding Nigeria back.

1. Nigeria is heavily dependent on one commodity

2. Nigeria is an import-dependent country

3. Major industries in Nigeria are not mechanised to compete with the world.

Secondly, you now have to look at what issues that a President's policies can impact and change, to help Nigeria on the long-term to overcome these issues.

So, instead of stupidly looking at GDP growth that a Nigerian' President's policies have limited impact in controlling as we depend of selling crude oil to fund most of our budget, and then we used subsidies to buy refined petroleum for our consumption, assess the following.

How has the President:

1. Diversified the economy, so we are less dependent on one commodity.
2. Improved power generation capacity and delivery, so that we can improve manufacturing and import less.
3. Supported industrialisation and professionalism in industries that create mass jobs.

So, we should be finding the following metrics:
- GDP growth of non-Oil sector
- Ratio growth of non-Oil sector vs Oil sector.
- Growth of export of non-Oil products
- Growth in power generation capacity
- Growth in average power generated per day
- Growth of proportion of refined oil products produced within Nigeria
- Reduction in financial leakages in governance

These are just a small sample.

You should not only depend on measuring these, you need to find out how the President's policies facilitated and supported these.

Nigeria's Fintech industry growth has nothing to do with Dullard's government's policies. The growth was despite his hinderances.

Education is the bedrock of civilization.

But for a country, Security of lives and property comes first.

Unfortunately, Buhari has failed in both.
As for this, you are still talking pure nonsense.

You cannot have good security without good education.

This is the best era in humanity to live in because we are more educated.

Even 100 years ago, the so-called civilised people today were killing each other randomly, talkless of black monkeys in Africa.

It is the education we have today that has eased that. It is because of education that the next village/empire is not coming to raid yours today and you can focus on your life.

And we can see what happened in the region of Nigeria that is least receptive to education. They have created animals that kill and raid like barbarians while thinking religion is all that matters. They cannot go to farms and cannot sleep without both eyes open.

Without education, you cannot get good security. Without good security, you cannot get great economy. Security will only be fleeting and good Economy will only be fleeting.

All great nations could build and sustain their security and economy based on how well they invest in education and continuously improve their advancement.

The Ottoman Empire declined and lost prominence when religion held back their advancement for centuries, while the West was abandoning/side-lining/reducing religion to overtake them. Go and read about "Age of Enlightenment".

China is investing massively in education and in the last 15 years their university are rising in Global Rankings. Tsingua that was not in the Top 150 or even 200 15 years ago is now in the Top 20 or 30 in the last few years.

https://www.weforum.org/agenda/2021/07/asian-universities-on-the-rise-education-rankings-learning/

https://www.universityworldnews.com/post.php?story=20220217082128415

That is the only way they can guarantee their security and economic advancement despite opposition from the threatened West. They have come to the continent of the monkeys who prefer prayers to education to exploit them, just the way the educated West cam 400 years ago.

Stop arguing nonsense you can never defend.

Okay! I have gone back to check. grin

You are right! You quoted my statement on Yaradua to another person and I mistakenly thought you quoted my last post to you about GDP.

You see? I have no problem admitting my errors when someone actually puts in an effort to explain well. grin grin grin

That said, all that praise of Yaradua was nonsense.

1. Any President that defies the constitution in a manner not to the benefit of the people is a bad President. Yaradua not handing over to his VP, but instead letting a secret cabal rule and his wife bully the fooolish VP is not a good performer.

2. Yaradua did not last long enough to assess him fully.

3. All you listed are selective nonsense in assessing a President. It is like when dumb Nigerians assess politicians/leaders by "He built two flyover. He gave money to the poor. He appointed 8 women ministers. He stood up to the West. He allocated 5% of the budget to Healthcare. He organised a fair elections etc". Those are nonsense, unintellectual selective ways of assessing Presidents; you need a framework that assesses their overarching strategic approach and how it fits what the nation needs in the short, medium and long term. And it is the long-term that matters the most.

Nigeria can never do as badly in leadership as one has seen from Clueless and Dullard! So, yes, as bad as Yaradua might have been, he was better than the next 2 foooools that followed him.
