Oba youths organized themselves and created a resident permit, without any authorization or constitutional backing. They go about breaking people's homes and carrying properties belonging to people for refusing to pay for the ID Card.

They seize people on the road, seize their phone because they refuse to pay for id card, the extort people in the name of Id Card.
They said the resident permit is for non indigenes of Oba residing in their town. The Id Card is 2000, they go as far as requesting 10k as late payment.

But when doing a comparative analysis for Igbo governors in their 2-3 years of service, no one comes close to Hope. Okigwe road is a very smooth 47 km road now. Stop lying. Owerri-orlu federal road is a 37km smooth ride, stop lying. More People cried on radio about poly road and it was fixed. That's needs assessment, probably because you have alternative route from FUTO via obinze to ph road. Stop making efforts to deny facts.
The truth you can't deny was that these projects were abandoned for a decade, including the once dreaded relief market and environs

Igbo governors will never do anything tangible because they are part of a system designed to fail. It's not even an Igbo thing.
But to be sincere, soludo is no where near hope in infrastructure. In 3 years, Hope built projects abandoned for decades like fed poly road, owerri-okigwe(47km) , owerri- orlu(38km), Relief market, lake nwaebere, aladinma and other adjoining streets etc.
I'm not saying this to score Hope's achievement "excellent"...i'm just saying for someone we call an illiterate
