Your problem is that you take North as just single region while south as three regions. For your information north is three regions which combined is bigger than south in terms of population and size.
Atiku can get easily get 25% in at least 30 states of the Federation and can also win in some southern states just as he will lose in some northern states.
Atiku Abubakar is not called a unifier for nothing. Relating with different groups of is natural to him. He has taken his time to build bridges and it is paying off.
As of now all the permutations favour Atiku. Obi could have given Atiku a good fight but his party is not on the ground. By being on the ground I mean having competitive candidates running under the banner of the party in all the elective posts available because they are the people who are going solicit votes for the party, stop rigging the party at the polling units and collation centers and coodinate its activities. You can't do all this online.
Bola Tinubu has messed up big time by bringing up that Muslim - Muslim ticket because this singular act made him loose votes of 80% of Christians while at the same time not convincing the Muslim population to give him majority of their votes. It is huge gamble by Tinubu which didn't pay off.

Atiku got no chance, you don't win elections especially Presidential election in Nigeria with just one region.

Atiku may be accepted by a section of the Northern population but he is a no no in the south. That's enough reason to lose.
Atiku can not get 25% votes in any Southern states.
You can take that to the bank.
Obi is holding sway in the South East and part of South South.
Tinubu is having South West, maybe some South South.
Even if Atiku gets the whole 19 states, he needs to win and get at least 25% votes in 24 states, that's the big huddle.

This is just the beginning. Let campaign proper start.

Thousands of people trooped out to welcome Atiku Abubakar to his hometown Jada Adamawa state.
Atiku Abubakar together with the Adamawa State Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri left his Yola home to Jada around 11am and has thousands lining along the over 100 kms Yola - Jada Road to greet him.
He was received by thousands of people on the outskirts of Jada Town. In Jada he address the crowd before proceeding to Ganye town to pay homage to the Paramount ruler of Ganye Chiefdom the Gangwari of Ganye Alhaji Umaru Adamu Sanda.
The Gangwari Ganye warmly welcomed his subject Atiku Abubakar and prayed for his success.

For your information Atiku is a high ranking tittle holder of Adamawa Emirate. As Waziri Adamawa he is the second most senior traditional tittle holder in the emirate.
In our culture there is absolutely nothing wrong in the man's posture. Atiku is a traditional ruler, a former VP and his senior in age.

Adamawa State is moving towards PDP. I believe before elections only very few people, mostly beneficiaries of the APC government, would remain in, APC.

It seems you don't know who Atiku is. Had it been you know who Atiku is you won't call him anologue or underate his ability to manage a financial institution.
Atiku has one of the best universities in Nigeria, established the biggest and most successful oil servicing company in the country and established and managed successfully several companies including banks.

Atiku was a Vice President when Wike was a local government Chairman. Wike has never gotten himself into the type of battles Atiku fought. Look at what is happening now. Wike participated in his party's presidential election and lost but the presidential primary election and his mind. If not Mama Peace Wike wouldn't be where he is now.

The only reason Atiku won all those cases was because OBJ acted against the laws of the land in all cases while wike own he was in the side of the law.

It is easier winning cases in the law court when you are doing the right thing or your actions or inactions are in tandem with statutory provisions of the law.

It doesn't mean because you are a veteran once your actions are against the law your chances of winning in a law court tends towards the zero mark than one. This applies to everyone irrespective of how highly places you are.

OBJ couldn't just wake up and declare a vice president seat vacant as well as refused INEC from r cognizing his party and then expect to win in the court. Which court will give him such victory? The laws are explicit regards removing the vice president of Nigeria.

Please remove Adamawa state from the list because the Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has never failed to pay the monthly salary of workers. He pays salary from 23rd of every month

It could be remembered that Wike used the courts to stop APC from fielding candidates in 2019 governorship elections in Rivers state and this paved way for him to return to the seat without much problem.
This time it is different because Nigeria is not Rivers state and he is dealing with a veteran in Atiku. Atiku will always outsmart Wike. Atiku has successfully fought Obasanjo's third term agenda in the courts and national assembly. He also fought successfully Obasanjo's attempt to stop from contesting for the presidency.
Wike is a sore loser. He contested election and failed. He should take it just like the others did.

It is very obvious that the Peter Obi project is being projected as a Christian project while Tinubu's is perceived to be anti Christians.
The only candidate that present himself as a candidate for every Nigerian is Atiku. My vote therefore goes to Atiku.

The delusion in the Tinubu camp that because he picked a Muslim as his VP he will automatically get their votes is going to be punctured.
Atiku is a northerner and has over the years has built bridges that cuts across religious and ethnic lines. No matter how you Atiku you'll never acuse him of being against against any religious or ethnic group.

I am a northerner and I don't see anything offensive about the statement.

Kwankwaso should get ready to lose again because he just made a very big mistake.
Beyond the north, he's an unknown entity.
& he would most definitely share northern votes with Atiku.
If not for Peter Obi, i wouldn't even have known that the name Kwankwaso exists.
There's no way he can win the presidential election with only northern votes.
His best option would have been to collaborate with Obi.
But unfortunately northerners are always greedy, & they feel ruling Nigeria is forever their birthright.

In terms of pedigree, education, political achievement, experience in governance followership, structure, Kwankwaso is far better than Obi.
In whatever political arrangement they enter Obi is expected to be the junior partner.

Who cares? I don't know what is Christians' problem with Muslims wearing hijab? Do we ask you to wear hijab or do we stop you from wearing whatever your religion prescribes for you?

I think whoever push this thread to the front page did so to illustrate how grandiose the claims of Peter Obi online warriors are. How can a gathering of thirty- something people be liken to taking over Taraba state?

The sense of superiority of some is mind boggling. How can they think of kwankwaso being a VP to Peter Obi not vice versa? Kwankwaso a former two term governor, a former minister, a senator, delivered more than Obi as governor and a well established political structure that consistently delivers a million votes cannot be expected to be VP to Peter Obi.

My friend stop day dreaming. There would never be such gang up for Obi. If it is feasible he wouldn't have to run to a mushroom party to get a ticket.

Atiku will loose the 2023 elections.

I see a southern Nigeria gang up against Atiku in 2023.

Now, with the votes of the south gone, and Kwankwaso and Buhari’s candidate dividing northern votes with him, I don’t see Atiku standing a chance.

I see the unity of the south and MiddleBelt behind Peter Obi.

And I see Kwankwaso as Obi’s running mate to bring in those northern votes.

The piece by FFK is full of contradiction. According to PDP is not just to the Igbos yet he is supporting Yahya Bello not an Igbo man.
He claims that three geo-political zones: east, north central and north east all deserve to be allowed to rule Nigeria because they have never done so since our return to democracy yet he opposes Atiku who is the north east zone that has never produced a president.

Personally I don't like Fayose but I must admit that what Eleka did is the height of ungratefulness.
