1.Gandollars has a standing court injunction preventing him from being investigated by the state House of assembly.

2.Lets say efcc investigates. Gandollars was filmed collecting the money himself in cash, meaning no paper trail, and bypassing civil servants in the process (unlike Fayose who left a paper trail). And assuming Efcc wants to charge him for taking bribes, there is the immunity issue.

Why would you run to court to stop the investigation if he was innocent, I just hope he would be invited like Fayose when his tenures ends, I am not against investigating, Persecuting or whatever, but it should be for all, EFCC does not need the Presidents order to persecute Pinnick, we have a lot of them in APC moving around freely and most of you guys are shouting PMB is fighting corruption, it is a shame we standby and watch things happen like this, be it PDP or APC any one that is found wanting should be investigated and persecuted

Did you not watch the television broadcast when the ruling party held a reception to receive the former governor of Akwa Ibom state, when APC national chairman in the presence of Akpabio told Nigerians that PDP in their 16 yrs rule in the state looted dry the treasury of the state. Akpabio was there when those statement was made. Let me tell you even if this current adminstrations tenure was extended till another 24yrs they will still blame PDP.

The masses needs to be very much informed, because majority of them are not even aware that the present APC is 95% PDP of 16 yrs

In his second term, he was chairman of governors forum only to join APC in 2014. Therefore he wás both flesh and blood a PDP chieftain for 15 years of PDP 16 years.

I am therefore wondering what moral right this ungrateful person has to be referring to PDP years of looting of which he was leader for 15 years. We do not need to blame prople like Amaechi, Akpabio, El Rufai, etc. Nigerian youths should be blamed. Other small African countries would not have tolerated these nuisance.
