Please what is wrong with my corolla. Everytime I break in traffic and I want to move again, when I step on the accelerator the car will delay for a bit and rev as if it is in neutral and Jerk slightly then drive normal. The car is auto and I've never changed transmission bought it toks for over a year without issues. This just started last month.

Hi Mr Gazzuzz. Please what could be the cause of engine movement/vibration during gear change in a 2010 Toyota camry. I am told that the engine mountings are the culprits and should be changed to correct the anomaly. Should the engine mount be the culprit in fact, what estimates should one look forward to for the job?

Please help I need to confirm something about my 2009 accord.

First noticed at intervals of like 2 weeks it would refuse to rev beyond 3rpm sometimes as low as 2. Then I discovered if i Park put off the engine and put it back on it would go back to normal for some minutes. I also noticed this usually happen when I travel for example to kaduna from Abuja on my way back.

At a point I was told it's the 'raising sensor' it was removed cleaned cos it was very dirty and everything seemed normal for some time.

Some weeks later the same issue happened I was told it is the gear sensor it was checked and put back. Well the issue came knocking again and this time my mechanic took it and changed all the plugs said they are the culprit I have never changed the plug since I bought it and I am told that the plug that came with it is from factory. I bought a change of plugs 10k as he said.

Now I travelled on Thursday and same thing started happening on the highway on my way back. I managed to Abuja. The car was taken for a scan and I was told it's raising sensor again but this time some bearing etc were bad and had to be changed i was billed 10k5. As I was driving around yesterday I noticed the vsa and warning light on my dashboard came on. So far I have not had any incident but I also am not sure this is the end of it.

Yesterday when I started the car in the morning the fuel gauge went dead as if I have not even started the engine and the fuel symbol light was flashing.

The car is 48k true miles. Please help I dint want to be stopped in the middle of nowhere when next I travel.

Also I usually do 150/160kmph when I travel am I pushing the car too hard? Is the car not built for such just confused

Please fam, I own a Volvo V40 1996 model. Anytime I drive and apply the brakes, the brake pedal and the steering vibrates terribly. It happens when I drive above 60kph. I have done alignment and wheel balancing countless times still no improvement. Please what do I do?

My investigations have revealed that the average mechanic has a special liking for Orbit chewing gum. When they find a pack in your vehicle while working on it, it is as if they have just hit a gold mine.
So, if you appreciate your mecho, do leave a pack for them in a conspicuous area anytime you drop off your vehicle for repairs.

i have got a peugeot 407 2.2 petrol and had a cambelt fitted and after 20 minutes of running it stopped and found the timing had jumped has any one had this problem

Hello house My sienna was emitting black smoke from the exhaust so i took it for scanning. this were the results:

P0171: Generic system too lean back1

P0325: Knock sensor 1 circuit back 1 or single sensor

P1130: Toyota air fuel sensor performance (bank1)

Please can some 1 interpret the meaning of this codes. and the check light is on. thanks

Hello guyz, i washed my honda accord 2001(babyboy) at a car wash.. ever since then i have being having issues. The car might work smoothly and suddenly refuses to fire or accelerate /stalling. I have changed the plug.. Clean the distributor, and that didn't solve the problem. I really need help pls.

My Honda civic 2007 has had recurring problems with the adjuster (belt tensioner).

Many civic users have had this problem and I recently read an article online by Honda on how to fix it. It involves changing the adjuster, getting a longer belt and re-routing it a different way from the original way it was.

I have the Honda article with details on how to do it. I just need a very good mechanic to do a good job.

Any recommendations? Please I don't want road side mechanic that can't read o.

oga gazzuzz, correct one... Those spacers, how do i get them 8 pieces for my 2 motors? Those mumu a/f sensors and o2 sensors are doing waka shege for my dash .

I had thought my problems were mysteriously over until i closed from work about to take off for my village where my grandma's grave will were a new look.

I tried to start and there was no kick. Tried a couple of times and finally it started. I was like what just happened. I had to eat 1st so i stopped for some food but the key would come out from the ignition or move to 0 position. I now tried to start, but not kick. I tried to remove gear shifter from park after depressing brake but it wont move. I looked up while the ignition was on but no gear position lights. I fiddled shifter a little and the P light flashed. In the same process i did and the car started but gear wont go out of park so i did manually. Reverse didnt activate until i move the shifter repeatedly until it engaged. I drove gen

I was able to get to a mechanic workshop where they changed the park/neutral switch for a trial. It didnt inprove. Mine was returned and voila, its working again. I will be lost if it happens again.

Sadly the Nissan xterra came back with brake binding issues after the front wheels became so hot, there was an over flow of brake fluid from container, it droped on the exhaust and there was fire on the right wheel

We will check caliper pistons for stiffness, master cylinder for blockage, and abs pump for malfunction.

my car has been on limp mode since the engine was changed it had been scanned and fixed several times I've bought virtually all types of sensors and parts but no hope I've spent more than 150k just to get a car out of limp mode.
the car is Honda accord 1996, it drinks fuel like water, 10litres can barely take me 20km
it doesn't go beyond 30km/h
am fed up I've been advised to change it to carburator what do u think guys?

Pls, what can possibly be the problem? My honda baby boy(2001) vibrates violently either early in the morning while starting it or whenever the engine is not in use for some hrs. It vibrates too much and does not stop until after few minutes or when I press the throttle. After this, it becomes normal and that's when i can drive. I need help, pls.

i just bought a Honda Accord 2004. the engine goes off whenever i put on the AC when i'm driving in a slow mode. I've had discussions with friends that own same cars they said are experiencing similar situation and spent a lot with no solution. they advised i should just ignore it as it has no fix. please, what exactly is the problem here cause i believe any problem should have a solution not to even mention an automobile probelm. thanks

Oga Gazzuz, before I visit your workshop dis weekend. I want to say something about my EOD, when I bought it from d owner, he told me d car once had an engine problem, which he had to replace with that of an Honda Oddyssey. Its a 2003 Accord replaced with the engine of a 2003 Oddyssey. He told me, at that time he shipped in some engines which included that of the oddyssey and for over 4yrs I've been driving it, I've not had issues with the engine except for recently when I had a burnt gasket which has been replaced due to over heating.

I googled and found out that both engines are similar except for the top which is different. I hope this isn't an issue and a certain kazeem that's been working on my car has messed it up pretty bad from when I bought it. Infact, the car don pass thru alot. Reason why I need to visit your clinic.
Please I need the address and direction when coming in from fagba and do you work on sundays ?
