Oga gazzuzz, my 02 Avalon when scanned because of MIL coming on showed the code in the picture. What do you think is wrong? I at first thought it was oxygen sensor, but it appears it might be the ETCS/idle air control. How do I describe this to my mechanic and what is the estimated cost of part change in your experience?

The car in question is 2004 Quest.
The brain box was stolen, so I bought another one and it was showing car with key in it so we need to program it. Tho the code has been read. The car has refuse to start. After scanning, we discover the flywheel sensor beneath engine is damaged.after replacement
The Still engine didn't start, there was no single shock and the nozzle refused to open also.

Could this be a bad brain box or the flywheel sensor.
Pls help a brother,
