my toyota avalon 2001 is showing check engine, vsc/vsc off,and ABS light, the scaning shows 0410 which implies catalytic converter is faulty. I replaced it but the check light and other light are still showing. The fuel consumption is now on the high side than what i used to experience before. Kindly advice me. Thanks.

EgunMogaji:
It's possible for mileage to be this low.

In addition to what has already been said, the car could also be sitting in a repair shop for a while.

peterjero:
Bros you never can tell it's a full size luxury car and not and everyday car to gather mileage, when I dey secondary school (ss3 around year 2002) I visited the esama of Benin Kingdom (Gabriel igbinedion) house and saw a 1990 's class with about 6000 kilometres on it, so full-size luxury sedan aren't cars that drive to work everyday. My 2 cent

Hello all....

Make: Honda accord (halla) I think 1993 or 1994

Engine: 4cyl VTEC engine....

Tranny: 4speed auto

When I start it in the morning, the tachometer stays at 600rpm or thereabout, and it usually takes a long time before the oil pressure light goes off. It could go off within 30secs before, but now it could take up to 3mins, unless I drive the car around....

I took it to a kazeem here in akure and he said the oil sump is bent which is affecting the oil pump....

And I just changed the oil and filter....

Please is anything that could be wrong apart from what the kazeem said
