You have read in books, cars are liability, land is asset, well in Nigeria, having a car can be an asset, let me just put it straight, having a car is an asset, there are places you will go, especially if you are an experienced professional, they see you walk into the compound, they are afraid to hand a 5million naira contract to you, they feel, that might be your first.

Many people bought land and the land was sold under them, case in court, money can't be refunded, investing in Land in Nigeria is a big risk, if you are just starting, I won't advice you to start with it.
