I got an e-mail on mon 7th November from a supposed U.S DEPT OF STATES claiming that i am one of the 50,000 winners that have been selected for the PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD PROGRAM. Ok,usually,dv lottery results are released on May 1st as stated on their website www.dvlottery.state.gov.How could you have won when KCC has not conducted random selection?And of course,KENTUCKY CONSULAR CENTER does not notify winners via e-mail.you can only check your status online at www.dvlottery.state.gov by entering your confirmation number and date of birth.

@House! Una no go believe wetin happen 4 embassy,in my frnds interview:IT WAS D MOST UNIQUE,OUTSTANDING AND FASTEST SUCCESFUL INTERVIEW I'VE EVER HEARD OF,d man at window 8 interviewed him. The most unbelieveable part of it,is dat,dis frnd of mine is a complete visa NOVICE,2 d extent dat he doesn't even knw d address of his skul. I even thought of d guy as a complete failure,b4 he went 4 his interview,because,i,who knw visa arrangmnts far more dan him,was denied last fall,i evn teach him hw to tackle d interview at times. Well,i think it was GOD'S FAVOUR at work,infact d guy admitted it. How about that for an interview!Sometimes,"mother luck" plays a phenomenal role in these interviews.

It really doesnt matter,as both are classified as Non-Immigrant visa.The purpose of the interview is to determine whether or not you will return to your homeland at the end of your studies/visit,qed.
