Does being a good actress translate into being a good artiste?some people do delude themselves.

Ok,many ladies in Nigeria wear extremely tight skirts ,which reveal their panty lines .And i think this is against fashion/dressing etiquette and i have never seen that in the US.Seriously,Nigerian ladies have got some catching up to do,fashion wise.
