Now I am indifferent.  tongue

In as much as I'll like to see Gaddafi go, his military inventory is HUGE even considering a few are also in rebel hands.

Nato reckons they knocked out 30% of the army's military hardware but its still pretty much effective against the lightly armed rebels.

Unless something spectacular happens, I see the war swinging for and against like a pendulum.
thats right. Some have been exhibiting racist behaviours though the Ghadaffi onslaught can not be condoned.

PoliticsWe Cant Afford To Have A Financially Reckless President Like GEJ For Another Four years. by Gbenge77(op): 9:23am On Apr 14, 2011
Given the way Gej has mismanaged our foreign reserves,we cant afford to let him continue in power. He had embarked on a spending spree since he assumed office. 40Billion  dollars has been shared out in less than a year.Millions of dollars were spent on the independence day celebrations.handing out  'TRANSPORT FARE' (usually millions of dollars) is now the norm at the villa.

Dame was rencently travelled to the Us with hundreds of officials  ostensily to attend a conference. They ended up shopping at Hartson jacksfield airport shops, frittering away public funds.we can not allow this wastage to continue.Gej is a' good man' but not good enough to be our president. He has not demonstrated the willingness to tackle corruption as he is pathologically corrupt.

He says an incumbent can not lose an election and has promised to match Tinubu,'kobo for kobo'.that comment itself reeks of corruption.i do not have anything against him but for my money,Nigeria deserves better. He should just finish his 'lucky ' term and leave. while corruption charges await him.

PoliticsRe: Final Word For The Buhari/bakare Critics! - Solomon Opeyemi Ojo by Gbenge77(m): 5:26pm On Apr 13, 2011
Genbuhari3:
I will not because of the calculation/assumption of a few/majority elite based on facts, deny my conscience of voting for the right candidate.

I refuse to let the perception of the electorate (majority) based on past elections & parties style (rigging) derail me of my choice of credible candidate.

I turn my back on that feeling of "hopelessness" experienced by majority; that no matter what they do, their vote can never amount to bringing about change.

I refuse to change my mind based on political analysis and their structures towards winning the Presidential election. Still will i vote wisely even if the most competent candidate has no political structure.

No amount of preaching/brain-washing can make me accept a party that has taken us back for 12yrs even if my father were to be the candidate of such party. Knowing fully well that a Destructive means can never bring about a Constructive end.

Yes, all might not be well but a well conscience has the might to reject the status quo & embrace change.

Believing otherwise when something is right means you are part of the problem, no matter how you try to justify it.

The fact that we cannot all agree on a common goal either as youths or as a nation does not give the room for us to deny the truth.

I make bold to say i shall be voting Buhari/Bakare, keep your thoughts, advice or history 'cos it makes no difference for me.

My conscience certifies them. I have no fear if they win or not, at least my conscience will judge me right.

Even if I have boil on my thumb, i'll use my tongue.

Nigeria lets vote without sentiments.

Wow!!!!!!
What a good time for the southwest!
So, it pays to be rascals?
I thought Jonathan said the governance of SW should not be left in the hands of rascals?
Why is he now courting SW?
I trust Tinubu to be an intelligent man too. We have leanrt a lesson from what ebora owu did to us then which destroyed Alliance for Democracy. Tinubu warned them but they did not listen. History is about repeating itself again and i hope we won't allow it this time around. Jonathan is nothing but a stooge in the hands of Obasanjo who does not in anyway mean well for the Yoruba race in particualr and Nigeria in general. A man who could not construct the road leading to his homeland.
Please people should vote out PDP and not allow another 4 years of clueless leadership. Buhari and Bakare is far more desirable than Jonathan/Sambo. SouthWest should wise up now or never.
He had better start packing his bags coz he will be booted out of office next saturday.

PoliticsRe: I Am Goodluck Jonathan by Gbenge77(m): 8:55am On Apr 13, 2011
I am Gooluck jonathan.I have criminally overseen the shocking depletion of your foreign reserves .But,its okay. You know,i dont share it out, generously,to the governors, especially, they may not support my re-election bid.I want Nigerians to bear with me.
Many have accused my Ministers and State governors of unbridled corruption.I have turned a blind eye to that also,as my re-election is paramount.
I usually offer"Transport fare' to groups who pay me solidarity visits. These are usually substantial sums.Dont ask me if its public funds.I have to do anything that would keep me in power.

I want to thank every Nigerian who supported me when Turai' sought to 'devour' me alive.Though i may have forsaken you since i became the CIC.Honestly,a year can never be enough for me to deliver the dividends of democracy.I need a four year term, though it might eventually become a 'SEVEN' year term, following some legislative 'abracadabra'.

Many have been maligning my wife ,saying her grammar is too poor .I want to assure you that we are working on it.Soon, the first couple of Nigeria would be transformed into fantastic orators, thereby easing your worries. We shall not disgrace Nigeria internationally. This is a promise.
