what does it do?

Make tiles bond very well to the surface. Used mostly on floor surfaces that are exposed to rainfall or continuous flow of water like bathrooms. It also serves as a waterproof membrane to prevent water from penetrating through unlike ordinary tile adhesive.

It's sometimes used alongside waterproof tile grout.

Hello people! Please how does one fix leaks on a stone coated roof where the points of leakage are covered by wood...I mean like you can't really see the holes on the roofing sheets, but you can clearly see water dropping from the wood (purlins). Thanks.

Good morning Good people.
Please I need your advice. I left my previous job to start my own firm and it's been more than 2 years now. Concerning the reference letter, is it advisable to use my previous employer cos going with mine may want to raise some questions like tax clearance and all. It's registered though but I only paid for the tax id and I feel adding my firm may lead to asking for further documents or questions and I don't want to complicate things.
