Indriver is a crazy app, can b use for different purpose and a ride is never actual on Indriver. Some has taken 2k from island to ikeja and won't stop trying from the moment they are set to enter the bathroom, till they are ready, that's when they will accept a reasonable price. Some book ahead before traffic, cos they know the price will shot up and keep you waiting till when they are ready.

We get sense for this country nah our forefather's sins just they disturb us

Thats how I accepted 3800 for a trip from unilag to oko oba drove over 30mins from that bariga justrite to unilag, when there's thick surge on bolt, she just dey beg, I accepted bit e pain me small, from her end I saw better offer with 1.7 surge yesterday mad gan, I just went offline on indriver as dem wan kill me with requests. Bolt all the way, dem too sabi this business.

In my own opinion, if a driver is going to be kept waiting for more than 5mins, he should be told about it. But we know that would never happen. What you'll hear is, "I'll be right down". And then when you call after 5mins, you'll hear, "Oh, are you here already? Don't worry you'll see me now."

For me, the only time I'll wait for more than 5mins is if;
i. It's a long trip.
ii. It's a 'good destination' (Good road network + No traffic).
iii. It's a surge trip (preferably 1.9 )
iv. Everywhere is dry (Not more than 10mins on this one).

Bottom line is, when requesting a ride you can actually see the number of drivers in your vicinity. If there are lots of drivers in your area, and you are not ready, don't request, as a driver may just be at your gate already.

This has happened to me before, dropped a rider at idado estate set destination trip for abule egba, request came in Omole estate 1.5 surge, she was shocked when she called and I told her I was at her gate. I had to wait over 10 mins cos I had the company of another pilot who was telling me his story of how a woman blessed him with 50k for a trip.

Even booth I no dey open, I just focus on the mirror to see the things you want to put inside and when trip end I still open booth for you to pack your things. Only on veryyyyy few occasions where rider is old and nice

Same thing I always do, open the booth for you and watch you pack your things inside.

I have always been respectful to all riders. In fact I dey come down open door for most of them , with all these my rating still drop gbam.

Omo! x100000. This one na brand new oo, opening of door for rider, are your riders crippled or handicapped, or probably your door is bad and you alone can open it. Because wtf is that? Now some riders go dey get entitlement mentality if you no open door for them na automatic 1 star.

sorry to say but that your friend na big time mumu.. Go to the airport like 2-3hrs before your departure. Buy hand scale.. Weigh your items at home to ensure it is inline with the requirement of the air carrier, if you carry food items like oil, separate 1k for one side to give those hungry fools..when going thru boarding pass,hold 2k 500naira note.share for the fools as you go..
