LeSudAfricaine:This game was physical but the athleticism and speed were top notch. Better than most games in the last tournament. |
Not a bad game at all compared to any game I watched at the last Afcon. |
onlyhope:Hesgoal.com |
Mehn I like the quality of this game so far. |
kikuyu33:I can't tell if you were speaking Latin here. |
kikuyu33:Lebanese earning salaries from Nigeria and having the capacity to build things in their undeveloped villages shows they were high earners. Nigerians also built a lot of homes in their villages and some in cities. Many also bought houses in Dubai. Now in the Buhari era you may not have such cash flowing everywhere but it was so in those days especially from the late 1990's to 2013. |
QuietMynd: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Km0bkYY1Ug To me, I thought she spoke more negatively about Ghana from her own honest review but surprisingly it was the Kenyans who came at her in the comment section. Still I think she likes Nairobi though. But the Kenyans were having none of it when she implied they seem to love Indians/foreigners too much ![]() She also implied that the maids in Kenya have no problem washing her undies unlike in Ghana and this may have also triggered some of those Kenyans . |
kikuyu2:The fact that they could build a whole village by just being salary earners in Nigeria across various sectors (while not even being amongst the top business owners in the country) shows you how big the Nigerian economy is. It's thesame reason why a Nigerian can pay 15000 pounds to send his/her child to the UK or 20000 dollars school fees to the U.S. Many Nigerians were also high earners but all of these was probably 6-10 years ago and beyond. |

kikuyu2:These are the top ten businesses in Nigeria controlling the Nigerian economy. Do you see Stallion there or any Lebanese Company?

Just40:That one always mixes up the truth in a bid to lie. When he wants to lie, he mixes up everything combining old information with new information. If you don't check his facts properly you would be fooled. |
lovewins:The support is there now but it came too late, it came at a time when we no longer majorly depend on new talents from our league and grassroots. We need to go back to the youth competitions and grassroots and also concentrate on our U17's and U20's. This is how the Akide's and Nkwocha's and even the Chikwelu's were discovered. Amaju's style is to focus on foreign born players. While that is good, our youth teams have not been so strong since 2014. I agree with you, Super falcons have a higher chance of winning the World Cup before the Super Eagles. |
Me I started watching female football in 2004 Olympics. The style of play of the Nkwocha's, Vera Okolo's, Akide's, and Mbuachu's was phenomenal. I watched our games against Japan and Germany. Going into the Afcon later that year 2004, I already knew the African teams there stood no chance even without Mercy Akide. Strange as it may sound, I started following football keenly in 2004 though because of two teams in the world that caught my fancy then... Arsenal Invincibles...2003/2004 The stylish super falcons....2004 era. I didn't really pay much attention to the super eagles then surprisingly. |
Shma:This guy, you underrate Ghana too much, I don't know why. Maybe you should travel and see or at least do some research. Ghana is now attracting more tourists than Kenya and they are showing the beautiful side of Ghana I never knew existed. |
kikuyu2:Wealth cannot be hidden. For instance, Elon musk no matter how much he tries to hide, his blueprints are everywhere. Same with Dangote and BUA or Tony Elumelu. They may not even have much in their Bank Accounts but the worth of their investments cannot be hidden even if they themselves would like to hide it. Your argument is similar to that of many Nigerians who believe the Nnewi Billionares in Nigeria are the richest men in Nigeria but they are hiding. I have lived in Anambra and I know there are Nnewi Billionaires. But if their investments are not big enough, then it doesn't matter how much they have in their Bank Accounts, they would still not be considered big enough. |
68816419: These Kenyans play the race card when it comes to South Africa but here they are begging us not to play the race card ![]() |
samorobo:He's scared ![]() |
gallivant: why are you deceiving that illiterate? This is not fair ![]() |
gallivant:Quite false. The lady said that in the meeting with Indians to make the Indian Investors happy. We know the Indian and Lebanese businesses in Nigeria. They are not the largest and this is why they are not even amongst the ten richest businesses in Nigeria. The case is different with Kenya. Agriculture is the largest employer of labour in Nigeria. Indians do not dominate that sector, neither do they dominate the oil or banking sector, so how can they be the second largest employer of labour? Note Nigerian politicians have always had the tendency to sweet talk when they want to benefit from you. They do it to us all the time talkless of new Indian Investors they want to attract. |
rvp2018:Import restriction is not a bad thing. Especially when we had no reason to be second largest importer of cement in the world. |
68816419:Exactly. The guy is so ignorant thinking we are like them little Indians because we employ a few Indians. The Indians are the employers of labour in Kenya, that's the difference , a huge difference at that. |
rvp2018:How many Indians do you think are in Dangote cement and refinery? Besides Dangote refinery has 29000 Nigerians. Your country Kenya has Indians as owners of your major businesses. That's a tragedy . |
gallivant:Kenya has the biggest slum in their capital . |
rvp2018:Salt, Cement, Flour,Rice. However cement made him a billionare. You can see that you are becoming a laughing stock here. Just admit you were ignorant and we move on . This is not the first time. |
rvp2018:Employed some of his Indian friends for the refinery (not all his businesses), because as he said, the Indian guy was his employee since 1992 and they both took their time, first to study the pattern of refinery in India and replicate thesame until the idea to build something bigger evolved in Dangote's mind. |
rvp2018:Sorry, there are a few top Indian leaders who worked with Dangote since 1992, but entire operation is not run by Indians, try again. |
rvp2018:He did not become automatically rich by selling salt and sugar, but he gradually transformed into a top billionare from around 2001 when Obasanjo called all top cement dealers and announced the plan to ban importation. Cement was his catapult and the backbone of his billionare status. Give up already, I have done extensive research on these things studying both sides. |
rvp2018:Now you are worshipping your Indian lord . No wonder you guys are called little indians . Even that black American lady on Youtube confirmed it and the kenyans were mad at her in the comment section . |
rvp2018:The list I showed you has only two Northerners in it. So that conspiracy theory you just reiterated is Hogwash. Besides, the Northerners may be the poorest but the Kano people (where both Dangote and BUA come from) have always been business people and they are the closest from the North to the Igbo character in terms of business acumen. Dangote's Dantata family was also the richest in West Africa as a trader in the 1950's. Dangote started trading way back in 1977. |
rvp2018:The bolded is false. I have given you proof to show that his prices are not so different from that of his competitors in Nigeria. I am giving you proof, you give me proof not sentiments or beer parlour news you got from tribalistic Nigerians. |
rvp2018:That's not because of monopoly but the cost of production in Nigeria. You can see their prices are all high not just Dangote. |
gallivant:Dangote has no monopoly in cement in Nigeria. See my snapshot in the post above, all of those guys are in business. Dangote certainly doesn't need Kenya (anymore than he needs Zimbabwe for instance). He already has cement plants in Ethiopia and Tanzania, and he has two plants in South Africa. |
