Lagos does not have skyscrapers clustered like that, and the trees in front of the skyscrapers look so out of place, the only place in Lagos that can actually be that is the CBD which does not get flooded..come to think of it the pic looks more like South Africa than it does Nigeria

Now I will await the answer on the air refueling capability of NAF. By the way Nigeria's best bet for a refueling capability would be to revamp one C-130H with modern 15 engines for that capability. The USAF has a few and even displayed it at Waterkloof AFB,SA some 2years ago even Sweden uses them in that role, including a few other Nato nations.
