AntiChristian: Very soon all those businesses wey no dey pay tax will be apprehended!
We also pray to see the dividend of what we are paying for! Imagine! You're "praying" to see the dividend of what you're paying for. You're not demanding to see the dividend rather you're praying to see it, which means you're not even sure that your Tinubu will deliver on that so you're putting it in prayers. |

Politics › Re: NUPENG Shuts Depots As FG, Dangote Talks Drag by GeneralOuki: 2:57pm On Sep 09, 2025 |
TheBizGenius: Someone commenting here asked what is the real issue.
Let me summarize:
Dangote wants full control over the drivers of his tankers.
The good? 1. He can hire and fire them if they don't drive well. 2. He can monitor their locations and activities remotely.
The bad? 1. Nunpeng has realized he would cut off their relevance as an association to both his operations and the Nigerian government. Imagine the biggest player in the industry not needing you for his operations. That's a real dent in their reputation. 2. Nunpeng will have no direct control over Dangote drivers and this might snowball into other industry players cutting them off too. Hmmmm.
My suggestion? Dangote should contract out the operations to a 3rd party like IGI logistics, with the workers becoming like contractors or consultants. But I suspect Nunpeng will still not allow them anyway. None of the Bad has any negative impact on the Masses as far as I can see. |
Politics › Re: Katsina Governor Radda Confirms Negotiations With Bandits To End Insecurity by GeneralOuki: 2:20pm On Sep 09, 2025 |
Guestmale: This is not the best and not encouraging but if they believe that's best way to achieve peace in their state goodluck to them my only concern is that the region that their youths refused to enlist in the military are not in the best position to criticize or condemn the step taken by the governor. What a stupid comment. So your main concern is not that the governor is rewarding Terrorism criminality and banditry, you are not concerned about the implications of this move by the government has on Nigeria both locally and internationally and neither are you concerned that the security apparatus of the country has been shown to be non existent and deeply compromised. No you're not concerned about any of these, your Only concern is that the regions whose youths refused to enlist in the army — due to the fact that the army has been compromised, rendered useless by the actions of the politicians — shouldn't ever complain about this shameful, disgraceful and ill fated act by the Katsina government. Do you have any idea how many of our policemen and military that have been killed by these bandits, only for the government to turn around and negotiate with these terrorists while the security personnels are treated as fodder, retired and no pension with the families of the slain still mourning their loss and no compensation from the government. Are you so bigoted and detached from reality that you are unable to see how such a move by the government plays a huge role in dampening the morale of the police and army and also affect the zeal for youths to enlist into the military? |

An unfair judgement. which is why there's an appeal. Let BA appeal the ruling if they believe that the compensation fee is unfair to them. |

Today he's suffering psychosis. No it's not! There's absolutely nothing wrong with eating in the dream, it's just your brain craving for food and manifesting the dream from your subconsciousness. |

Foreign Affairs › Re: China’s 80th Victory Day Parade Of The End Of WWII In Pictures by GeneralOuki: 11:07am On Sep 04, 2025 |
SWATMan: This is absolutely wrong. China was defeated and colonized by the japs during the WW11. The celebration was just a remembrance for her resistance to the Japanese occupation during the war which after it ended (with the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki by the Americans) led Mao Zedong to declare the PRC, unlike the Russians who celebrate their Vday celebration to commemorate the victory over the Nazis. (the fought from Moscow to Berlin) to earn their celebration.
The Chinese celebration is more of a memorial, than an actual victory because without the Americans, China was humiliated by Japan throughout the war. calling it a humiliation is putting it mildly. |

Racoon: Hehehe! It is still the 6-3-3-4 system of education? The reintroduction of history is a landmark achievement but it would be a revisionist history not the actual history. They're not going to be taught the pre colonial history of Nigeria, the colonial wars( Lugard's genocidal wars in the north and the numerous war crimes he committed along the way) colonial era ( how the British government massacred harmless and armless women protesting obnoxious taxes in Aba and Ibadan) They're not going to be taught in details or anything close to it about Nigeria from 1960 to 1999 at least, they're only going to be taught the names of heads of state from 1960 to date. That's why it's going to be only taught in the JSS classes and not the SS classes. |

The same people wailing about this, sees no problem hanging out with IPOB members. In fact they believe that Kanu is innocent and should be released.
I don't understand the hypocrisy and double talk. The hypocrisy is that KANU is in detention and being tried for crimes while bandits who have done worse are being celebrated and paid by the government. You're a hypocrite if you're not seeing the double standards |

Wisewriter: They have finally succeeded in reducing Fubaara as a figure head governor when he resumes office
This is what they did when they made Nnamdi Azikiwe the Ceremonial president of Nigeria where as Abubakar Tafawa Balewa who was the prime minister wield so much power more than Nnamdi Azikiwe.
The game of Politics did not start today. It will take so many years before we correct this menace which has eaten deep into the born marrow of our Politicians
I stop here....... That was the British government's doing, they constructed Nigeria in such a way that the north will hold much of the power and then rigged the election to make Belewa the prime minister. |
