Since morning, am still having that numbing pain in my chest. Its paining me a whole lot. I just wished I can hurt her back but I don't want to.

The only problem am having now is how to stop that chest pain for me. Its as if some juju was hit on my heart. Mind you that am not thinking about her. God forbid. Its just anytime her thoughts whizzes past my brain for a moment, I will have this numbing pain.

How do I stop this? I have been drinking and its even worse.

I think the problem there is that my subconscious is thinking of the life I had planned that was just thrown away.
