To the brother that got simple slap sorry oh.

Rule 1 on ehailing:- never start conversations between you and your rider.

Your daily code 111 should be good day madam/sir, can I start your trip?

Rider yes

You: location Ikeja?

Rider yes.

That's all... but if the rider is bored and feel like having conversations with you, do not hesitate to reply them IF ONLY ITS CONVENIENT FOR YOU.

And never join rider with politics/religious discussion some are spy.

There's no comedy in business and you're not Denzel Washington of Equalizer 2 this is Nigeria (Lagos) not Yankee

A bolt driver!

Living in lekki!

Paying rent of 1m!

I'd been a landlord and a house owner in Lagos in less than 5yrs on that rent.

Its unwise bro... No apology!

Start making plans for your wife to be and your kids. No need wasting that money bro.

My people perish for lack of knowledge.

Your 2/3yrs rent will buy you a plot of land in some areas in Lagos. You're not a salary earner or a business man ooh... Mind you.

Uber driving doesn't fall into any of those.

So be wise, sit back and think straight.

I'll speak the truth no matter how bitter it taste to you people.

Even if radautoworks gives me a 5yrs free rent on the island as a uber driver I'll lease it out and move to places like badagry, ikorodu, sango, magoro or outketch and get same apartment for 200k or less PA while I use the excess to buy a property.

It's not wiseness to live in lekki as a full time uber driver oooh...

Anyways, iys your life your choice shall. Who knows weather your fiance works in total esp or even Mobil self me kon dey here dey waste saliva they talk plenty.

Enjoy your ovens abeg and spend 200days moving lagos just to pay rent. grin

If you have anything to say to me, quote me and say it. I don't have bad days. As much as you want to not believe that, it's the truth. I don't even care about your opinions. I post here because I want to. Type from now till tomorrow, I'll still post earnings and reveal the source of my earnings, Bolt.

My earnings reflect in my bank account, unfortunately I can't show you that, no matter how much you want to see it.

Anyone that wants to quit their stupid job to drive on Bolt should do so. Message me privately and I'll coach you on how to make money. Forget these idiots on this thread with their negativity.
Like I wrote earlier, bragging isn't a good standard of making it. After all ain't paying your 1million 50k house rent for you.

Wealthy/Rich people don't have to say they're rich.

They don't brag neither insult your ancestors.

If you asked a wealthy man how can one make such money, he will tell you to buy his book simply because he still wanna make more money they don't reveal their source never.

So goes to many Uber/bolt driver out there. They'll never showed you the hours put in, the bad days but yes I love the fact they'll show you their success (which is earnings screenshot). The bad idea amongst them is that the earnings you see clearly Hmmmm does not reflect in Bank account. I love motivating youngsters but I hate discouraging them from reality.

You, I mean you seeing above earnings and you wanna quit 150k job for bolt/uber kindly calm and hustle to buy your car for weekends alone. After all he (the dashboard man) wrote he only works part time to achieve that.

For the young man showing earnings and paying furnished apartment RENT in Chevron, kudos to you.

Very very true, people don’t know how to position when they are two or three trips to bonus. For example yesterday around 9 pm I realized I have 4 more trips to go and I was in Ajao Estate. No request again for more than 20 minutes and then a request to Ejibgo, No way I need short trips. I just set destination and decided to blow empty to Surulere or yaba.
Got trip to mushin from mushin to lere to Aguda to lere etc till 11:15 pm when I had to off app, request was coming like water on 1.9 surge till I got tired of driving in surge and off app.
So let nobody deceive newbies that trips are manipulated cos of bonus. Bolt no get time to dey monitor one driver cos of 13k.
Position is key in this hustle, there are some places in Lagos dt u can’t stay for more than 2mins without getting request...

For doubting Thomas see screen shorts
That's what am talking about. If you had go on that trip, that's the end.

Kudos

Boss so as experience as you're on ehailing you don't believe what the guy is saying? Who told you it's just a programme? Pure lies.

I've made several post on this especially with Bolt. Bolt bonus is a scam, the moment they notice you're 2/3 trips to hit the bonus they either stop giving you trips, giving you long pickup or giving you long distance trips so you don't get to complete the challenge. This has happened to me severally.

3 different occasions that one I was so mad 4:30pm I was in festac town for good 2hrs and not a single trip on bolt, I drove around from one street to another nothing, few minutes later I got a 2.5km PU, called rider I was coming arrived waited for more than 10min I didn't see rider the moment I called "rider cancelled", I smiled. Turned on my Indriver app. Got a trip immediately to island and left my Bolt app on to c how far. I asked My rider to request me with her phone while we where in serious traffic around 2nd gate under that bridge. To my greatest surprise her request went to another driver. I needed just 1 trip to hit the 7k bonus so I'd wanted to use that trip to complete it.

Immediately the campaigned ended I started getting trips as usual I just looked at them and i laughed. But these things don't happen with Uber, they're more modest, transparent and straightforward the only odd against uber is their adamant refusal to review destination of their riders else many drivers would have jumped ship a long time.
Festac by 4pm is purely a residential area me and you know say nothing go xup until night for festac.

Is just like heading to ikotun idimu by 4PM and you dey reason to get short request on week days hell no.

Brother I don't cook a story up in this forum and I'll send you evidence if you want. There's no single bonus I decided to chase on Bolt that I won't get.

It's just sometimes common sense. I was at ogudu around 6 yesterday and I was getting Ikorodu with 3 trips remains to complete campaign c'mon I wont embark on the journey I had to wait 3mins and click rider number isn't going through.

Drove to shomolu where i get unilag/surulere/ojuelegba and close from there.

I repeat it's a programming and positioning. Bolt doesn't know one driver say him wan complete campaign.

Dear colleagues, believe it or not e hailing in Nigeria is slave labour not to be used as a permanent source of income. Considering the risks and stress.
Make sure whatever you get from it is fuelling your escape plan.
Even their bonuses are useless.
Whenever they realize you are hitting your target. They start sending you long pickups.
As if challenging you to cancel.
I usually pickup and tell the person how far I am and he will cancel.
But if you meet some wicked babes they will insist you come then cancel when u are half way there.
Just yesterday I got a pickup if 17 minutes. Outside the radius I set.
I just gave up and didn't answer.
But the recent issue is how do you guys protect your tyres and suspension now that we are entering rainy season?
Two days back I had to drop a rider in a flooded place and my back left tyre was punctured in two places.
This evening I passed through a flood and dropped a rider. As soon as we exited the flood I heard my front left tyre hissing.
I came out to meet it flat. I suspect it's even damaged.
The rider fee of 1.8k minus bolt commission and my fuel is nothing compared to the cost of getting another tyre.
So please do you guys have any tips for reducing maintenance cost during rainy season?
Especially tyres and shock absorbers.
I disagree with you... huh

Whenever it's raining and you're not on a trip, don't let surge get over your thinking faculty of starting your ignition to hustle. Stay put in your car and chill till the rains stopped.

Select your trips although trips will keeps on coming in but if you truly follow this thread, you'll understand some locations you dont go during raining season.

Bolt/Uber will give you trips base on your location nothing concern them if you're chasing bonus or not. (Tech is randomly selecting trips for you not human being). It's basically a programming

Always target 2 to 3 long trips to meet your savings target.

Dont and never join the gang of people saying ehailing is slavery whatever instead praise God you're getting 2-5k profit a day. Some white collar jobs you admire out there, are nothing to write home about. Some are going home without being paid for months.

Always keep this below statement on your left hand

Always have a plan B and remember nothing beat a day money in Nigeria System of today Sorry UARian System of today grin

Goodnight Bro

When I wasn't driving on bolt during that lockdown period, I was home one day with my son(he was around 1 at the time) and needed to pick an item that was way billed to me at the park so I used bolt.

The driver was so impersonal and for some reasons, I didn't like it. He just maintained a straight face all through the journey like we were fighting grin. Now that I drive, I understand why he would have done that.

So to prevent that kind of situation, what I do is to comment on something casually like I'm talking to myself.

If the rider does not respond, I mind my business and face my steering. Those who are interested in talking will respond to me and we'll start gusting.

27. Never let some drivers earnings screenshot makes you feel you're not hustling enough. Some of these earnings are just figure/photoshop you can't see it in their account or trip manipulations (some will book themselves to chop bonus)
28. Always learn to say no to some trips. Imagine me today be Monday got a trip to arepo 1.6surge wey rain don fall I reject it and immediately got 1.7 to my home.
29. Always have at worst 2k in your safe should incase anything happen. Remember, this is naija your new tyre can burst, car is like baby it can brake down anytime. In all never go cashless in Lagos

NOTE: AM NOT A MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER AM JUST ME TRYING TO ENLIGHTEN BROTHERS AND SISTERS OUT THERE.

Some of the most serious potential problems associated with chronic sleep deprivation are high blood pressure, diabetes, heart attack, heart failure or stroke. Other potential problems include obesity, depression, impairment in immunity and lower sex drive. Chronic sleep deprivation can even affect your appearance.

I know naija is hard.

I know you have to hustle to keep your home running.

I know its hard to survive in this country.

I know you're owning someone and the person is on your neck.

But please try and have some rest. Even if its gonna be 1 day off sleep and eat well.

If you die, your car will be sold/given to somebody. Hustle is good but try and rest to prepare for tommorow.

Next week is another holiday for Ramadan I'del.... Plan before that day and have some rest make use of opportunities on that surge days to make some money..

Only the lazy youths are finding it hard to achieve.
The KPI can be met by Friday or latest Saturday if challenges happened during the week.

I worked only 3 hrs yesterday and some hours on Wednesday, now see this screenshot if it can't still be met while I have been on an average of 60 trips weekly.
Keep it in mind that this has only been the week I never met the KPI by Friday.
Chief don't call anybody lazy simply because its work for you. Instead encourage few of them wink

Moove is not reliable in anything which you deeply know.

They're forcing all drivers to dropped the car or otherwise sign DTO ( Drive to own) nowadays. Check around your groups and few Moove drivers remaining? They're mostly Baba's I mean above 50s. Driving Uber alone, not having freedom isn't easy bro. I'm on Moove 3 WhatsApp group GL GK AND GJ if I share some movers experience here you'll be shock.

Just continue to be focus and I wish you the best God will grant you good health to pay their DTO finished.

I'll never discourage anybody driving Moove but just see their Avenue as opportunity to drive new car and remember one last thing SAVE even if its 3k daily make sure you save cos that's gonna go long way bro.

Driving for 3 years straight starting from two months ago they reintroduced their DTO is not an easy game. So please bro continue saving.

My advice for all Moovers reading this, is....

I'm not on Moove but I shared my experience long time ago when my car was down I drove for them for 1month and it's like I'm in prison for 10yrs bro. I still have their agreement which is the most terrible agreement ever.

Woh let's leave Moove matter. Just continue hustling God will help us all

When doctors go on strike you think they attend to emergency ? Or you ve not seen doctors go on strike for weeks ?

Have you read about Rosa Park 1955 and the boycotts. Do you know what the great grand fathers did abroad to move the blacks to where they are today as regard racism huh
Nigerians are not willing to pay the price at all.
All blacks decided to walk to office and boycott train cos of segregation.
Sure you didn’t join endears

The fight is for drivers and future drivers, some of us will soon stop driving.

You already said you won’t join the strike so go ahead and continue driving while I continue frustrating the drivers online.
No cancellations fees so once you accept my request you must cancel.
cool

One don cancel I don request again he go cancel tire...
let me add my quota to d strike.
Bro this is unnecessary lipsrsealed
Majority of drivers dont know theres STRIKE

Shey driver wey him wife/kid or any of his family member dey in critical condition maybe admitted in the hospital will want to join the strike? When he or she need fund to save life

Abi the driver wey 5k remain for his remittance will want to join the strike?

I think you can request and hear from them instead of letting them drive all the way to your location and giving them hope. We're all human being I pray you never encounter any bad condition that will warrant you to work like jaaaki.

Life is hard out there for many people please dont stress any driver instead message them via bolt or uber app.

Thank you

WHEN I READ WHAT PEDPA OR WHATEVER GROUP THEY CALLED THEMSELVES DEMAND FROM UBER/BOLT, I SAID TO MYSELF THAT I'M NOT GONNA JOIN THIS STRIKE.

WHY?

Economy is terrible everywhere, many drivers can't afford to book a ride even without surge themselves.

What I believe they should fight for is bolt /Uber commissions not increment for now.

My Opinion though.

I see many people agitating for this struggle were those that account has been suspended.

Bolt 10% commission and make sure you set 12hours for each drivers. 6hours resting time

Uber 10% commission 12hours driving system for each driver and 6hours resting time

Give every driver 11k BONUS for 30 trips on both app to encourage drivers meet their demands and also paying commissions.

This is simple just my opinion
