There's a road opposite Ikeja Club (that T junction) as if you're going to slot. The first turning by your left and the first storey building by your right. There are so many laptop repairers upstairs. When u climb the stairs, count about 4 shops to ur right, yyou'll see a repairer. Actually there are so many of dem. Computer screen comes in grade level, you can get the one of 12K, 15k, 18k etc.

You're welcome bro. I've always thought I could never fall for their tricks but they got me mehn! Anytime I see people rant about them on social forum like nairaland, I call those people names like dull guy, mumu etc. I never knew my day of reckoning was around the corner. Wetin pain me pass be say I even paid 2500 for servicing and service charge for a laptop he couldn't repair. It was after 2 weeks I got to know he had changed my screen when I took it to another repairer. It was the 2nd repairer that showed me how to remove a laptop's screen within 30 seconds and fix in another at the same rate.
I have learnt a lot of lessons though
1) Whenever you want to buy or repair any gadget, always look for a standard shop and don't mind the price.
2) Anybody can be a victim no matter how sharp you are, because they keep devicing means of cheating unsuspecting customers daily.

Pls can you direct me to a shop I can replace my laptop screen in the village? my normal customer is not around for now.

I will try to answer this question...

Barcanista was previously the head of the APC e-rats on Nairaland up until a week to the general elections when he shockingly decamped to PDP. Before his decamping, he secretly solicited some form of 'protection' (wages) from APC card carrying members who were active on Nairaland for his stellar efforts in promoting the course of the APC and also tearing the PDP apart. His pleas for pecuniary protection could not be granted because it seemed he approached the wrong people.

Fast forward to a week before general elections, in the strangest and most shocking manner ever imagined, he publicly decamped to the PDP and started glorifying the same GEJ and PDP he had successfully torn to pieces in the past 12 months. His case was even more worrisome considering the fact that he didn't see a need to at least change his Nairaland moniker. From all indications, he seemed to have gotten the much sought 'protection' from the PDP, hence his switch. In anger and disgust, some APC Nairalanders exposed his secret letters where he was soliciting protection, hence his new found title, "the protection seeker."

By the way, the dude seems to be jobless because when he was in the APC, he was virtually the head of the APC Nairaland e-rats, today he's in the PDP and serves in the exact same capacity.
