How do you know they have two? Do you work there? Una go just dey conclude like say una dey work there.
Go back to me initial post instead of this needless argument of yours?

Get your facts right before jumping on an argument? Does a regular customer of a branch who saw the difference when the branch had 5 customer service staff and when they had two not in a position to make comments especially after she had spoken to the branch staff?

Dey there dey defend poor service. You for use this strength resolve the problem

The long queue is not a result of poor customer service but due to the very large number of detail customers the Bank has. Move half of GTBank's retail customers to other banks like UBA and Zenith Bank and see the systems collapse. Customers would probably have to spend the entire day there.
Is that why they have 2 people at their customer service when they can have 5? Is First bank not also having a large number of retail customers?

Come up with another argument.

Or are you saying in essence that gtbank has got to the limit of its capacity?

Gtbank is getting it wrong. Customer service in the banking halls is zero. Customers stand for hours before being attended to.

Their staff are overworked and they refuse to employ more staff even when the bank is making money.

The last time I was in one of their banking halls, I spent over two hours and decided there and then that the suffering was enough. I simply transferred all my balances to another bank. There is no point closing accounts anymore. Just transferr your entire balance to another bank.

By the way, only a handful of banks in Nigeria have good customer service.

Bandits were imported and camped in bushes to help oust Jonathan should he win, it would have been bloody.

But when Jonathan handed over to them, they forgot that they camped people in bushes, the abandoned bandits had to survive. This was how they started kidnapping.

When things got out of control and they realized what they have done, they went to pay them off but unfortunately majority has departed their camps.

A certain governor said one time that they have paid those terrorizing them. He was right, they paid but it was late.

When other idle youths and greedy politicians discovered how lucrative the business is, they joined and that's how we got to where we are today.

Did President Jonathan know when the bandits were imported and camped?

This bold is a myopic mindset. You want the government to look for more ways to milk the people. Have you considered the efficiency and utilization of current funds? Have you considered waste and how to stop it? Have you considered sustainability?
Many middle class and poor people in Nigeria don't build homes because they can afford it. They do it to escape debts and looking for rent. Many of them move into their uncomfortable and uncompleted houses. Some without electricity, water, decking, plastering, painting, furnishings or security. Some move out of the societal pressure and accomplishment sense of being a landlord. Majority of them are just managing and scrapping through. So for all your money generation sense to think is how to be enriched by them is wickedness. Be more innovative.
Is land use charge a new thing?

How much is it per annum?

You have a point though about the utilisation of existing funds. Your governors live large amidst lack.

Has he tried BOT? The governor needs to up his game. Anyone who can afford a house should be able to afford tenement rate or land use charge.

How many years did it take to reconstruct Europe after the 2nd World War? Less than 20 years.

All these so called " self righteous & heaven's gate keepers" in Nigeria called Christians, they are very funny lot.
They're mostly like that because of bad governance and poor standard of living. They expect from God what their government should do for them.

When you give those religious zealots a good life in a developed country, they will abandon the heaven gatekeeping

Because herdsmen are Muslim fanatics.
Another faulty logic.

It's people like you who believe that all northerners are Muslims. Or that all those who bear Muslim names are Muslims.

Again, do you have the identities of the dead people before you hastily and wrongly concluded that they were non-Muslims?

Do you have the identities of the murderers before concluding that they were Muslims?

Stop generalisation. It's bad

It's possible those 54 males were all Christians. Islam is a religion of terrorists.
See your reasoning. Very pathetic, faulty and shallow.

You went from "it's possible" to a conclusive statement. Is this the time to focus on religion? Do you know the religion of the dead people or the bandits?
