The one of scent leaf and Ugu leaf is popularly known as Ofe Akwu majorly for rice.

This version is for the Isoko and Urhobo people eaten with starch.

I once used ncha anwu to make ofe akwu thinking it was ugu many years ago. The ofe akwu came out tasting like paracetamol.

Change your oil after frying 3 times under this Buhari regime, do you know how much vegetable oil cost these days?

With the above ingredients the oil will foam after some batches, to avoid foaming, don't add eggs and reduce the butter.

You won't like when the oil foams except you are frying outdoors.

Crunchy and yummy are too different things.
Crunchy can mean stone crunchy. It's not this type of chin chin. This one is yummy.
