The Sao Paulo court ordered the action covering Neymar's $50m worth of assets. Last year, he was convicted of tax evasion to the tune of $16m in Brazil.

The Spanish capital club's injury woes continues as the Brazilian full back Marcelo is ruled out for at least 2 weeks after getting injured in the dying minutes of hard fought victory against Granada.

Reportedly he is set to miss games against Roma and Athletico Bilbao, and could also miss the derby game against Atletico Madrid. After the preliminary scans the club confirmed that the Brazilian defender has dislocated his shoulder.

The official statement by the club read:" After tests carried out today on the player Marcelo at the Sanitas La Moraleja University Hospital, he has been diagnosed with an acromioclavicular shoulder joint dislocation".

Right now Marcelo is the only proper Left Back available with the Los Blancos. His most suitable replacement Fabio Coentrao is currently on loan at Monaco.
