North have about 44m registered voters while south have about 38m voters. Just less than 8m difference.

I will repeat it again,southerners are the ones hindering the progress of this country because they failed to perform their civic duty.

Come 2023 there will be a southern presidential candidate and VP from the north,this same thing will still occur unless we vote massively.

So,be the judge here. The same man that rejected postponement of election when people's lives were at risk could also allow postpone of election based on 'logistics' reasons. You don't have to tell us that the President isn't part INEC stakeholders yet he appointed the chairman.
