Christianity EtcRe: Pst Matthew Ashimolowo: Mindset Of Kingdom Millionaires by God2man(m): 8:53am On Oct 06, 2012
The summary of Pst Matthew
Ashimolowo's message at the ongoing RCCG Youth
Convention in Nigeria. Hope
you'll learn something new
and be blessed as you read.

MINDSET OF KINGDOM
MILLIONAIRES

Money is like a current, it is
either flowing to you or
flowing away from you that
is why it is called Currency. So you need to learn how to
magnatise money.

Most people are poor because
of lack of knowledge and
examples/training they
received from parents and
authority figures. If you grew
up in an environment that says "money is meant to be
spent", you'll never have
savings"

Psalm 66:12 Every year loads
of people are joining the
millionaires club! God wants to raise you as a person who can make a difference in your world.

It is not true that there is
money scarcity in the world,
rather every year millions of
people cross the millionaires threshold.

Don't listen to the what ifs and
words of distractions around
you. You work towards
getting blessed first and watch
God teach you how to handle
it.

There are people who lack the
right knowledge to make
wealth, some Christians will
cry and pray for financial
breakthroughs but their
financial levels never change because they haven't obeyed
the laws of wealth making.
There are certain laws you
must follow to make wealth,
if you don't obey them you
can't be a millionaire! The law of gravity doesn't respect
anointing!

2Timothy 1:7 To be a
millionaire you have to
overcome the spirit of fear!
Things may not always go
right at first but don't let that
stop you, God hasn't given you the spirit of fear!

The secret of success is that
there are no secrets! If you do
what others have done you
will get the results other
millionaires have gotten. God is
no respecter of person, colour, gender or age. If you believe
Him, He'll do greater things in
your life.

The richest man in Nigeria,
Aliko Dangote is not a
Christian even the young man
who owns facebook is worth
over 20million dollars and he
isn't born again! You have a kingdom mindset, the spirit of
God dwells in you so too you
can make it!

Unsaved people become
financially successful because
they know the proper steps to
follow. There is a time for
fasting and prayers but there
are certain principles you must follow!

7 PRINCIPLES

1) Have a great dream/
purpose/ vision.

-Write down your dream/
vision for the next 1yr, 5yrs,
10yrs - See yourself in the
place of wholeness, happiness
and wealth (Prov 23:7) - Ask
yourself precisely 'where do I want to be in 5yrs?'. Bible says
God will grant the desires of
our heart, if you don't have a
desire, what do you expect
God to work with?

2) Do what you are passionate about!

Prosperity doesn't come just
because you went to uni or
have a good job! Find out
what you are passionate
about, pursue it and it will
take you places

-Turn your passion into a
source of income

- Don't start with a NGO if you
have not worked for a couple
of years. Broke cannot help
broke and it is difficult for a
struggling person to help
struggling people.

3) Find and develop your
unique gift! Matt25:15 God has blessed everyone of us with gifts, you're gifted!

- Package your skills and
talents well! All Oprah Winfrey
does is talk! Women like to
talk but she packaged her talk
very well and she's making
big money.

4). See yourself as self
employed whether you have a job or not!

-Those who end up millionaires
don't work the contracted
"8am-4pm" "9am-5pm" hours
at their place of work, they go
an extra mile and work over
time when needed.

- There must be results in the
hours you're being paid for!
See the organisation you work
for as yours, give it your very
best and when you get your
own company you'll be disciplined enough to manage
it effectively and efficiently!

5) Be committed to excellence!
-To excel means to surpass, to
be ahead, to be at the top, to
be NO 1. When you are on top
of your game, people will
notice and respect you.
Proverbs 22:29, Proverbs 18: 16

- All successful people are good
at what they do! Before you
put something out there,
make sure it is excellently
done!

6) Develop a clear sense of
direction
-Where are you going? How
would you know when you
get there? What are the
milestones?

-Even in your relationship,
when it comes to picking who
to marry, make sure you pick
someone with a clear vision as
you! If God wants to prosper
you and you are with the wrong person it might not
work out, it takes only one
Jonah to sink a ship!

- No goal, No go! You can't go
forward without goals, set
goals for direction.

- Make a plan and write it
down (Habakkuk 2:2). If you
know it and it's written
down, it's easier to remain
focussed when challenges and distractions come.

7) Have a money mission! What do you intend to do
with the money when God
eventually blesses you?

Sweetnecta: ^^^^ Jesus was only calling the lost sheep of the house of Israel. at best, he told his disciples to call the whole house of Israel and no one else.

Jesus himself had a religion, did work and had faith in God. to abandon the true religion "from God when you find it and if you dont know it yet, you should strive to find it" is truly to abandon the Guiding Light of God that man can follow.

what church? God Almighty does not have anything to do with church. Proof: Jesus did not build a single church.

to be quoting Paul's writing, etc to explain Jesus is like putting Jesus down. Jesus is enough to explain his mission.
Unfortunately, there is no Gospel from God that Jesus was sent with and preached in existence.
i don't seem to understand you.
I know you.
You are welcome.

Mattew 7:13 -14" Enter ye in at the strait gate; for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in there at:
Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it."

Matthew 20:16 " So the last shall be first, and the first last: for many be called, but few chosen."

Luke 13:24 " Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, i say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able."

1 Corinthians 9: 16-17 " For though i preach the gospel, i have nothing to glory of: for necessity is laid upon me, yea, woe is unto me, if i preach not the gospel!
For if i do this thing willingly, i have a reward: but if against my will, a dispensation of the gospel is committed unto me."

1 Peter 4:17-18 "For the time is come that judgement must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end of them that obey not the gospel of God?
And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?"

Christians on nairaland, these Bible verses bother me. I would like to know what you think about these verses.

Christianity EtcRe: The Unseen Force Of Faith by God2man(m): 8:48am On Oct 01, 2012
The tittle may sound a little strange, but that's how I want you to view faith. Not just something cute that you keep in your heart, but a force. A force is defined as- Capacity to do work or cause physical change; strength; power. I like that, cause physical change. Let me tell you where I got the tittle, I was watching television one day and I happened to come upon a compass. So, I picked it up and started to move around the room with it and as I moved that compass moved. And the Holy Spirit quickened my mind, there is a force in the earth called a magnetic field. That force is unseen, but it causes something to happen in the seen and that's how faith is. An unseen force causes that compass to move. That gave me greater understanding of what Jesus said, "Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you." Let's break this scripture down, "If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed", now some people say the size of a mustard seed, I don't have a problem with that, but let's look at something else about a seed, if it's not released out of the ground it will not produce anything in the earth. Notice Jesus said, "If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say" that's how you release it. Jesus said it this way, "For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh". It's the faith that's released that moves mountains and causes physical change.

Now let's go a little deeper, your faith should be based on the word of God. Paul calls it the word of faith. That means you could say, If ye have the word of God as a mustard seed... . The word of God is designed to change things. The word of God is the original force of all forces. What you see was made of things you can't see, the word. Notice things that are unseen caused things that are seen to change. And we are made in God's image and likeness. We are a spirit just as God is a spirit. So, if we learn how to operate from our spirit we can cause things to change in the natural. That's what Jesus demonstrated over and over again. He spoke to the wind and sea and his words of faith calmed the storm. He spoke to a tree and it dried up from the roots and then he said to his disciples that if they had faith they could do the same thing, change things in the physical by operating out of their spirit and so can we. That's why one of the worst things a child of God can do is to wait for things to change and get better. No, take the word of God and make things get better. God said, his word would not return to him void, but accomplish that which He pleases. God has honored us to be able to release that force on our behalf. So, once again that force is released in the earth now by us.

Youngmillo: Our journey began at Genesis
through Exodus. On the way, we
saw Leviticus recording the

Deuteronomy, while Joshua was
waiting at the beautiful gate for
Judges to see Ruth calling loudly
"Samuel, Samuel". At a stage, the
first and second Kings of
Chronicles were coming to visit
Ezra, Nehemiah and Esther for the
misfortune of Job, their brother.
Then they noticed that Mr. Psalms
was teaching his children
Proverbs
concerning Ecclesiastes and Songs
of Solomon. This coincided with
the period that Isaiah and
Jeremiah were engaged in
Lamentation for Ezekiel and Daniel
their friend. By that time, Amos
and
Obadiah were not around. Three
days later, Hosea, Joel and Jonah
travelled in the same ship with
Micah and Nahum to Jerusalem .
More also, Habakkuk visited
Zephaniah who introduced him to
Haggai a friend of Zechariah
whose cousin is Malachi.
Immediately after the old
tradition,
Matthew, Mark, Luke and John got
involved in Acts with the Romans
who were behaving like the
Corinthians, who were also
always
at loggerhead with the Galatians.
At that time too, the Ephesians
realising that the Philippians were

Orikinla: GOD EXISTED BEFORE CHRISTIANITY AND WILL CONTINUE TO EXIST AFTER CHRISTIANITY.

99% of people on Nairaland have not seen half of what I have seen as the son of a certified meta-physician and IFA priest who spoke over 25 languages in his life time and was a combatant during World War 2 and yet believed in God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit.

Anyone who has never had a personal encounter with God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit cannot defend his or her faith.
Because our faith is our strength, our health and our wealth on earth.

Personally I feel sorry for most humans, because of their ignorance.
And ignorance kills.
Most of those who claim to be Christians in Nigeria don't know God, because they don't have any true relationship with God.
Going to church, reading the Holy Bible and praying will be meaningless without meeting God in spirit.
Until you meet with God in spirit, you don't know Him.

I am online to relate with people and often show them the light and I do so by also showing my own imperfections, temptations, trials and weaknesses and still overcoming the challenges and sharing my triumphs all the way.

Today, millions of Nigerians and others in the world know about the annual Eko International Film Festival (EKOIFF), Nollywood Divas Awards, Screen Naija, One Village, One Cinema Project, Screen Outdoor Open Air Cinema, International Digital Post Network Limited publishers of Nigerians Reports, Nigerian Times, Kisses 'n' Roses, TALK OF THE TOWN, and other websites. But how did they come about?
Everything was seen in a night vigil at the Trinity Tabernacle Parish of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) over 10 years ago when I did not even know how to use the internet. Do you know how much they are worth?
Even the total worth of the Dangote Group cannot be compared to the worth of the annual Eko International Film Festival that will end up as an institution in the Nigerian film industry.
Do you know how much is the total worth of Hollywood?

That is why I will not exchange my life for that of Alhaji Aliko Dangote or my namesake Mike.
Because what God has given me is bigger, greater and mightier than what they have and will also last longer.
The American Academy Awards is over 84 years old and the Cannes Film Festival is over 64 years old.
Now do you get the big picture of what the infinite creator of the whole universe has given me?

Read Miracle of Miracles

MIRACLE OF MIRACLES is a young upper class Iranian girl's stirring true testimony about how Jesus Christ found her and her husband in Tehran, and how and why they had to escape Iran to avoid execution by radical Muslims. Their crime? They converted from Islam to Christianity. Rejected by her family who she loves, and an utter outcast in her homeland, Mina and her husband made a harrowing journey across the mountains to Turkey, then to Europe, and lastly to America.

In Mina's book she tells of the Lord Jesus' miraculous radiant appearance to an elderly Muslim theologian in Iran., and about Jesus telling this man he is not Allah! Jesus then tells this man that He is "the Bread of Life", and words similar to His (Jesus') blood washes sins away. Realizing whom he is dealing with, the man asks Jesus to accept him.

If you have any doubt that the Lord Jesus Himself is leading the way and is seeking out worthy believers in Muslim countries --you won't after reading this book of true miracles.

This is a MUST READ if you are a Muslim who has ever wondered why Allah insists that you pray, not in your native language; or why your prayers with Allah always seem to be empty, pointless and one-way. Come out to freedom, and leave all these meaningless rituals behind. Stop misdirecting your sweet and worthy prayers to a deity who simply is not either alive, or there. This is also a MUST READ for any Christian who doesn't believe in miracles, or who wants to meet Muslims face to face and learn about them.

YOU WON'T PUT THIS BOOK DOWN, because the honesty and sincerity of the writer oozes through every page. And her love for the living Lord Jesus is real.

Parents, Islamic Extremists Beat Young Woman in India

NEW DELHI, March 20 (CDN) — A young woman was thrown out of her home this month for daring to give thanks for healing in Christ’s name in a predominantly Muslim village in India’s West Bengal state, and then her parents helped Islamic extremists to beat her nearly unconscious.

The attack on Rekha Khatoon, 22, took place on March 9 in Nutangram, Murshidabad.

“I boldly told those who beat me up that I may leave my parents, but that I will not leave Jesus,” Khatoon said. “Jesus has healed me, and I cannot forget Him.”

In a village where hard-line Muslims have threatened to kill the 25 families who initially showed interest in Christ, leaving only five frightened Christian families, Khatoon was returning from worship with Believers Church at Al Hamdulillah Hall when her parents and Muslim extremists attacked her, she said. They called her a pagan, among other verbal abuse.

The mob also harassed the Christian woman who encouraged Khatoon to trust Christ as Lord, Aimazan Bibi, said Bashir Pal, pastor and founder of the village Believers Church.

“On the same night, Rekha Khatoon’s father, Nistar Shaike, and about 20 Muslim radicals surrounded Aimazan’s house, shouted anti-Christian slogans, threatened to harm her and her family and falsely accused her of ‘luring’ Rekha to convert to Christianity,” Pastor Pal told Compass.

After finding herself alone on a road after the beating, Khatoon had taken refuge in Aimazan Bibi’s home.

Khatoon had met Amaizan Bibi last year and told her about a reproductive ailment that caused her to bleed heavily, and the older woman had shared both the gospel of Christ and His healing power with her, Pastor Pal said.

“After Rekha Khatoon came to know about her ailment, she met one of our church members, Aimazan Bibi, and she shared her physical problem with her and told her that her illness was getting worse as she was not able to purchase medicines anymore,” he said.

Aimazan Bibi also invited Khatoon to attend church. On Dec. 23, Khatoon came to the worship center, where Christian women laid hands on her, he said. The pastor and congregation prayed for God’s healing touch in Jesus’ name.

“She received healing from Christ, and thereafter she attended the worship services whenever she could,” Pastor Pal said. “On Jan. 17, Khatoon attended one house church meeting in her village and once again testified that Jesus has healed her, and that she had not taken any medicine since Dec. 23.”

He said the Muslim extremists warned Khatoon not to have contact with Christians. West Bengal is 25.2 percent Muslim, with Hindus in the predominantly Hindu country making up 72.5 percent of the population in the state, according to Operation World. The state, which borders Muslim-majority Bangladesh, is only 0.6 percent Christian.

Upon learning that she was attending Christian worship meetings, her parents had strictly warned her not to have any relationships with Christians and not to attend their fellowship, Aimazan Bibi said.

“However, she told them that she cannot forget Jesus and His love for her,” she said.

Pastor Pal’s wife, nurse Anasea Pal, added that at another house church meeting, Khatoon brought her sister and talked about the healing she had received from Christ.

Khatoon has since relocated to another area, where she lives largely confined for her own protection.

Khatoon and her mother had attended worship services at the church previously; they began there in 2009 until area Muslims, furious to hear that several women were attending worship services, warned them to cease all contact with Christians or else they would face harm. The local mosque then offered Khatoon’s mother a job carrying food for the local Islamic leader to ensure she stopped all contact with Christians.

She also stopped Khatoon from attending Christian meetings.

Tensions prevail in the area, with enraged Muslim radicals threatening to hurt the five Christian families on the slightest pretext. In addition to harassing Aimazan Bibi, Islamic extremists have ruined her son Sirajul Shaike’s business, throwing away all his vegetables and chasing him out of the village market.

“It is very difficult for them now, since selling vegetables was the main source of income for the family,” Pastor Pal said.

Christians in the village have endured all manner of physical torture and social boycotts at the hand of Muslim extremists, Pastor Pal said. He added that the extremists are not allowing Christians to enter the village.

Finally, ONLY FOOLS DOUBT GOD, JESUS CHRIST AND THE HOLY SPIRIT, AND IN MOST CASES, THESE FOOLS ARE INTELLECTUALLY RETARDED SPECIES OF HOMO SAPIENS ON EARTH AND THEIR MASTERS CANNOT EVEN STAND THE GENIUS OF MEN OF GOD LIKE DR. DANIEL OLUKOYA OF NIGERIA.

When Dr. Kolawole Daniel Olukoya was born some forty five years ago, little did his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Olukoya, know that they had taken delivery of an exceptional child ordained by God to fulfill a destiny that would in turn, positively affect the destiny of others. And in pursuit of that destiny, Dr. Olukoya laid down an academic blueprint whose pedigree remains outstanding. At Saint John’s CAC Primary School, Akure in Ondo State, and Saint Jude’s primary School, Ebute Metta, Lagos where he completed his primary education, excellence was his watch word. Rather than occupy himself with exuberance that was a common feature among the, youths, he developed a passion for God. Dr. Daniel Olukoya’s academic profile took a leap while at Methodist Boys’ High School, Lagos , where he graduated with Grade One Distinction and was the best student in his set. Not one known to rest on his oars, he took his academic exploits to the prestigious University of Lagos and, as would be expected, the genius in him proved that all earlier outstanding academic results were no fluke, as he graduated with a first class honours degree. In fact it was the first from the department since the university was established in 1962.

Dr. Olukoya’s thirst for more academic laurels found expression at the University of Reading, UK, where, with a Commonwealth scholarship, he studied for a PhD in Molecular Genetics, which was completed in record time, making him probably the first Nigerian to obtain a Ph.D. in this subject area. With such an intimidating academic resume! it was only natural that opportunities would beckon. But not even the pressure. to stay back in England could sway him from returning to Nigeria. His first port of call on arrival was the Nigerian Institute of Medical Research (NIMR), Yaba. He was a lecturer as well as external examiner to a number of Nigerian universities, among them the University of Lagos , UNILAG and university of Benin, UNIBEN.

Dr. olukoya is on record as having been the first scientist to establish an indigenous Molecular Biology and Biotechnology laboratory in Nigeria. One important contribution by Dr. Olukoya to biotechnology and health care delivery is the creation of a new type of Pap (Ogi), named Dogik, a weaning food that has improved nutritional qualities that can control diarrhea. The laboratory also ranks among the first to done genes in Nigeria.

Dr. Olukoya has supervised over 20 Ph.D. students, most of whom are doing well in their chosen fields. As a researcher, he has over 80 scientific publications to his credit. Notwithstanding his exploits on the academic turf, he devotes much of his time to God through preaching, delivering papers at seminars, singing etc. That Dr. Olukoya would become a mighty tool in the hands of God to serve as a vehicle of deliverance for his generation manifested in 1989, when Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries was given birth to in his sitting room at Yaba, with 24 worshippers. And like the story of the acorn seed that metamorphosed into the great oak tree with several branches providing nests to all birds of varied proportions, Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries, with only 18 years presence, has exponentially own to be found in several, arts of the world, even as 2007 has been expressly declared by the General Overseer as the year for evangelism. MFM has thousands of branches spread across Nigeria , Africa and Asia . A huge percentage of branches are also located in the United States and Europe .

The Ministry is noted for its unique, powerful prayers that are fast redefining the major strategic input that puts the devil and his cohorts in the most bemused of confusion. MFM headquarters is the largest single congregation in Africa , with attendance of over 120,000 in single meetings. It is a ministry devoted to the revival of apostolic signs. Holy Ghost fire, miracles and the unlimited demonstration of the power of God word to deliver to the utmost. Absolute holiness is preached within and outside as spiritual prerequisite for heaven.

Dr. Kolawole Daniel Olukoya is anointed by God with an uncommon gift and finds expression as a prophet, evangelist, teacher and preacher of the word of God. In addition to his over 80 scientific publications, he has written more than double that number of spiritual books, 150 of them, most of which are bestsellers. PRAYER RAIN, a prayer manual which has become a companion of not a few Christians across several denominations, has sold millions of copies. Besides, Dr. Olukoya has 70 Christian songs that he has composed. His amiable life and that of his wife, Pastor Shade and their son, Elijah Toluwani, are living proof that all power belongs to God.

@ humblebygrace, i cannot really say so, because we have different ministries, but looking at the advatanges of the baptiism of the holyghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues, i will say a Big Yes.

@ denator, then such a person will soon backslide. The spiritual state without the comforter, the holyghost is not the best, especially in this end time where the Bible tells us that the evil men shall wax stronger.

I rest my case.

Omo Alata: I do not speak in tongues because I don't want to enforce it. When I eventually do, I want my tongue to take a life of it's own and just flow. I want to be able to control it i.e. stop it, but be unable to; then and only then will I accept it's from God.
if you are waiting for that you may not speak in tongue, great things start small. You move from grace to grace. You may experience what you are saying if you do 3 days dry fasting for the holyghost baptism.
The advantage of speaking in tongue is what is making me to reply. It is a coded language that the devil does not understand, we are edified. The spirit enables us to flow in the will of God "because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God"
The truth is, we are a better christian if we speak in genuine tongues.

God bless you.

HumbledbYGrace: No I don't speak in tongues,it doesn't even bug me when others do hey because speaking in tongues is one of many gifts of the holy spirit.Iam content with my communication with God,and apparently tongue speakin in our society is a show off.
Ah! This is not an encouraging words, it is not a matter of show off, it is about your spiritual life, why don't you seek for the genuine baptism of the Holyghost, desire it, if you are not sure of it, go to anyone that is above you spiritually to lay hands on you, Yes, it is Biblical. Acts 19:1-7" And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holyghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied. And all the men were about twelve."
Be careful of the kind of person that will lay hands on you, let the holyspirt direct you. You must be ready.
You see, you must be desperate for it. You ask me why? This is because the devil, the archenemy knows that immediately the holyghost fall upon us with the evidence of speaking in tongues, we are empowered, Act 1:8. And then we will become a terror to the kngdom of darkness. So, the devil will decieve us, to make speaking in tongue not important. The devil will fight desperately against it.
You have to be serious about it, or else you will never receive the genuine baptism of the Holyghost.

God bless you.

A timely message. Many people try to bribe their way out, just to get ahead, forgetting that heaven is a prepared place for prepared people, there is time for preparation and it takes time, how many people are willing to wait, if we fail to pass through the period of preparation, then we are not worthy, we will not last. We need to pray for the grace to be patient. God will help us.

Christianity EtcRe: How Christians Can Put Their Angels To Work by God2man(op): 10:21am On Sep 28, 2012
4. You see, brethen, if we are generous, we can put God's angels to work. We can rewrite the history of our families, we can change the world, we can add value to the life of the people. Why am i saying this? There was a man in the book of Acts 10:1-48, who changed the path of history, his name, Cornelius. Let's read some of those verses.

" There was a man in Caesarea called Cornelius, a centurion, of the band called the italian band,
A devout man, and one that feared God with all his house, which gave much alms to the people, and prayed to God alway.
He saw in a vision evidently about the ninth hour of the day an angel of God coming in to him, and saying unto him, Cornelius.
And when he looked on him, he was afraid, and said, what is it, Lord? And he said unto him, Thy prayers and thine alms are come up for a memorial before God.
And now send men to Joppa, and call for one simon, whose surname is Peter"
If we can read the concluding part of this story we will see how Cornelius generosity changed the path of history. God had to send Peter to folllow the three men to the house of Cornelius, Cornelius and his house were the first Gentiles to hear the Gospel.
The truth is, any little kindness especially to the men of the household of faith will never, i repeat, it will never go in vain. It will surely come back to us in a big way.

5. Angels hearken to the word of God, for example, whenever you want to sleep in the night read psalm 23, Angels listen and obey. If you want to travel, you read and personalize psalm 91, Angels listen and obey. For aggressive spirtual warfare, Psalm 35 and Psalm 109 are like fire on your enemy. The angels will listen and fight. All these are confirming what Psalm 103 :20 says " Bless the Lord, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.

6. Lastly, we must bind evil angels and release God's angels into our daily activities, all these things i have mentioned above will not be possible if we are living contrary to the will of God, in actual fact, the more we grow in our relationship with God, the more angels are released to assist us.
You can cry to God to give your angel of blessing extra power to bring down your breakthrough, this is because there are satanic road block, blocking the blessing of christians, and if we stop praying, the angel bringing the blessing will just stay at the roadblock, just like the case of Daniel i mentioned above. The angel may go back to heaven. So, we need to pray without ceasing.

God bless you.

Christianity EtcHow Christians Can Put Their Angels To Work by God2man(op): 8:51am On Sep 28, 2012
Malak in hebrew means a messenger, ambassador or a representative, the real meaning is an angel.
Aggelos in greek is also a messenger. An angel.
Hebrew 1:13-14 " But to which of the angels said he at any time, sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool?
Are they (Angels) not ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them(christians or children of God) who shall be heirs of salvation?
It is very clear from the above Bible verses that angels are to minister to us, they are God's invisible and visible army in spiritual warfare. It is very sad that God has given his angels charge over us as christians, Yet we do not know the weapon God has put at our disposals.
Psalm 91:11-12 " For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.
They (the Angels) shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone."
What a great privilege. We have a great challenge, the challenge is that the mindset of every christian is made in such a way that the angel must have wings, brightly coloured and or probably with a sword. A bad assumption indeed.
A woman in my office narrated how a doctor came from nowhere to take her children to the hospital when they were indisposed, she could not beleive it, she went back to the hospital to ask of so so Doctor that brought her children to the hospital, the staff in the hospital said there was no Doctor like that. This is the work of an Angel.
A brother got a suplementary admission into one university in Nigeria, he got a score below the cut-off. He met a man in the department office, the man told him to photocopy his documents and come after some days. The brother saw his name on the supplementary list and ran to thank the man. Lo and behold, a woman was on the desk of this man, the woman insisted that she has been on this desk for more than a decade. This man that processed the admission free of charge cannot be traced. This is the work of an angel.
I read a testimony on this forum where a little girl wanted to pass a deadly place, and asked God for gudiance. The man that wanted to molest the little girl saw a man walking beside the little girl, so he backed out. That man walking beside this little girl is an angel.
All these testimonies happened in the physical realm, i mean, people can actually see them.
Now, in the spiritual realm, one day in my sleep, a strange animal crawled into my bedroom and i watched the white strange being directing the strange animal to go back, and the strange animal went back without harming us. The white strange being is an angel of the living God.

The truth is, many christians have actually seen angels unaware.
Hebrew 13:2 " Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.
Angels of the living God are always in our midst, the only problem is that you may not recognize them.
Angels are heavenly spirit beings with( in some cases) personal spirt bodies with bodily parts, as eyes, heads, feet, voices, mouths, hair, faces.
If you can read the destruction of sodom in Genesis 19:1-22. You will discover that the men of the city actually saw these two angels.
Verse 5 " And they called unto Lot, and said unto him, where are the men which came in to thee this night? bring them unto us, that we may know them."
So, those angels were not invisible, although they have the power to appear and dissappear at wiil. It is possible to see angels. The question is how can Christians recognize them? Or how can we put them to work?
No doubt, recognizing an angels of the living God may be difficult because they operate mysteriously, unknowingly, unawares, not wanting people to know. However, putting them into action is our business.
How can we call them to assist us.

1. Daniel 10: 12-14 " Then said he unto me, Fear not, Daniel: for from the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand, and to chasten thyself before thy God, thy words were heard, and i am come for thy words.
But the prince of the kingdom of persia with stood me one and twenty days; but lo, Michael, one of the chief princes came to help me; and i remained there with the kings of persia.
Now I am come to make thee understand what shall befall thy people in the latter days: for yet the vision is for many days"
As we can see, Fasting and prayer will bring down the angel of the living God.

2. Praise and worship, there is no doubt about this, infact, there are some angels that are associated with music, and you know God is fearful in praises.

3. The word we casually say, never say, it not possible especially after you have prayed and fasted, it is what you say that the angel will carry back to heaven. Those negative words like" it not easy oo" how can it be possible" i have tried it several times and it didn't work" i don't think God can do it" all these negative statement have power to neutralize the activities of the angel of the living God.

Wait for the conclude part.

Naijagal12: It could be words of wisdom from your parent/s or something you learned through life experience and you wanna pass-on to your kids.  My Mother instilled in me the values of kindness, generosity and self-respect. She is a die hard Christian and I admire her tremendously for her spiritual strength and belief in God. She pointed out how easy it is to get caught up in looking for blessing and not God himself and how I shouldn't fold at first sign of tribulation but rather face/deal with my problems head-on because God doesn't give you more than you can bear. She also taught me the importance of putting myself in someone else's shoes,  treat other people the way that I wanna be treated and not to harshly judge people. . . I have to admit, it's hard sometimes  grin.

My Father is a man of few words but he once said that "Jealousy is a sickness of the soul because it eats your spirit up slowly to a point where you don't recognize who you are"--- this stuck with me. As a result, I don't waste my energy comparing myself to other people---whether it's financially, intellectually or physically. I've learned to channel my energy towards positive things and the gifts that God has blessed me with.  People don't realize that while they're too busy being jealous or hating other people for what they have, life is passing them by. If you let jealousy become the center of your life, it's almost impossible to achieve your goals because your dominant thoughts are about other people and you begin to think less of yourself.

Christianity EtcRe: Why You Must Hate Poverty by God2man(op): 11:01am On Sep 25, 2012
Let's continue,

Poverty is to be identified with only one tattered smelling cloth, always, the same cloth, and the colour is fading.

Poverty is eating from the dust bin of a poor man.

Poverty is to be sharing food together with dirty animals like pig.

The Bible gave us a perfect desription of a poor man named Lazarus, Luke 16:20-21 " And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores,
And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man's table: Moreover the dogs came and licked his sores."
See what poverty can do for a man, dogs licking his sores.

Poverty is to be afflicted with a deadly ailment and there is no means of paying hospital bills.
Poverty will make a man to run away from home after hearing that his wife deliver quadruplet(four children).

Poverty will make a man to carry heavy load on his head until the head becomes bald.

When you see an old man of 60 using a small carriage to move goods for a woman of 30, it means that the old man is experiencing acidic poverty.

Poverty is what is driving young Nigerians with great potentials abroad to be working in the mortuary, washing dead bodies.

Poverty will make a man to use dead man's passport to secure a job in a foreign land.

Poverty is a curse, this curse will make a man to fight his God sent helpers.

Poverty is to be out of favour with men.
Ladies and gentlemen, when the spirit of poverty is in the life of a man, when his divine helpers give him #5 milion naira to start something, the money will go down to the drain, insofar that he will even be paying debts. You put such a man to at the top, he will go to the bottom, push him to the front, he goes back. This is chronic poverty.

Also, when there is more than enough money to send a child to school, but the child cannot even add 2+5 together, then you know that there is a bigger problem, the brain is dead,it is mental poverty. Such a child is suffering from mental poverty.

Having enough money without the business prowess is a disaster.
It means the man is okay finacially but mentally poor.

Again, what is the esence of having millions in your account and you cannot sleep, no rest of mind, no peace of mind. Then the man is still poor.

It is also important to know that in the absence of character and a positive attitude, a man is still poor. Why? The money will eventually destroy him.
What do you do when you are confronted with challenges, obstacles, difficulties, problems and set back. Do you begin to cry and tremble? That is why you need a good character and a positive attitude to excel.
Money is not everything. Money is limited in some areas, but a good attitude and a great mindset will go a long way to assist in having an enduring wealth.
A man with a bad attitude will destroy his own business.
Humilty, honesty, kindness, forgiveness, must not be found wanting in the life of a man.
These virtues are more important than your education and your chain of certificates.

If you say you are handsome and you do not have money, girls will belittle you, also a married will have problems at home.

If thieves are always attacking you, stealing your money, then it is a bad sign that poverty is your friend. It is also a bad omen, when you cannot keep a regular Job for many years.
When you only eat what you see and not what you like it means there is poverty.
Womanizers that are submitting their semen on satanic altars by visiting prostitute are writing a letter to poverty.

What is the Way out?
There are many things to do. Some people need to pray themselves out of poverty, some people are expected to relocate, because where they are is not the place of blessing.
Many christians need to become a spiritual rainmaker by continue to sow seeds continuosly into the work of God and patiently wait for the heavens to rain blessing upon them.
Some will have to find out why they are here on earth, discovery always lead to recovery. Some people do not even know themselves. Why am i here? What am i suppose to do? Where am i going?

Work hard. Do not be lazy.

Change your mindset.

Luke 6:33, seek the kingdom of God and his righteousness.

Pray hard.

Then continue to learn and read books on how to deal with poverty.

God bless you.

Christianity EtcWhy You Must Hate Poverty by God2man(op): 8:49am On Sep 25, 2012
Poverty occurs 15 times in the Bible. Proverb 10:15 " The rich man's wealth is his strong city: the destruction of the Poor is their poverty"
When you are talking about the strongest, the most powerful and the dangerous spirit plaguing the blackman, poverty is one of them.
You see, when a man is in need, he is frightened, fearful and jittery. He can commit suicide, he can do anything just to survive.
Just look around, in our enviroment, Poverty is visible. Many have done various thing just to get money, they are still doing it, just to get ahead. They do not even care about their souls, i keep wondering, these money ritualists know they are going to die, yet they still do it and are still doing it. God will help us.
Poverty is bad. Poverty can kill. Poverty is a curse. Shame, reproach and disgrace are the closest friend of a poor man. Proverb 14:20 " The Poor is hated even of his own neighbour; but the rich hath many friends" There is yoruba adage that says "osi lonje tani mo o ri, owo lonje mo ba otan" Poverty means you are Mr. Nobody, wealth means i am related to you.

Let's check Thesarus.com and enter Poverty, it means want, exreme need, often financial.
Dearth- absence,defect.
Distress- Hardship, adversity.
Synonyms are Abjection, Aridity, Bankruptcy,Barreness, Beggary.
Abject- Poor, frightened, exremely unhappy,
Arid- very dry and without enough rain for plants. Unsuccessful, not interesting and lacking in imagination.
Bankruptcy- unable to pay debts, depression, bottom out.
Barreness- fruitlessness, childlessness, emptiness,impotence,bleakness,desolateness.

How do we define Poverty?
Poverty is not only the absence of money. Poverty is the absence of wealth creating idea. Poverty is the absence of virtue. The Poorest man in the world is the man without a vision. The grandmother of all crime is poverty. Many are into crime not because they want excess but because they are at Zero level. If the Government can do something for the Jobless crime will go down. Poverty can cause a revolution. Poverty won't respect your status. When you look at your greatgrandfather, grandfather, and you father and you discover that they all died Poor. Ah! This is terribble. Now, your immediate environment is occupy with Poor people, everybody is poor. Wahala dey o! This is generational Poverty. You will need to dig deep into the foundation of your family with fasting, weeping and crying to God for a change, so that you will not die like them.
In the spiritual realm, poverty is a dirty demon, very dirty. The smell of Poverty is as the smell of death.
Poverty is a terrible thing. You must hate poverty, not only hate. You must develop a mindset on how to destroy poverty in your life.
Poverty is giving out your precious daughter to work as housemaid.
Poverty is when others are sending their children to school, you have no means of even sending them to a vocational training. Very sad.
Povery will make a man to commit suicide because his wife left him..
Poverty is to be hungry and there is nothing to eat.
Poverty will make a man to live in one room with 5 grown up children in a face me and face you rented house.

Wait for the concluding part.

God bless you.
