These things happen. I recall when my room mate back then in school got into a coaster bus coming from a Aba to Onitsha. He noticed that the girl beside him was stylishly touching him. At some point, it became obvious that she needed some more. Long story short, they finished their journey in our room. I had to stay in our neighbors room. That girl was on fire. She sapped him dry. She left him two days later after she heard from a reliable source that her parents had filed a police report about her missing. She sexually drained my guy. He was overjoyed when she left. He complained of bruises on his dick. Guy slept one whole day after she left. It's cool when it's consensual. But, annoying whether it's not. While serving in the north, I met a lady. We sat in the front seat and chatted. We got to know that we both schooled and lived in Benin. We discovered that we have the same mutual friends. We clicked. You got a lovely uncle. I gotta give it to you. Let your mum enjoy her life. Life is a one time thing. No room for regrets. She is ageing and wants to catch some fun. She may be selfish but men to do move on when their wives die. They get hitched and make new families but their first kids always suffer. While I don't support her, I respect her decisions. She has a right to live her life on her on terms. You should move on. African women normally prioritize their family over their feeling. So if she is woke. Respect her. | Like someone said, the cheapest thing a person who loves you can do is call you. I keep hearing guys bombarded ladies with Thing like I love you. That makes you boring like other guys. Make yourself different from other guys. The most important a guy can do for himself in a relationship is to respect and love himself. A lady tells you she is busy and ends the call and you call her back again..... You should have let her be long time ago. Period. |

| Since she asked for a date. It's important you state it clearly you are going dutch. Having stated this, it's up to her to decline to come. A date, like I get it, is supposed to be a time for conservation and getting to know each other, not stuffing the face. While at it. It's expected that as the man, you pick up the the tab. She is supposed to be moderate in her consumption. In any case, you got it wrong. Women, child and pets gets to be loved and pampered. Men get to earn their keep. What a man truly deserves, any man deserves is respect. Men don't need love but respect. In any case, this sad campaign against women is pointless. It's just juvenile and myopic. You aren't forced to do relationships. Just stay in your lane. I have seen women go through life transformation just to birth a life. I have seen the pains of pregnancy. A mother on her way to birth multiple kids, believe me, it ain't a freaking walk in the park. I have seen pregnant women lose bone mass, blood, nutrients, get all lots of sicknesses at the time of gestation. How about the kicks from the babies..... Women birth, nurture the world from the cradle to raising kids to preserving lives from the kitchen. Men, I mean men 47 and above knows that the position of a mother should be respected. It's just damn tasteless to associate Mr Peter Obi with whatever this is. It's what eight plus years since he left office, we have had Obiano, now Solido but like the usual APC narrative, it's to blame someone else for their ineptitude. Since it's the season of blame, Anambra has a sitting governor blame him first. The sad thing is that Nigeria lacks maintenance culture. I still don't get it. Peter Obi clearly has put Dino in his place and the twitter and internet space is agog with his seemly outburst. I didn't see any outburst. I only saw a man who who spoke up for himself. Dino with his juvenile shenanigans has no business in Nigerian politics. His likes should be at home in the motor park jostling for passengers not some hard earned Nigerian votes or he should be a clown in one of these poorly scripted Nollywood movies. Just yesterday I was watching Dstv and I marvelled at the level of professionalism these South Africans put in their job not just in Dstv, but in sports..... they are into rugby, cricket, boxing, golf and they do these things with such distinction. They local league is a joy to watch. Is it the hunger of competitors or the adoring spectators, is it the world class coverage? Is it the level of compensation? Is it the sponsorship? They got it. While discussing there findings with my colleagues, we realized that a country is a good as it's leaders. If we will keep voting in chronic borrowers and nepotistic leaders without nothing to offer, we will remain where we were. We need a different mould of people to rule us. We don't need Grandpas with health challenges who will spend taxpayers money on medical tourism. Sadly, when you read comments, you will understand why people are abandoning this Country like is sinking ship.
