Sarang: Canada is a growing country everyone knows that. It is not overhyped anything. At least it is way better then your shittyhole always good at making derogatory remarks everywhere, always with a mind that nothing good can come out Nigeria too, even the canada you calm you know is not as fantastic as you think, you mention free-health, do you really think theirs is free-health? you must be joking my dear, someone is paying for it, and then at the end of the day you only get to be attended to ONLY when your case is super urgent or very critical. Besides their is a long waiting list if you need to see a specialist. like someone says may we not suffer cancer. Most of our health (Nigerian) professionals come here and can not get into their systems easily, some have become healthcare Aid worker, whilst our people back home are suffering, where is empathetic here. I know we have a very bad government , but please like an adage says only a Mad man would use is left finger to describe home. And finally learn to use tend words to people when responding, you often sound bitter and harsh. |

gentleiphy: Salford is more than 150% real and right..there is no country you can compare with America..thats a fact.It is so because of the flexibility of opportunities it offers to every one regardless of your academic background so long as you really think like a human being.US encourages all kinds of venture reason Mexicans, eastern Europeans,Africans who do not even have high school education succeed because there are no restrictions to small start up retail shops..so many Nigerians back home done even know that there are road side vulcanizers in New York, road side welders, kabu kabu blowing whistle for you with "Heysss are you going?...with people selling candys and cookies in the subways..with people coming out on the streets with their truck loaded with coconut ans selling to passer by..with guys hawking soda and water on the highway of NYC just like lagos...
you cant try that in Canada, you need to first be educated in Canada...everything regulated with govt policies ...small street businesses are not encouraged...
what America stands for is why it is called living the American dream...there is no country that is easy to succeed other than America with or without papers.
by the way i am also a Canadian citizen. well said my brother also too much diplomacy. The economy is highly restricted Honestly. Almost every thing needs a license. I am partly Canadian and Nigerian bad as e be. Naija go till dope last last. |

babecode: Former President, Goodluck Jonathan is in Akure to commiserate with Afenifere leader, Reuben Fasoranti over the killing of his daughter, Funke Olakunri, said insecurity is getting worse under President Muhammadu Buhari.
Although he did not mention the name of Buhari, he clearly referred to the government headed by his successor.
He challenged the federal government to come up with new strategies to tackle insecurity, adding that one could not continue doing old things and expect new results.
“The issue of security must be approached from a different dimension. We cannot continue the old way because it is getting out of hand. We hope the federal and state governments will do something about it,” he said.
“Every generation face problems and this generation must find ways to solve these problems. Every government faces a problem. The first commercial kidnapping, because it involved money, happened in 2006 when I was the governor of Bayelsa state. From that time, it moved to terrorism in the north. Now, it is a major problem in the country.
“The federal government in conjunction with state government must design a different approach to this issue. I was there as president and security challenge was there but now, it is getting worse everyday and we can’t continue to use the same old method.”

seyewest: How? they're developed already? oh or you mean Nigerian not eligible should stop applying for U.S visa? what U.S.A gave us in aid/grant is 3x what they made from the Embassy and I'm very sure that 1/4 of what they made is spent on maintaining their infrastructures in Nigeria in short, they used part of the money in purchasing the new properties in Eko Atlantic so that means the money stays in Nigeria. hmmm really ? I don hear |
Travel › Re: USA Visit Visa Part 4 by Godbpraised: 8:04pm On Jul 13, 2019 |
skdfu747: It is not a scam it is actually a bilateral agreement between the government of Nigerian and USA. For instance, if a U.S citizen wishes to visit Nigeria that person needs to apply for a Nigerian visa and if the applicant fails to meet the requirements then the applicant will be denied a Nigerian visa without a refund. Please get it into your head a visa is not a right it is a privilege. The American embassy don’t force any one to apply for their visas and they made it clear that visa fees are non-returnable so don’t pretend like you are not aware of that. There is absolutely nothing you can do about the high denial rates because too many Nigerians are involved in violation of the terms of theirs visas by visa overstay. It is their country and you can’t tell them what to do. so how many Americans are dying to come to Nigeria. How many of them own Properties. Like some killing themselves to own properties in the U.S and Canada |

Imagine having 1200 applicants interviewed daily. 57000×1200 =68,400,000(sixty eight million four hundred thousand) Everyday! Then check it monthly 68,400,000×30 =2,052,000,000 (two billion fifty-two million) Every month! That's roughly 6million Dollars monthly una never sabi anything. How about the Canadian immigration thing that's a coded way of milking people but I know people would say I am mad. Make I sit down look |

It ain't heaven. People who become rich in Nigeria, and I mean very rich. The dangote's or otedola did not start leaving in Canada. I also do not support people coming to Canada illegally. But if it suits them due to the hardship experienced back home, well what can I say. I am a Nigerian first and a Nigerian would I be irrespective. I see people saying that Nigeria is the world poverty capital. But I ask myself half of the Canadian population is in one debt or the other. What then is poverty. They say health is free. Hmmm yes but someone is paying for the free health. And now the queue for seeing a specialist is growing at an alarming rate in Canada. In some cases it's when you are at the point of death they may choose to answer you. I do not what to sound pessimistic or disgusting. But this are my findings about Canada so Canada again is not heaven. |

You wanna know what my bills are.
House rent 500 (includes electricity and water and heat and WiFi) Phone: 98 (includes unlimited internet) Gas 100-150 (Monthly) Food 200 NB: I don't drink alcohol or club Misc 200
This is the bills you are talking about. And I can’t save 4million if am making 2500 a month in 2years? Not including the ones you send home o. Even if my bills are as high as 1500 I can still do it. When my bills exceed 1500 then am paying for my own house, simple! It’s all discipline.
You are joking! You guys be discouraging people all the time

EMMAACHILE: If you need credit capital, the house can be used as mortgage to raise funds. For someone who is business minded, the house will be a nice investment to raise funds for the business. you really do not need a house to get loans to do business. Thier some loans you can get from government that those not require intial capital. Check www.bdc.ca . I am gradually dropping my African mentality. |

There is what is called a mortgage calculator, I would have thought you said you have run the values in a mortgage calculator and what i said is not true, but you said someone sat you down like a baby. Unfortunately, i run away from pessimistic people, in a shortwhile those set of people will start asking you how you are doing it.

chinchum: That is not exactly true. I will peg a household income to 60% of what you said $120k and a house of $300,000 can be paid in less than 7 yrs. There are several ways to take advantage of that. 1. Most mortgage allows you to pay 10%-15% of your principal annually 2. Pay weekly instead of monthly 3. Strive to get a 10% initial deposit 4. Strive to get a good interest rate from your bank now you are beginning to play with figures my friend, i have plugged in the figures further, i have asked questions i have spoken to people who have been around for 15years . i spoke to a guy who is my instructor in school he works for the government i too thought buying a hose made good investment sense, he sat me now like a baby, we run the figures, and i said men. |
