Newsneako: I don't really understand sir If you are a guy, what Andrew Tate and fresh fit are saying if that, u need to understand female psychology, first before you jump into marriage. Become a person of value and be productive first, in other words self FIRST . There is very little a woman would add to your life. Being the best version of urself hinges on you as a man. Experience is often said to be the best teacher, ask ureslf what experience do u have of the opposite sex. Bleeping women is good, but do u have any experience in dealing with them. |

Dear Men,
My advise to you as par Women, is to build yourself first , be a person of value and you would be sort after by a person of value. There so many ladies whose purpose of life is to be a user, that is to use men for attention and validation. Do not waste your time chasing women. Become a person of value and you would be the one to select the "best". Most women are energy vampires, they like attention and validation. Use your energy as a man to be productive. when you are successful you would become the chased. i wish i can share my experience with women here but time would not permit me. Interact with women to understand there psychology not just to sleep with them, bleeping them is good but study them like a book. AGAIN do not chase after a woman, let the woman be into you. I rest my case. |

AutoshalomUSA: Nwanne Akwaogazi - PLEASE take heed to these advices . It’s coming from experience, encounter, and current trends.
So as a Nwafor you are ! 1-Remember every Igbo Man wants to be the head of the house , not madam. 2 - It feels good to find that one person you love and want to marry . Good job! 3 - You MUST pay for her dowry or bride price , before you think of getting her a passport,talk-less of visa . 4 - After dowries and necessary rites ( not marriage ). Put on your GOLDEN BOOTS, aim for the goal net and fire down until ISSAGOAL …..Preggo ( Shakara don end oh ). 5 - Get a comfortable duplex in your town of choice, keep a small car ( You can do it if you’re Overss). 6 - Nwanne you will soon be a father and an almost married man . 7 - After you see your baby , take style run DNA test to confirm 100% YOU ARE THE FATHER. 8 - Surprise your lady and tell her you want the best Traditional Wedding ever , and you need her to plan it all under $10,000.00 . Nah now to know whether your woman is a keeper or Squanderer . Pay attention to her expenses and her needs for the wedding , If her expenses exceeds $7k , Brother she will run you dry . 9 - But if she remains prudent with that budget and spends less, then you might have a Non-greedy babe , who might truelly care for you not your money . 10 - After traditional marriage, score another goal immediately to solidify your wins . 11 - After 2 kids and wedding , this is when you should try to port them over to your oyibo base . If she likes let her leave you and the kids , You go use child support remind her say you are a man . 12 - Help her find a good job in her career of choice . Encourage her to go further , but also remind her that focusing too much on career as a woman could make the family suffer, especially abroad .
Nna this is too much - In short advice . Don’t Do It ! If you must do it . Then read above again to get an understanding…..
So many Nigerian homes have been broken apart in U.S & U.K alone , because some of the woman in the relationship chose career & celebrity lifestyle over their family . Some Nigerian ladies find it hard to love a guy wholeheartedly without any agenda . Abroad, some Nigerian men and other African men are beginning to distant Nigerian women , they say all manner of things . I don’t blame them , some are true .
But there are so many beautiful, well mannered, humble and intelligent girls all over Nigeria . But they are getting rarer and more harder to find ….. I Dey find too lol ….. Goodluck Akwa This one of the best advise i have seen, God bless you really Good. My story Where can i start from it is tough. I was married in Nigeria for 6years my wife of 6years did not bare a child, i propose we went abroad for more medical support since we decided to go abroad for support (Australia) when we got abroad after about 2 years we started having issues , one night we had a misunderstanding and boom she called the police. I never hit this woman or touched her, bro luckily for me i just cooled down, when morning reach i parked my load and moved out from the house. Guys, i left her for good, my people to date no dey hungry me again because i am strongly traumatized, i see every woman as a potential threat. My advice. Tread softly with a woman either dating a woman Nigeria or abroad, alternatively look for a lady in Nigeria give am belly and keep sending her money and take care of her and the child , if she like make she dey Bleep up and down. na she sabi. I would not advise a man to bring a lady to abroad even though the lady is an Angel, they always Change. My Two cents. |

But who you dey use now? QuinModah: I fired him ASAP, his inompetence stinks to high heaven.
How do you meet such tenant? Arbitration? What's was the ruling of this arbitration? Is arbitration a court?
Such tenant will never pay, from experience.
Avoid the following tenants - Contractors (They keep expecting millions from contracts that never happened, telling you how they know Sanwo-Olu and how his yet to pay for the road in Ikorodu or supplies they made to Alausa that are yet to be paid for)
- Business men (don't even make the mistake at all, before he says, "I am a bus....man", just tell him straight up, you don't give out your houses to business men, they are never truthful, mess up the house, give false information, bring more than the specified number of occupants the house can occupy)
- Pastors (it's a constant battle with them, telling church members that you are the reason for his lack of success, and when it time to pay, he tell you stories, that God will do a miracle. I would have mentioned churches but I'll let it pass)
- Lawyers (On no account should you lease to them)
- Artists ( You will spend more than the money you collected for damages and rent to put the house to a good taste, my property I lease to Asa in Surulere, I spent 950k to put the apartment in order before the current occupant could stay there)
In addition, ensure whoever you rent out the house to, their wives MUST be working. I learnt that here. |

Bro i advise you wait for the upcoming sale of the Sukuk this year, speculation are rife that it would be sold in june this year, be patient. My advise Akerewe: I went back to the drawing board nd I came out with thsee base on d initial question I ask. What dey are trying to let me know is dat d interest rates remain d same 11.2% but d unit per price may differ. Meaning..... d last Sukuk was sold at #1,000 per unit. Assuming you are buying 5m worth of money, ur total units will be #5m ÷#1,000 =5,000 units nd ur yield will b 5,000 × 11.2% which gives you 5,600.00 d same as #560,000. NOW |

Madam yours is small, i have a tenant in my apartment for over 1 year his has not paid rent. i gave him 3months notice to park out and took him to Arbitration and complied him to pay we have given him up to march, the guy dey tell me say 31st March him go pay. His owing 385k. Meanwhile he always says that he knows The SSG to Buhari , he has 300 millon Naira contract in Abuja. My sister make God help us. You need to change that lawyer fast, the guy is milking you . QuinModah: hmmmmm you really very knowledgeable about investment properties.
Please, I have a lawyer handling my property but his not been up and doing in my own opinion.
Tenant A left with a balance of 50k with the control box of the pre-pair meter and imagine he went to collect the key of the apartment from the tenant and his telling me it's bad debt. He doesn't even know where he relocated to, I was even the one that went to meet some of the boys in the area and bought few drinks for then and they told me where he relocated too.
The B had 6 months left on his tenancy agreement we took him to court, the court ruled in our favor for the tenant to pay 245k, he packed out without paying anything. Prior to this time, he assure me that the tenant will pay, saying that if doesn't pay the tenant property will be used to offset the debt owed as long as we get a ruling from the court.
In summary, =N=295,000 gone to bad debt.
Finally, I decided going forward due diligence MUST be carried out, he didn't do as instructed, he didn't visit his former house or his current office
Please, how do I handle it his type of lawyer ? |

@ Nobody, you have said it all the rich do not pay taxes in the west, it may look like they pay, but in actual sense they do not., my brother or sister do not engage in people who do not know what a plane looks like, not to talk of how an airport looks like. silence is golden. Not how taxes work in America. People like you belong to the category of black immigrants I stated don't understand how America works and don't want to learn. Any government in power can only increase or decrease income tax by 1-10% based on historical cuts. In practical sense only applies to employees, not the wealthy or business owners, as they have more control of their taxes. The wealthy rarely pay taxes and I won't explain further. Research! |

Oga sah, you do not have to say his greedy, the system created the whole mess, his taking advantage. In the west too they are loopholes and people are taking positions. ChybuzzDD: I hope you know the connterparts of these your 'big banks' abroad in developed economies don't charge upto thst 1.5% for the entire year?
Why are you not seeing 1.5% per month as being excessive for a struggling economy? Shouldn't banks in such an economy offer a lower interest rate relative to those of the first world economy? No, you won't support that, because you need their outrageous earnings to get higher dividends. Your position shows how selfish an average Nigerian is, and hence, the reason the country's economy will perpetually remain in the woods. |

If you have money there go school in Nigeria. If i have my way i would raise my kids first 7 years in the west and the next 11 years in Africa. kolnel: whatever rocks your boat Most of the times, parents send their kids home so they can cope with the stress here. kids are kids everywhere, its the style of parenting that differs. while its true that the exposure here is not helpful, I will still choose here over Africa. The education at home is archaic. The most important is finding time for the kids. But that won't happen when parents work minimum paying jobs and the have to work back to back. |
