My advise to you as par Women, is to build yourself first , be a person of value and you would be sort after by a person of value. My story

Where can i start from it is tough. I was married in Nigeria for 6years my wife of 6years did not bare a child, i propose we went abroad for more medical support since we decided to go abroad for support (Australia) when we got abroad after about 2 years we started having issues , one night we had a misunderstanding and boom she called the police. I never hit this woman or touched her, bro luckily for me i just cooled down, when morning reach i parked my load and moved out from the house. Guys, i left her for good, my people to date no dey hungry me again because i am strongly traumatized, i see every woman as a potential threat.

My advice.

Tread softly with a woman either dating a woman Nigeria or abroad, alternatively look for a lady in Nigeria give am belly and keep sending her money and take care of her and the child , if she like make she dey Bleep up and down. na she sabi. I would not advise a man to bring a lady to abroad even though the lady is an Angel, they always Change.

In addition, ensure whoever you rent out the house to, their wives MUST be working. I learnt that here.

What dey are trying to let me know is dat d interest rates remain d same 11.2% but d unit per price may differ. Meaning..... d last Sukuk was sold at #1,000 per unit. Madam yours is small, i have a tenant in my apartment for over 1 year his has not paid rent. i gave him 3months notice to park out and took him to Arbitration and complied him to pay we have given him up to march, the guy dey tell me say 31st March him go pay. Tenant A left with a balance of 50k with the control box of the pre-pair meter and imagine he went to collect the key of the apartment from the tenant and his telling me it's bad debt. He doesn't even know where he relocated to, I was even the one that went to meet some of the boys in the area and bought few drinks for then and they told me where he relocated too.

The B had 6 months left on his tenancy agreement we took him to court, the court ruled in our favor for the tenant to pay 245k, he packed out without paying anything. Prior to this time, he assure me that the tenant will pay, saying that if doesn't pay the tenant property will be used to offset the debt owed as long as we get a ruling from the court.

In summary, =N=295,000 gone to bad debt.

Finally, I decided going forward due diligence MUST be carried out, he didn't do as instructed, he didn't visit his former house or his current office

Please, how do I handle it his type of lawyer ?

what can of work are they doing and what is the quality of life they are living, these are the question you should ask them, i doubt they would give you

been indebted to banks is different from using OPM for asset acquisition or business establishment....the debt might be for route expansion , running cost ,maintance cost, raw material purchase etc ....cos Amcon bought over the debt of the airlines doest show that the airlines was established with OPM ....

while its true that the exposure here is not helpful, I will still choose here over Africa. The education at home is archaic.
The most important is finding time for the kids. But that won't happen when parents work minimum paying jobs and the have to work back to back.
