Drogba's shirt was being tugged for a few seconds. The defender let go, Drogba went forward a few paces then dived like he was practising for the Olympics and with his reputation of being a serial diver I am not surprised the ref gave Barca the benefits of doubt.

This is an important question and I don't buy the answer that was given. The major aim for the creation of IPPIS was to remove the problem of Ghostworkers.
