But when you are tempted, He will also provide an escape, so that you can stand up under it. First off 1 Corinthians 10:13 wasn't referring to everyone but to YOU, a specific people Paul was writing to. Those who have been freed from the power of sin and have in them he who is greater than he that is in the world.
