jiggaz:When a person cooks a meal intending to feed a person but then adds poison intending to kill them, it's done as deception so the person can eat both the food and the poison, like rats do. What you have written here shouldn't be a justification for the lies written later, except it's a disguise of the devil to destroy souls Because of His sacrifice for us, we don't HAVE TO live right aka depend on the arm of flesh that will fail at keeping the law. In Him, we GET TO live right. In Him, we get to love, give, do exploits and live a life of moral excellence that exceeds that which the law demands, yet not us but Christ in us. Our boast is in Christ alone and not human striving like the Pharisees who disregarded Christ and His finished work. There's no need to write you don't have to live right in an attempt to differentiate between having to and getting to. Do not contradict the commands of Jesus that we HAVE TO DO, we don't just GET TO, it's not just an opportunity that you can take or reject but a COMMAND you either obey or disobey. See Ephesians 2:8-10-Eph.2.8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God,.... You read this and you tell yourself that Paul was saying Salvation is a gift, a free gift which contradicts several verses of what he has written, contradicts the gospel record of what Jesus said and taught, nor the writing of others like Peter, James and John. Listen to me, faith is not of ourselves, faith comes from God. Yes the blood washes us but it doesn't force us to serve God. You may say no no it means to give us a reason to serve God, but then do you know what it means to serve, to serve is to obey. So you contradict yourself by saying, God wants us to serve him but in a way that doesn't mean we obey him. How does cleansing your conscience stop you from obeying the commands of Christ Jesus? Jesus said don't pray for others to see, don't sound proud of use too many words and so many things written in the new testament. Dead works are things done to get into God's good books or score points in righteousness AFTER God gave His own Son up for us to make us right with Himself, e.g. telling people to use the Ten Commandments as their standard of righteousness, fast or sow seed in order to get God to bless them or escape His wrath. Notice no finished work of Christ in the equation?here comes your lie again, Dead works are not what you have described, no they are works done contrary to what Jesus has done. Works of the flesh, works of the mosaic law and prophets as regards to sacrifices and atonement. But here you are calling the very commandments that God himself wrote that Jesus preached and taught, you call them dead works. The very commands that demonstrate love for God and love for our neighbour, you call them dead works. What useless equation are you looking for when you take out the very words of God. See how Isaiah describes all these works in Isaiah 64:6-but alas it's because of rubbish like this I was instructed to do a teaching on righteousness. Did you skip verse 5, where God meets with the righteous? Do you understand why Isaiah used menstral rags and not any other term. Why dead blood if he wasn't referring to a righteousness from animal sacrifices. Did you read the rest that shows why the sacrifice of Jesus is important. Was the problem good deeds or their sins and unrepentance. Why have you done this? In Christ, we are not under law but under grace where sin does not have dominion over us! The more people are told to obey the law and do things by human effort to get right with God or receive from Him, the more sin has dominion, and this is a lie, even Paul answered this ridiculous assumption. Grace is given for us to overcome sin, grace is given to those who cry out in their weaknesses in their struggle to please God, God's grace is given and sufficient for them. You write this demonic inspire nonsense that those who strive to please God and be right with God, sin will have more dominion over them. Then why did Jesus come, why did he pray in John and interceeds in the heaven, is it for the willing or for the unwilling, the repentant or the indulgents. Those who carry their crosses and follow him or those who claim to have seen him in their streets. "For sin shall not have dominion over you for you are not under law but under Grace." Romans 6:14. True for Grace is God's power to those who are righteous, who listen and obey Jesus Christ. Not to those who claim they believe but do not obey, but to those who do the will of the father not workers of iniquity. See Romans 8:32- "He who did not spare His own Son but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?" Shall he not give us, SHALL, not HAS, God will bring to pass his promises. Our hope in the kingdom of God that's coming, and not in this world nor the things of this world. In Christ, God's blessings upon us are given FREELY, without terms and conditions like sowing seed, being sin-free by human effort, paying tithe or whatever.true about tithint or whatever, but the blessings of God are to the poor, those who mourn, the meek, those who hunger and thirst for righteousness. The blessings of God are not to the wicked but to the righteous, to those who do what pleases God. Matthew 1:21 says of our Saviour Jesus Christ:again you have said what is right but mixed with it that which is false, that may be because you are not fully skilled in rightly dividing the word of truth for how can you assume that the law Paul writes about which is the scripture, moses and the prophets is the law of faith, the law of God which saves us. Did you forget how Paul himself treats an adultery who claims to be a believer in 1 Corinthians 5. Jesus came to save us from sin not save us to sin. If sin was never a barrier then the sacrifices of Jesus wasn't needed. You fall from grace when you live in sin, and anyone who lives in sin is under the law so also those who try to observe the law are also under the law. But we leaving the sinful world behind follow Jesus Our sins are what qualify us for God's abundant Grace. And all have sinned. No matter who we are, we were all destined for hell until Jesus came and became sin for us. Based on His sacrifice, Romans 5:9 says of God:our sins qualify us to receive nothing but death, if not for the mercies of God that called us out, you know this but what qualifies us is our obedience to God's call, our obedience to the word of God, Jesus. That's what qualifies us to receive his grace. Romans 5:9 the blood of Jesus Justifies those who believe in Jesus, to be justified is to be freed from ones wrongs. You have been freed but that doesn't mean you have done anything right before God. We are freed not to go and sin but to go and do good works, to go and do the right and righteous things that please God. But false doctrine peddlers say you are no longer righteous because you sinned and that God will pour His wrath on you unless you redo the "one time" sacrifice of Jesus! Believer, understand that this side of heaven, no one can EVER be sin-free by human effort. Jesus Christ the Good Shepherd will never abandon we His sheep because we fell or defecated on ourselves. Until Christ comes for His saints, this is what He said He is doing in our lives:true we all sin and make mistakes but we REPENT, seek forgiveness and DO WHAT IS RIGHT BEFORE GOD. We don't sin and stay in sin. Being righteous isn't about self effort to be sin free but Matthew 25:32-46 kind of righteousness. The righteousness that's opposite to being workers of iniquity. God's gift of righteousness to us in Christ everlasting and apart from works. Romans 3:21 says:God's gift of righteousness is not righteousness, God's gift of righteousness is eternal life in Jesus Romans 5:17. That is what is given to the righteous. Some people read this and act like we who are under Grace invented it. Such DISBELIEVE GOD'S WORD and say things like:you keep mentioning tithing, it is well, don't add that to what is severely written in the new testament AGAINST FORNICATION. we have to obey God's commands, thou shall not commit adultery. There is no thou shall not pay me money. Be ware of what you are mixing up. We are not under the law of Moses but under the law of God, under God's law. It is his law to save us, the law of faith we abide by. Do not become lawless and immoral with such believes and become a worker of iniquity. With Christ, there is nothing like: "Now that you are born-again, you have to keep the Ten Commandments or else, hell."twice times Jesus was asked, teacher how do I inherit eternal life, Jesus didn't say believe me and that's all, he said keep the commandments, he mentioned the ones relating to loving our neighbours and at the second instance he said love God, love your neighbour and you have done well. Jesus said repent, I tell you, repent and renounce all these you have written, maybe you will be forgiven and not judged by it. Jesus said in John 5:19 - "The Son can do nothing of Himself. He can do only what He sees His Father doing."with "Christ as your righteousness" where is it in your bible you know what is actually written is that we might BECOME the righteousness of God in Jesus Christ 2 Corinthians 5:21. The reason Jesus took our sins, the reason he preached repent, was so we can become righteous so that we can live a life offered to God, a living sacrifices pleasing to God.. hmmm When the love of Christ and His gift of righteousness and no condemnation (check out the story of the adulterous woman!) is constantly unveiled to the people from the pulpit, they will Live Right.Jesus did not make the woman righteous, he neither comdemned her because that's not why he came the first time but what did he tell her John 8:11 GO AND SIN NO MORE. Jesus forgives us, not so we can break the commandments. Why do you think they tested Jesus with the commandments and not the mosaic law. They wanted Jesus to either comdemn her or declare her innocent but both decisions were a trap, so Jesus with wisdom told them to judge her by themselves, along as they don't have any sin to be judged by. Because if you judge others you will be judged. Jesus has been judged for us, becoming sin, taking our sins so he has the right to judge when he returns. They will not desire to continue in sin! 2 Corinthians 3:18 says "But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord."But you lie sir, the very gospel Paul preached was repent, just as Peter preached and Jesus preached. 2 Corinthians 3:16 nevertheless when one repents, turns to the Lord, the veil is lifted. 2Cor.4.2 But we have renounced the hidden things of shame, not walking in craftiness nor handling the word of God deceitfully, but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God. They preached against it, they renounced it. Paul wrote more rules in the new testament than some so called grace church even observe yet you quote his words as regards regulation. Paul regulated ministration in order for it to be done properly and not in confusion or discord. The power of the Holy Spirit, isn't it by the gospel, which has that power to save us. The gospel that says REPENT. Matthew 1:21 says of Him:you keep quoting this and yet you did not notice it says HIS PEOPLE, not unrepentant sinners, not the wicked, not the rebellious, not the disobedient, not the lawless. But his people, those who believe and follow him, those who obey his command to love and abide in his love. And with our Jesus, it's all or nothing. If you feel that you still have some good in you, you don't qualify for His grace. Our Lord God justifies the ungodly, not those who feel they can keep even just a tiny part or the Ten Commandments on their own!another evil lie, Jesus called a man in the gospel and John and said, John.1.47 When Jesus saw Nathanael approaching, he said of him, "Here is a true Israelite, in whom there is nothing false." This man Jesus called to follow him. What do you think, why would you ever consider that the Lord would love the wicked but despise those who do good. Is it not written that Jesus loved the rich man who obeyed the 10 commandments though he walked away sad due to the requirements for perfection. |
MaxInDHouse:what evil noises and nonsenses are you writing, is it definitely not about the one true God. "No innocent person can gain entry" into where? So your God destroys the innocent abi? You're have been deceived to worshiping the devil instead of God YHVH. The Matthew 10:34–35 you quoted, what does it have to do with what you wrote next. Innocent doesn't mean ignorant, innocent means not guilty for a crime. You are not innocent of your crime against English, you may be ignorant but definitely not innocent of changing the meaning of words and things |

Light78:it's greed and the love of money But also the understanding that the people are as selfish as they are and refuse to give The question of how many offerings, one offering is enough, come and give to God freely it doesn't have to be many times in one day or week. Infact everything you have as a child of God should belong to God and as such he gives you instructions on who and where to give it. You are not giving God what he has that isn't even your own if you have completely surrendered to him. |
delkuf:You can join us at the gate of Hope Fellowship Hopefully praying with us in the Spirit will reignite your love for God and do the righteous works Jesus commands. Watch and Pray

Man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that comes out from the mouth of God The righteous shall live by faith Faith comes from hearing the word of God The kingdom of God is not meat and drink but righteousness, peace, joy in the Holy Ghost
|
Omooba77:First accept his love for you through his word, Jesus Christ and the gospel Repent for the kingdom of God is at hand. When you Repent your heart is broken from the things you have done wrong, and your contrite heart is acceptable unto God and made new when you seek forgiveness and turn to Him. After that as long as your repentance is genuine, God who sees the heart will give you His Holy Spirit to shed love across your heart and then you will love him with all your heart and the love of this world and things of this world will be less in you. So first you repent, believe and accept his love Then to love God you love your neighbours, you become righteous by giving to those in need and helping those in need. If you don't love others then God's love is not in you and you are not born again.
