Some of us didn't watch this interview. For those that did, please rate the interview on a scale of 1-10 (with 10 being the highest). |
SeverusSnape:I call this playing the ostrich. Societies evolve daily and are ever dynamic. From time to time, Each society sets limits for her members defining what is permissible and what is considered taboo. This is what is presently playing our across cultures and societies in today's world. Globalization has made this an even more exciting challenge for students of society as cultures are now interwoven since factors such as religion, commerce, media play a centripetal role of linking cultures; thereby shaping opinions. If I may ask, would you hold this same view if Audu were to go to the market, buy himself a goat and proceed to wed the goat and copulate with it? |
jakearganaut:Look for the closest fence around you and rub it vigorously against the wall. Hope this helps. Thank me later |
Those friends know why they keep advising you to go back to school. The University is not so much about the degree. Rather it moulds your thought process. Many people you find doing one course or diploma or masters In the University today are doing so not because of career advancement but for self realization and actualization. The choice is ultimately yours. As for me, the thirst for education remains unquenchable. |
So long a letter. Took me a while to read and digest it. May I advice Olisa Metuh and by extension the PDP that in future, such messages Be straight to the point, concise and well articulated. While we appreciate the role opposition plays in any democracy, we need to also keep in view the literacy level in Nigeria and our overall penchant for reading lengthy letters and messages. God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria. |
This woman OBY will soon talk her self out of relevance. Must you react to everything on Twitter like a teenager? Sometimes silence is golden. |
Ezenwammadu:Thanks for this link! History will be kind to you. |

But really, why are all these happening at once? Release of 182 BH suspects, dismounting of military checkpoints, FG's willingness to negotiate with BH and the sudden renewed attacksby BH. Stunning! |
It's sad! His article is somewhat fact based. Very scary indeed. And to think that this is just the beginning of a 4 year tenure. But really, why are all these happening at once? Release of 182 BH suspects, dismounting of military checkpoints, FG's willingness to negotiate with BH (Even the people of Bornu are against this) and the sudden renewed attacksby BH. Stunning! |
No leave him. Let him be witch hunting and reversing promotions and appointments, while the country is on fire. "I will, we will, we shall...."Boko haram will know the strength of our collective will indeed. |
4Horsewomen:I can now deduce that you are insane! Totally insane. I do not have Yoruba blood flowing in me neither am I sympathetic to the Yoruba cause. You have been warned! |
4Horsewomen:Whoever told you I was a Muslim young man. Mind your language please. Lest you are visited with small pox. Sopona, the god of small pox is indeed very potent. |
Is change = bomb? ![]() |
4Horsewomen:Please I beg you in the name of Allah. Do not go personal on this. Exercise some restraint in the spirit of Ramadan. Walahi, Boko haram knows neither Christians nor Muslims |
Chai! See insults and invectives on our very humble and incorruptible Gen. Muhammadu Buhari barely 6 weeks after assuming office. I read here too on Nairaland that a prophet said Nigerians would stone Buhari 6 months after assuming office. I hope this isn't what is happening here. |
Reminds me of the nursery rhyme, pussycat, pussycat, where have you been.... |
Lion of Bourdillon becomes the pussycat of Abuja! Hehehe.... |
krattoss:You must have your empty skull checked soon and the cotton wool in it replaced very quickly. Nut case! |
As usual instead of our youth to follow this thread and learn about the history of this country, they'll be busy posting "first to comment" all over the forum. It's so sad that very little is being taught today about Nigeria's history especially about the Nigerian civil war. I believe there's a grand plan to obliterate facts about the civil war and Nigeria's history. If not, why would History be scrapped from secondary school curriculum in Nigeria? |
Is this not shameful? I mean, what are we turning into? This makes absolutely no sense to me. Is it a revival for government contractors who are being owed by the Government? |
He's just writing for writing sake. There's no depth of thought in his writing. Very shallow thinking. He started out well by reminding us of the hurdles the APC had to cross, but mid way, the story derailed. My verdict: All foam, no beer! |
junk journalism! Because he owns the Nation Newspaper doesn't mean he personally wrote the article. grow up poster! |
barcanista:Nostradamus of our time! Please look into your crystal ball and tell me what the future holds? |
This is indeed pitiable and shameful! The cracks are obviously widening in the APC. Their so called leaders need to go back to the drawing board. If they continue like this, APC will be history in 2 years. |
The chickens have come home to roost. I like this piece. defeat can be a very hard pill to swallow sometimes. |
now who's the fairest of 'em all? erm..erm..lemmie guess... And the winner is ..... Lara |
my advice: Run for your life. The last thing you want as a newly married man is to be snooping on her and trust me there's nothing worse than having an unsettled mind any time she isn't by your side. Old habits die hard. I'll advice you take the harder option which is to hit the highway. Trust me, you'll be fine after a while. Right now, trust level is 0! when trust is gone, everything is gone! Trust and companionship remains even when love begins to fade. My personal opinion please. |
Reuters has it as breaking news too |
i understand that the power in Aruma is in the back side. guys say it is massive! |
hmmm...interesting. Reminds me of my last trip there to see the legends play just after SAF retired. @OP, Did you get to visit the RedCafe and Megastore? I see you are wearing a red shirt beneath your black long sleeve shirt. I guess that is a Man Utd jersey. lol! #GGMU! ..And the Reds go Marching on... |
...what is my concern with what two consenting adults do in the confines of their bedroom?
