If i get you well, you are requesting for a facility that will be cashed backed with your deposit! well, that will be quite eazy and most banks will gladly welcome you and grant you the facility depending on how much you are requesting for! let me know if you are encountering any challenges seeking for this loan! I intend to make it down to calabar this December for the carnival and the concerts! I'll appreciate if i can get tips on how to get a good hotel accommodation and how much it will cost. Will also like to know what spots will be cool to hang out and those that I MUST avoid. |
Hi lexy, Really I do not have details about how to join as an individual, but I have asked some of them working here with me and they've told me they were sent by our organization for the course. The company recommended them for the course and paid all necessary fees on their behalf. I think you should approach your organization and let them know you are interested in joining the police. cheers! |
May God help us! These oyinbos will incur the wrath of God one of these days! Their freedom and advancement is also turning them in animals! |
Yes indeed! the Nigerian police has some sort of service similar to the reserve army service obtainable in many countries! It's called spy for short but the full name is supernumerary! These guys & ladies are usually attached to banks, financial institutions and organizations that require their service. Also note that they may not rise as fast as their colleagues in the direct service and the Nigerian police is not responsible for their stipend.Their direct employers are responsible! |

Kola & fellow nairalanders, its been over 24 hours and still no sign of my madame!! I am very worried to say the least especially as she is not in the habit of leaving home without letting my know. I fear she may have been kidnapped by these restive youths in the Niger- delta in error. I figure out that since she is light skinned, they may have mistaken her for an 'oyinbo" and kidnapped her! I just pray they don't harm her! I have just informed the Joint Task force (JTF) and they have mounted a 24 hours search for her. Kola, please pray with me. . . I am off to the creeks of the Niger- delta tonite to join in the search for her! Ultimate Search XI!!! |
where do you stay HC? |
Hi Motun_mi, really, you cannot commence medications now when you don't know for sure what is responsible for your condition. I'll advise that you do a thorough blood test to confirm indeed if you are experiencing a deficiency in zinc, vitamin B12 & folic acid. once this is confirmed, then you can be placed on medications by your doctor. But for now, it will be improper to begin the intake of drugs based on what you've read. Like i said before, the exact cause is still not known and ranges from mensuration to poor diet. My sincere advise is for you to see a dentist! |
where is my madame oooo! Rokky, I am beginning to get worried here! did you see her?where did she tell you she was going to? I mean. . . I may have to report this to nairaland police if I don't see her in another 24 hours. Kola, Bbee, abeg help o! |
Hopefully the steps recommended will help put it in check, but you really have to find out what exactly triggers it for you, so that you can abstain totally. please try to visit wikipedia so that you can read more. Cheerio! |
Hi Motun mi, From what you have described, I believe you are having a recurrent aphthous ulcer also known as canker sore or aphthous stomatitis. it is usually caused by food allergies, illness & stress but the exact causes are still not known. Usually, it disappears after sometime without treatment but it is advised you use salt and warm water to gargle several times during the day and before going to bed. Also try to stay away from spicy foods. I don't know for sure what triggers yours or what you are allergic to, but I'll recommend you brush both morning and night to remove residues from your mouth and cavities. Better still use a mouth wash regularly. You could read more here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aphthous_ulcer#Presentation Hope I've been able to help out? |
hey Kola, how you dey 2day? abeg take am eazy o!na spoil we spoil, we no dey thief!! where's my madame? missin her like crazy! Ef, where are you? |
@poster. to answer your question, in traditional African societies, the exchange of cowries (money) signified that indeed a contract had been sealed. The volume or amount at that time was not so significant, provided that there was an exchange of cowries. so in marrying a wife, a man was expected to pay some dowry in the form of cowries so as to seal the contract! this also explains why in modern times, the family of a divorcee must have to return the initial dowry that was paid on their daughter at marry before that particular lady can remarry and the former marriage nullified. the refund thus signifies the termination of the contract. to buttress this, you may have heard also that in traditional African societies, one could not be bewitched by food expressly paid for! this is because, once money has exchange hand, it becomes a binding contract between two persons. Also note that money in traditional African societies was said to have a potent force capable of notifying undertones that were not expressly stated when the contract was brokered. for instance, if a little school boy buys fried fish from an old witch along the road and indeed pays for the fish by exchanging a standardized means of payment for the fish; such a school child cannot be bewitched as the money he has exchanged is capable of nullifying whatever curses and witchcraft that may have been placed on the item bought! Hope i have answered your question? |
Could you detail the exact symptoms! with what you've stated, one can hardly deduce what exactly you are passing through! Is it a toothache or scurvy or what? where do you feel the pain and at what times? (day or night). . . |
well said ndumart! I rest my case. |
good for the young chap! I pray the deal sails through! |
Really sad! the lesson here for us is that we too need to watch it and be careful! Moderation is the key! the quickest way for a bank to collapse is through the granting of bad loans! I am happy now that there is some sense of sanity now in the stock market! |
None! would love to meet one someday esp the female folks! |
then goodluck to U Rokky! You better fortify yourself else you may come out worse than i did! Perhaps you two may even be one of a kind! Who knows the kind of ladies we have nowadays?? ![]() |
