Really astonishing!!! A restaurant in Nigeria recently discovered pieces of beef with Allah inscribed on it! Read more below, Allah meat' astounds Nigerians The gristle spells 'Muhammad' in Arabic The gristle spells out the word "Allah" in Arabic Diners have been flocking to a restaurant in northern Nigeria to see pieces of meat which the owner says are inscribed with the name of Allah. What looks like the Arabic word for God and the name of the prophet Muhammad were discovered in pieces of beef by a diner in Birnin Kebbi. He was about to eat it, when he suddenly noticed the words in the gristle, the restaurant owner said. A search of the kitchen's meat revealed three more pieces which bore the names. The meat was boiled and then fried before being served, owner Kabiru Haliru told newspaper Weekly Trust. "When the writings were discovered there were some Islamic scholars who come and eat here and they all commented that it was a sign to show that Islam is the only true religion for mankind," he said. The restaurant has kept the pieces of meat for visitors to see. Thousands of people have already gone to the restaurant to see them since they were discovered last week. A vet told the newspaper the words "defied scientific explanation". "Supposing only one piece of meat was found then it would be suspicious, but given the circumstances there is no explanation," Dr Yakubu Dominic said. http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/africa/7520149.stm |

Is Igbogolo your real name? what does it stand for? |
if you are really serious, go to Alagbon like you've been told and ask of Inspector Joshua Ogwo (fingerprint section). tell him you were referred by a friend called Eddy! |
Hi Dewale & Igbogolo, Please kindly let us know the outcome of your inquiry at the CDHC. Mine is over 50days too. I just have a belief that all is well. please do let us know! cheerio! |
na wa oh! who started this irrelevant thread!!! Yes! dats wat i call it! where were u when Lucky Igbinedion was ruling Edo state or Saminu turaki of Jigawa or even the big mouthed orji uzor kalu Why didnt you start a thread for either of them here to assess them?? Now you see person wey dey try small small u wan crucify am! i dont even know if you stay in lagos, but i can tell you there is some level of security now in lagos compared to last year! Were you in lagos last december?? I mean, although we aren't there yet, but there's been some level of improvement! C'mon, lets give BRF some credit while constructively criticizing him! He's just spent only 400 days in office for pete's sake! |
yeah! U'll always be referred to your home country if they sense that you just relocated to the country from where you are applying for a study permit. In my friend's case, his dad is a Nigerian business man in North America and he has business ties in Ghana. I assume he used his business links with associates to make it look like his daughter had been resident in Ghana for a while before applying for the student visa. Are u considering going to Ghana to apply?? it aint worth the stress bro especially if you've got a good job here. You may as well arrange the Botswana citizenship thing and fly visa free from Ghana. i know cos that's what some desperadoes are doing now. But if U ask me again, I just think it not worth it!! Cheerio! |
True talk igbogolo & Dewale! Me thinks they are really irrational especially with Nigerians forget all the rationalizations our brothers are making on their behalf! The story is alot different in Ghana. I know of a family friend who's father paid the schools fees of himself & his sister. the guy applied first & was refused and immediately their dad sent word from Canada that the sister need not apply from 9JA anymore and so she immediately relocated to Ghana within that same month & applied. Guess wat?? She was given!! I also think that our people are waking up now to these realities. ( I mean the Nigerian embassy). Just check to see the recently reviewed requirements needed to get a Nigerian visa. |
Hi Dewale, God pass them!! Like I said before, just take am eazy! Nutin spoil. at least you got a good job here in 9JA! and that's exactly why I ain't bothered anymore. Was refused last year, but that didn't stop me from applying this year also. I have seen so much to know that it is not with the level of packaging (credentials) or Bank account or even a scholarship! With the CDHC, anything can happen. NA PRAYER O!!! RELAX GOD IS IN CONTROL!!! |
they've got a particular clinic they use somewhere around Yaba; think it's called Marien clinic. But you must get a notification from the CDHC before you proceed there for medicals. lets keep waiting and praying, Cheerio! |

Congrats burnin! wishing you the very best! Cheers! |
Hey Dewale! Na wa o! me I dey the same shoe too. But try to take it eazy! U sound kind of tense. Although mine iz been with them for only about 42days. Buy plz keep us posted on how things turn out! Cheerio! |
Hi T, Are you in the industry too? I guess you are in a market facing department? anyways, the Lord is our strength! how U dey sha? Hola! |
Dewale! Just relax! there is a strong chance that you'll be given the student visa. I am now to familiar with their processes as I have had cause to apply for this visa more than once in the past two years. If they didn't want to grant you this visa, your application would have been returned a long long time ago. Trust me! It is well! |
Oh no!! This cant be true! please we need someone to verify this! INTERCONTINENTAL ![]() HAPPY CUSTOMER! HAPPY BANK! SAD STAFF!!! ![]() |
grow up! |
