There are suppliers on alibaba who still sell from 20pcs upwards... But remember no matter the cost from china, you must make profit... Always use alibaba to start..
Now in relation to scammers on alibaba, i would say the percentage is very low, even when i started as a small person buying things in 1 dozen, i never experienced any scam. China has everything from high quality to the lowest quality, all depends on quantity you are buying and cash you have.
