IyaderaChuks:Finally! So she decided to join the August train. May she always be a blessing to you and your home. Congrats. |
juliebest:So sorry for your loss dearie. God'll give you an overwhelming replacement soonest. E-hugs to you. |
Congrats @lala4sure. |
paulmarkino:It's affiliated to National Open University of Nigeria. |
Finally! He's here. A big congratulations to the Proudy family. May your Prince continually be a source of pride and joy to you. May God use you as a point of contact to all of us pushing Mama's. We would testify as you did. |
akanduteenah:You're welcome. |
akanduteenah:Agege Centre is located at College of Education (college bus stop) along Yaya Abatan road,Ogba. Matriculation would be done at the various centres. You won't have cause to go to Kaduna for anything. Should a problem arise that would require the attention of the headquarters at Kaduna, you would liaise with Kaduna through the Lagos state office at No 51/53, Yaya Abatan road, Ogba. For enquiries, you can call Mrs Ayoola on 08112672089. She's a staff of the state office. You can also call Dr. Farayola on 08057116465 or 08024462924 if Agege would be your centre. He is Agege centre Manager. The programme lasts for one year. Jan-dec. |
neyosea25:2016 application forms should be out by december. NTI PGDE as we have been informed by the management of my centre and state office is presently affiliated to NOUN and is recognised by Nigerian universities. There is no centre in ikorodu but there is at Ketu. http://www.nti-nigeria.org/lagos.html Check out the link for centres in Lagos. |
akanduteenah:Lectures are held on Saturdays only. It actually depends on the centre you choose anyway. I understand it's fridays and saturdays for some centres. Mine is Saturday only but exams nationwide is Fridays and Saturdays throughout the exam period. At my centre-Agege, lecture time is between 8 or 9am to 4pm. Depending on the number of lecturers available for the day. We were told certificates would be given within a year of the results being released. |
Congrats @tikosdear. |
HARMYMY:Oh my! Just seeing this and i've been in shock. God knows best my dear sister. He'll turn your tears to laughter at his appointed time. Just see the short moment you got to know your Prince as a rare privilege of a glimpse of the unending surprises God has in store for you in the nearest future and cherish it despite how short it was. He would surely comfort your home. E-hugs to you, dear. |
@okeoghene4real, there's nothing God cannot do. Just put it in prayers pending the 2nd opinion/ultrasound. We all await the good news. |
Hafsat24:True about the m/s thingy o.Didnt even experience it in my previous 3 pregnancies and I feel so much for those who do experience it. As for sweet stuff, I hardly take sweet stuff. I don't even crave for it or get tempted despite having to see them constantly (I bake cakes and other pastries). Probably the reason why I go back to almost my pre-pregnancy size within 2 weeks of weaning my kids without exercising or having to change my diet. About the constipation, have u discussed it with your doctor? |
Hafsat24:Present o. #team December. Mine dey show very well. Like I've done 3/4 of the journey, lol. Probably because it's double sha. With previous pregs it wasn't this obvious at this stage. No m/s sha. Just this terrible pelvic and back pain that started around the time I discovered I had conceived. Makes moving around so difficult and painful. Really can't wait to see my LOs. |
seunkeji5:For this year, lectures commenced late Jan in my centre. Some centres started in February. Exams start July 31st this year and I understand it started sometime in July also last year for 1st semester. I don't know if it's a regular pattern. But note that exams are usually Fridays and Saturdays. 12 courses 1st semester. A LOT of teachers are running the programme. You just have to find a way to get permission from where you work when the need arises. 2nd semester exams start around December. Not sure exactly when. But the exam dates are usually communicated in the course of the semester. |
Pelupelu:Congrats dear. Expecting mine in December. Can't wait to see them both. Any team December in the house? |
Keji3:Congrats Mama. Yeah #Godwin . Lest I forget, thanks for the recommendation of Iya Amirah at Agege. Was there for baby shopping last week. She's got good quality and variety as well. Keep it coming team July! You'll all testify as your predecessors have done. |
Iffffffy:Yes dear, I can only imagine how painful it must be. This can't be easy for anyone. Please try to be as calm as possible and push the thoughts aside 4 now as difficult as it would be. Cos truth is that the more you dwell on it or over analyse it in your your head, the more likely your are to drive urself mad. Don't take it beyond what it already is. Also, considering his initial reaction to ur subtle confrontation, he's more likely to lose his cool and defend himself further rather than feel sober and apologise if u bring it up again. Just continue to be the good wife u have been. He most likely would change now that he knows that you know. And seeing all that love still coming from you would prick his conscience. Like proud dad and some others have adviced, do well to forgive him when he does come to ask for your forgiveness. And take very good care of yourself. Just free ur mind my sister. For you and d baby ok? May God not let ur efforts be in vain. Big hugs to u. |
bheambo:Congrats dear. |
tchiwinnie:Thanks dear . Still waiting for the great news from one of our July Mama's. It is well with you all. |
Iffffffy:Yes o. Hoping one of them'll be my birthday mate. 6th. |
bumbex:Congrats dear. May God grant you the strength to carry the pregnancy to full term and deliver safely. |
tender09:Welcome to the club,Mama. Wish you a hitch free pregnancy and safe delivery in advance. |
1st word-love 2nd word-experience 3rd word-success |
lamdec:Congrats dear. Wish you speedy recovery. |
babymama011:Seems to me like the discharge u described is the 'show'. The contractions feel like menstrual pain. Starts from mild intermittent pain to more intense ones over time that would come at shorter intervals. Hoping to hear your birth story soonest. Wish you all the best. |
mitchelle1989:No dear,it isn't for first time mums alone. Some other factors can warrant it during subsequent deliveries. Had cuts during my first delivery, none during the 2nd and tear for the 3rd(he was actually bigger at birth than the previous 2). I've noticed that a lot of first time mums dread it (besides the labour pain of course). Whatever the case, try not to panic. The pain of the tear/cut would hardly be felt during delivery anyway cos d labour pain would sort of overshadow it. It's d stitching(in some case) and d healing period that is d koko. It would eventually heal anyway. The pains we go through are well worth the end result. Some aren't so privileged to conceive, carry to term or even survive to nurture their babies. Let's pray and hope for the best. It is well..... |
corrall:Congrats dear. Thank God for safe delivery. |
uboma:So sorry for the late response. Application form-N2,350 Registration fee-N25,850 Computer tablet-N45,000 The computer tablet fee is COMPULSORY. So many of us already had tablets before. You won't get your registration number if you dont pay for it. Those are the payments required for registration. Later at your centre, you'll be required to pay 2k for matriculation. I heard we'll have to pay 10k for. exams too. Hope this helps. |
Very clear and well-written experience. Lengthy but captivating enough to keep me glued to the end. Hilarious too . Thanks for sharing. Definitely and eye-opener to help people to always be at alert for such criminals. You didn't lose any valuables-good for you. Many aren't so lucky. |
