1. Stop eating anything carbohydrate i.e garri, rice, yam, bread intact anything that have sugar. Buy basmati rice
2. Replace your white bread with wheat bread
3. Eat fruits not the ones with sugar ooo banana has natural sugar so no. Cucumber is good
4. Avoid some certain type of milk because they all have sugar. Kremela milk is good
Don't substitute your sugar for honey ooo
Drink your tea with just that milk, you can use Lipton
5. Buy green tea
They are numerous but you can also browse online
I am telling you this because my mom suffer from it and now she is improving very fast.
Also go to the chemist and buy the drugs because it helps too

So if she had come back to you what then will you tell your cousin. Because you guys won't hide the relationship for long. You were wrong to do that to your cousin and shouldn't you have known that, that girl won't be good for you? I mean she knew you first though you never asked her out and then your cousin did and she said yes. Guy she will never fall in love with you that is why she said yes to your cousin. And one day she will definitely tell him or they might even come back together. Just pray and ask whatever you know and hold for forgiveness.

If those friends are really good friends of yours why then will you also let them suffer. We all have different destinies so when yours shine faster than the others then it is our right to help bring those closest to us out of the darkness too. i am snake of very animal it is now i am warming upto to dogs(specifically native dogs). i am scared of goats, fowl, dogs everything even earthworm

Learn to talk less. It is like you talk carelessly with the 19 years old. I won't say making friends with her is a bad thing but what you discuss with her matters.
