The authorities will never fall for Kanu's antics. He must face trial in front of Justice Binta Nyako for all his crimes against his own people. If the court sets him free,then so be it. If he is found guilty let him face the music. Simple .

Those criminal elements have camps in Lilu to Orsumoghu up to Isseke. The topography of Lilu makes it difficult to police because it is very hilly and bushy.

In this video he explains how the Lilu village has become a desolate area,completely over run by terrorists and terrorism activity.
He claims all houses in Lilu have been abandoned to these criminals. In fact he states that the traditional ruler of Lilu has abandoned his throne and taken to his heels.
The Anambra State government needs to look into this issue if terrorists can be allowed to sack a whole village and turn it into their camp for terrorist activity and kidnapping.
Members of this forum from this Lilu village need to speak out and if this Dr Paul Ezike is lying they should expose him.

Please don't get things mixed up. This particular case is about treason and attempt to commit treason. The case you are referring to is Kanu and his lawyers going to ANOTHER court to demand that the treason case be dropped by the Federal government. Kanu won that case and the judge ruled he should be set free,BUT the Federal government appealed against that ruling and a Supreme court judgement was obtained that OVERTURNED the ruling of the lower court and determined that Kanu MUST stand trial for the treason case.

These law suits and counter law suits are what have tied up this case in the courts for so long. Apart from that Kanu had earlier JUMPED BAIL before being forcefully brought back to Nigeria from Kenya. Also bear in mind that Kanu has consistently called out each of the three different judges assigned to this treason case for biases and they have each had to excuse themselves from the case until the Chief judge refused this final time and insisted justice Binta Nyako should try the case.
This is the same Binta Nyako that Kanu has reported to the NJC so the case will probably be stalled again until the NJC determines if Nyarko is biased against Kanu or not.

This is the 3rd judge to handle this case Nnamdi Kanu keeps on accusing them of being partial and threatening them in court as such the judges keep on excusing themselves from the case and the case remains on a stand still.
The current judge Binra Nyarko excused herself from the case after Kanu accused her of partiality last year. This was when the chief Justice put his foot down and said she must handle the case because an accused person cannot keep dictating the judge to handle his case.

As you can see from this report Kanu is still trying to frustrate the case from taking off by still accusing Nyarko of bias because an inferior court asked for him to be released when in actual fact the Supreme court which is a superior court has overturned that ruling. Meanwhile Kanu mindless mob followers keep on ac using the government of frustrating the case when it is actually Kanu and his lawyers that have consistently frustrated the case through delay tactics,adjournment and legal technicalities.

I noticed the one who claimed to be a PhD holder claiming Orizu Nwafor was the next in line to succeed Balewa as Prime Minister. This skewed reasoning stems from ignorance and lack of understanding of the parliamentary system of government operation.
Nwafor Orizu was a member of the NCNC party who had formed an alliance with the ruling NPC party who were the senior party and were consistently supposed to produce the powerful prime minister position while the NCNC were supposed to produce the powerless ceremonial position of President of the Republic.
So following this logic the NPC was supposed to produce the acting prime minister in the absence of Balewa and the most senior minister was Zanna Bukar Dipcharima.
The Ibos in their usual cunning and crafty way in order to do away with the powerless ceremonial presidency occupied by Azikiwe used their military wing to seize EXECUTIVE POWER AND AUTHORITY through General Ignatius Ironsi.
So while the NPC ministers were still holding on to Tafawa Balewa being found since he was presumed to only be missing. The acting President Nwafor Orizu with active conivance of Nnamdi Azikiwe( who was hiding in the Caribbean) surreptitiously HANDED OVER EXECUTIVE POWER TO HIS IBO KINSMAN IRONSI and left the NPC and Dipcharima betrayed and in the lurch.
This is how the Ibo through the activities of January 15th 1966 moved from occupying the powerless ceremonial position of President to holding executive power and authority as HEAD OF STATE through General Aguiyi-Ironsi.
It was the usual serpentine political game play of the Ibos.
